In one word, poor. I placed an order on March 12, and read all their timelines for shipping. I contacted them after 9 business days. Their online chat fails and goes offline when you try to connect to a human agent. When you reach out through email, it's an automatic response but no actual person. I had high hopes for the company, but again my experience has been in a word, poor.

I ordered and paid for 4 pairs March 14 7am ET and as of today 3/29 this company has not given me any information regarding my order or how to cancel, or even answer their emails or phone lines. The company keeps saying I ordered from a scam company. Everything I have received says *** so I am not sure anyone can tell which is real and which is fake. I would think they would send the glasses to me to correct their name! They have my money and I never received the sunglasses.

It kept getting closer to my location, but just somehow magically ended up "missent" by the handlers *** now who the *** knows if I will even get my order. This company is absolutely bogus, and are money scoundrels. Not sure how you live with yourselves taking people's hard earned money from them by making up some BS lies.

So disappointed with Blenders Eyewear I placed an order 6 days ago and still my order has not processed. Their website clearly states 1-3 business days to process and 7-10 days to receive. I have sent multiple emails only to get a lame generated response that their "mermaids" are busy at this time. I used their chat to agent option only for it to say sorry "chat is not available at this time". I would never have ordered had I known it would be like this because they were a gift. A business should ALWAYS have live customer service!

The company advertises $20 credit referral program HOWEVER you don't actually receive a $20 credit for referring. I should have read Facebook reviews prior to purchasing. Your customers are pissed. Frustrated. Angry. As they/I should be. I spent nearly $150 on my very FIRST order. By far the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. Hey Blenders! You should really hire more mermaids to assist your pissed off customers.

Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY THEIR MASKS IF YOU ARE AN ADULT! The masks are SMALL. Not just a little bit small but REALLY SMALL! They will not fit and the company will not stand behind their product. I purchased these masks because I had heard about the quality products this company provides and the looks of the masks is appealing, especially with the adjustable ear elastic. I got told "the guys in our office take the adjustment pieces off to fit the mask on". Well... why even make them adjustable then!? These guys have lost my business forever and I will certainly make sure none of my associates have the displeasure of dealing with this company!

I would give them -100 if possible. Very unprofessional all around. especially with the basics " Communication" Ordered my Glasses over 2 weeks ago. They charged my account and send me no glasses! I emailed them every day to establish communication regarding where the shipping was and NO ONE - NOT one person responded. I called left 4 messages and asked for a Manager to call back! Useless & frustrating all around. I'm not sure what else to do! They Have my money & have GHOSTED me. Who knows how many other customers are in the same boat! I'm Having my personal Lawyer look onto this and find a resolution. Please be careful & Do not support a corrupt, dishonest, fraudulent company like this. :(

Placed an order of two cases and two prescription sunglasses on May 2. I received the two cases pleasingly quickly on May 6, with proper shipping notification as promised. However... as of May 13th two weeks after my original order, I have received no further updates on my remaining ordered items. I have reached out via email and phone several times and have not gotten a response other than an automated tracking email for the items I already received. I responded to the email that I already received that shipment and just want an update on the rest of my order (my two sunglasses) and no one from the company has responded. At this point I am very disappointed, considering the price I paid for these very NOT cheap sunglasses. I am still eagerly waiting for my sunglasses to surprise me in mailbox!

Super excited to finally order when my sunglasses went on sale, I ordered back on june 14th and was said it would take 5-8 business days. So i monitored the tracking website through aftership and my glasses sat in a LA warehouse allegedly for 6 days and finally shipped out the night of the 7th arriving in my state on the 8th the morning of the supposed last day, I contacted *** to see where they were as I had not received them nor did I get any updates after that. I waited on hold with Blenders customer support for over an hour and was prompted to leave a voice mail which I did, I have yet to receive and email or a call back. I contacted *** again to be told my package was now on the 9th day in the hands of *** with a new delivery date of June 25th which is absolutely a joke seeing how it sat in a warehouse for 7 days and now I have to wait without compensation, if the glasses even get delivered or the right ones even show up.

