I bought 4 spects from Lenskart M G road Pune in October'21. One of it broke down in 15 days due to some mishandling by me. I visited the M G road store on 22nd October for same new spects. Afroz ma'am who is sales executive attended me again and managed to get the frame repaired free of cost and saved my Rs 5500. Thank you so much Lenskart and Afroz.

Broken spectacle frame due to poor soldering
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the spectacle frame I purchased from Lenskart. Unfortunately, the frame has broken, not due to any mishandling on my part, but because of what appears to be poor soldering at the joint.
The damage seems to be a result of weak structural integrity, and I believe this falls under a product quality issue rather than wear and tear. I have attached photos for your reference which clearly show the breakage.

Vee, the retail staff, clearly ignored me on purpose, which was really terrible
I visited the Nex outlet at 19.30 20 June 2025 to inquire about making an appointment for eyes test. A staff member, Vee, seemed too busy to assist me, despite my offer to wait. After waiting, she prioritized other customers, ignored me, and even walked away when I approached her. When she finally attended to me, she was dismissive and unhelpful. After making an appointment, I received a missed call and returned to the shop, only to be ignored again by Vee. Fortunately, another staff member (Wilfred Koh) stepped in and provided excellent service, even mentioning to Vee, she had intentionally ignored me. He even said sorry to me. I'm filing an official complaint about Vee's terrible customer service, one of the worst. You can retrieve the cctv to check the fact.

The store customer service and lack of accountability for the products and their prices.
I have been a regular customer at lenskart and also have the gold membership. But I strongly feel that the customers are not paid any attention to, and the stores lack the basic courtesy of treating customers. I had visited the store last month(9.3.25) and selected a pair of shades. I did not have the phone with the registered mobile number on me so decided to buy these pair of selected glasses the following day. We had gone through the entire payment procedure by then and discussed the price range of the entire order and confirmed that we wanted these glasses to be stored for us and we could come get them on the next day(10.3.25). The person at the desk assured us that he would call us and let us order online and we wouldn't have to drop by at the store. Come next day, we did not receive any call or intimation from the store so decided to visit the store again, obviously disappointed. But the worst comes now, when we got the shades and started the payment procedure again we were told that the glasses we had selected were suddenly 1000 rupees more expensive. Even when the label on the glasses said they were 2000. And we had confirmed with the staff the day before that wed be paying 2000 for our order. I get that lenskart has well off customers who can afford this elapse in their paying and pay 1000 extra. But should we really? They make enough money as it is off us already and wrongly labelling glasses and gaslighting customers knowing very well that once someone selects a frame and they like it they might pay the extra balance is simply unacceptable. I can see how these things are easily overlooked but this is not my first terrible experience. You guys really need to learn how to be honest with the customer. I wont fall fo the I don't care attitude and pay the difference. I hope you will sort this issue and restart my order and give the for the priced as promised on your very own label present on the store glasses. This is the least and customer can expect.

Did not receive my glasses and still waiting for the refund
I am very disappointed in the service I received from Lenskart, Conaught Place, Delhi.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 26 September. Received 1 pair on 27th September, and was sent the message that second pair will come on 3rd October. At the time of placing the order, I did make it very clear to the optiocian that I am leaving Delhi on 1st October, she told me she cant cancel the order, once the order gets sent back, they will refund within 14 days, now it is end of October. I have rang about 10times to your branch and still waiting for my refund.

Fraud. Stay Away
I have been a customer of Lenskart in India and was delighted when I saw Lenskart.us as a company serving in North America.
I was surprised that website has no mailing address and no customer card number but only an email id.
Still ordered prescription glasses from Canada.
Surprise, surprise:
1. Although they say buy one get one free, I ordered 4 glasses of 102, 102, 82, 82 price. I got charged 102+102 rather 102+82.
2. I got international fees charged on my credit card.
3. There is no provision to cancel the order, once you paid even if you try the same minute one places the order.
4. I wrote to customer care to cancel the order through email but gif reply they have no provision to cancel but one can return once glasses are received.
5. After 8 days of order, received the message that order is shipped and will be delivered in 9 days. 9 days after shipping, head spinning.
6. Received the message from shipping company to pay custom duty of $50. Why customer duty and there is no mention on website.
Feeling completely looted by the company.

Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As per their instruction, I have already given the product ID selected from their product list which is still available on their website and the mobile app as well.
As per their terms & conditions (20) RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
The refund, return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above.
As stated You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
They are not even ready to discuss the damage done by the wrong frame I am still wearing for last 3 and a half months. Every day they send an mail which is almost a copy and paste of their previous mail. This is how they are dealing with customers.

Lenskart.com is an Indian company that has left me feeling very frustrated. I received numerous phone calls and emails, which initially seemed promising as I thought the staff were trying to ensure my order was correct. I was then forced to contact the customer service team again to have the mistakes corrected, and this process took up a lot of my time and energy.
