Defective interior. Horrible process to replace or give a time window for customers who experienced this issue. Interior replacement was 7500.00 Lexus gave a service only credit of 2500.00 which can't be used to purchase parts towards the defective interior. Absolutely disrespectful to a customers confidence in some type of quality.