We have called and waited on hold multiple times only for it to go to voicemail. Have left 3 voicemails with no call back. Emailed their customer service as well 2 times with no response but a 'canned' message saying they are working on it. Have tried to reach out via Social Media as well with no response as well. They also disabled their chat function. BUT they have charged our card for the sunglasses that have not even shipped yet. SO, we have called, left messages, emailed, DM'd, all without any response or answer. The lack of support is unacceptable. Another issue is the "track my order" function. I realized today that you could put in ANY order number and ANY email (Real or fake) and it will give you the same answer. That is 'processing" and could take 1-3 days. What a joke. The Customer Experience with this customer is frustrating and down right shocking the lack of attention they give their customers.

Communication and customer service appear to be a huge problem with this company. I have no opinions on the quality of the actual product- the sunglasses I received seem nice enough, but I've been unable to wear them to truly test them due to the RX prescription being incorrect. The issues I've had with Blenders started right from the very beginning when I submitted my order. I have not shopped there before but was very excited when I found the company and thought the sunglasses looked great online. I do a lot of research before making purchases, so I did see many negative reviews of the company but unfortunately still decided to go through with a purchase. I chalked all the previous negative reviews I read up to the generalized shipping issues caused by the pandemic, or weird fluke occurrences. However, the complete lack of communication and customer service seems to be the norm with Blenders rather than the exception. I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this company for that reason. They advertise a good return policy and even a warranty for their glasses, but if you cannot contact customer service, those policies are completely useless. Below is a brief description of the problems I've personally experienced and the contact I've attempted to make with Blenders: 1.) Submitted order for RX sunglasses, selecting to provide my prescription after checkout. Prescription information was never requested after checkout. Received a shipping notice specifically stating my RX sunglasses had shipped, but I had still not provided a prescription. Emailed the company multiple times, receiving auto-response each time. Finally got a human response, who explained that the case I had ordered shipped, but not the sunglasses. The human entered my prescription so my sunglasses could be made. 2.) Received no updates about RX sunglasses. One day, I was randomly and happily surprised to arrive home to find my sunglasses had arrived. I never received any shipping notifications for them, although the customer service human (not the auto-response) said I would get a notification when they shipped. 3.) Unfortunately, my prescription I provided was incorrect, due to a mistake made by my eye doctor. This is not Blenders fault. However, once trying on the glasses, discovering the problem, and checking with the eye doctor I contacted Blenders to see if we could figure something out to replace the one incorrect lens, or what customer service would suggest. I received an auto-response. This first email was 18 days ago. No human response. Sent a follow-up email 11 days ago. No human response. 4.) Finally decided to return the glasses and give up on the company, but was unable to do so when the online return process said my glasses were not eligible for return. However, ALL OVER the website, including on product pages for specific RX sunglasses including those I purchased, Blenders advertises that any product purchased within 45 days is eligible for their "free shipping and returns." In the FAQ section of their website, this is reiterated. It does not state anywhere that the sunglasses I purchased are ineligible for return. So, after the return form did not work, I had to email the company AGAIN hoping for a human response. Got an auto-response AGAIN and no human response. This email was sent Tuesday, April 20. Still no response. I believe I am now at day 37 since making my initial order with Blenders. I'm sure the next issue will be that I've passed the 45-day window for returns by the time these people get back to me if they ever do. BLENDERS- PLEASE contact me so I can return my sunglasses for a full refund and be done dealing with "Sirena" the crappy email auto-response. Avoid doing any business with this company if you think you will need to make contact for customer service for any reason at all. I typically try to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt, but there is no excuse for this complete and total lack of customer service.

