I would like to obtain accurate information in regards to custom embroidery work with a design I personally created.
The store I went to at 20 City Blvd W, Unit 71, Orange, CA 92868, United States did not provide accurate information or good customer service.
I was given a invalid email address to contact lids.com in regards to my design to be approved or not and was treated unfairly and unacknowledged, it took a lady with pink hair whom had gotten back from her lunch break that was clocking in on one of the computers where i was standing waiting to be helped to realize that I needed help, although she did not provide the accurate email to contact LIDS, she was the only individual whom helped.
I just got off the phone with a representative by the name of Angela, she was barely helping me when the phone call dropped...
I created a design in PNG Format and would like to get the design embroidered on a 5 panel hat that I will provide. I would appreciate some accurate information on how to go about this and how to resolve my personal issue.
