In Aug of 2021, Leonard Roofing Inc came to my house to check my solar panel setup and discovered 6 panels that were broken. But since then, they haven't done anything to fix the problem. The panels are supposed to have a 10-year warranty, but it's been a whole year and they still haven't been replaced. This has cost me a lot of money in lost energy, hundreds of dollars down the drain.

Problem is with Sunnova financing and Leonard Roofing Inc. We bought our house 5 years ago and it had solar mods. Late last year, Sunnova told us that 3 solar mods were not producing enough. When we asked how long this had been happening, they said it started early last year. As a result, our true up bill was $800. Sunnova refused to upgrade our system or replace the 3 broken mods, so they pushed the issue to Leonard Roofing. Leonard Roofing came to our house in November last year and confirmed that we had 3 shattered mods. They said it would take 3 months to get replacements. It's been over 3 months now and we still haven't received any mods or even a courtesy call. I called a month ago and was told they're having trouble finding replacements.

Roof tiles were installed poorly, with low quality resulting in many cracks. KB Homes says the warranty is expired and to contact Leonard Roofing. I called Leonard Roofing to ask for tile replacements and spoke with ***, who said they couldn't help and to email them pictures. I sent an email on 3/22/2022 saying: "Hi Daisy, Thanks for talking to me about my problem. I officially request a warranty replacement for my cracked tile roofs. They look like they were installed badly or with low quality tiles. This isn't normal wear and tear because the house is only 2 years old. Our old house, which was 10 years old, didn't have any tile roof issues. Please pass on my concern to your company and replace the cracked tile roofs. I attached pictures for you to see.