Around Father’s Day, I made my order. They arrived 6/26/23. I’ve tried submitting a warranty claim and reaching out to customer service when the other was non responsive. Still nothing. I bought two sets of sunglasses. Both came in a timely manner, mine were great, but my boyfriend’s lenses had streaks within the polarization that you can only see at the right angle. This isn’t from a scratch or drop. It goes under the frames and has been there since day one. It makes the vision just a tad blurry and is defective. Submitted a warranty claim a few weeks after gifting the glasses and being made known to the issue and submitted to the customer service message page about a couple months after that assuming the “two day” response time was a lie and giving them benefit of the doubt. Nearly two more months have passed at this point and not sure what to do. Disappointed to say the least. Their ads sure come in a timely manner though.

The sunglasses don't fit and I initiated the return process (a link on their website). It doesn't work, and when I contacted the seller, they are now claiming they don't offer free shipping, saying I would need to pay international shipping costs (even though they are supposedly located in San Diego) and offering a 10% refund. This is fraud. They are incredibly slow to respond as well. Their website explicitly says they offer free returns, that was my experience with a previous order, and I expect the same with this one.

I purchased four pairs of glasses from Blenders for presents to myself and my wife. One of the glasses they sent was defective. I contacted the company in early April and left a voicemail asking if they could either send me the temple piece (the broken part) or replace the glasses. I made it known I am more than happy to send the original defective pair back so they know I'm not trying to scam them. I left my phone number so they can give me a call and we can discuss it since it said on their website they would take care of it if it's a manufacturer's defect and it's less than a year. I followed up the voicemail by sending an email a couple weeks later with pictures and a description of the defective part. That was 2 weeks ago and no one has emailed me back. I just checked their website again and unfortunately it looks like they updated their return and refund policy after I submitted the initial request.

I placed an ordered for four pairs of sunglasses ? 3/15. I sent an email Friday 3/26 just checking the status of my order. I didnt receive an email back Saturday so I tried contacting Blenders by phone and they were closed over the weekend. No problem! So I called Monday and stayed on hold for 15 minutes and then it automatically switched me to you will need to leave a message. So I left a voicemail and never received a call back. Today I first called and stayed on hold for 12 minutes and had to hang up because its life and we are busy. I then emailed again about the status. Also tried pressing 3 for support and left a voicemail. This afternoon I waited on hold for 13 more minutes! Havent spoken with a human yet just an automated press 1 and hold. Again, sent another email without a response. I really would like to have my glasses! ? Ive heard great things about Blenders and was looking forward to my order. This is a huge disappointment. ?

I placed an order with Blenders Eye Wear on March 14th. My order total was $62.36 and I have been charged for the product. I have not received the product. I have reached out to customer service 6x in the last 72 hours. 1. Two Emails: both emails received an automated response about mermaids making my order. And also included that I would be contacted by a person ASAP. There has been no follow-up from a person. 2. Two phone calls: Both during office hours. I was on hold both times for 15 mins to be given one option of leaving a message, again being told I would be contacted, and that has not happened. 3. Instagram DM: No response 4. *** messenger: No response.This is becoming not only upsetting but infuriating that a company is intentional about not serving customers on the basis that "mermaids are running behind" and they are a "lean and mean" team. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The customer is left with no product and out of their $$$.

I submitted an order on 6/17 and received confirmation it shipped on 6/18. As of 6/28, my package has not left the origin. I have a DHL tracking number indicating it's en route to the distribution center since 6/18. I contacted Blender support and Sirena replied, asking to confirm my address. I did, but got no response in 2 days. Calling their service line results in long holds and voicemails. I called multiple times on 6/29, emailed support, and called thrice on 6/30. I want to speak with someone to expedite my order or get a refund.

I have not received my order.
I have contacted customers service on 3 occasions 15th 19th & 20th July and had no response on each occasion.

My order took forever to get to me and when I did receive the 2 pairs of sunglasses I received the wrong glasses. I received bluelight glasses instead of sunglasses. The company keeps saying I ordered from a scam company. Everything I have received says *** so I am not sure anyone can tell which is real and which is fake. I would think they would send the glasses to me to correct their name! They have my money and I never received the sunglasses.
