I bought the product Life MXL-11. I love it. The service takes a while to get to you due to Covid-19. I ordered on Oct. 24, 2020 but didn't get it until February . However, it's a good product. Since it's delayed Paul promised to give me $300 as a gift to purchase my filter. I haven't got the filter yet from the $300 for my filter order as promised. Hopefully I will get it soon. If I get it then it's worth the wait. I give it a 4 star because I expect the item I purchased over $2K service should be better. It took a long time for customer service to response too. I water shared with another brand's water for just about a year. I took it upon myself to look at all machines out there before deciding to purchase a unit. To my surprise, Life Ionizers came out on top and I am still excited and thrilled to have made our purchase last fall. My two children, husband, dog and myself never miss a day drinking the water and never miss an opportunity to share this amazing water with others. I chose this machine over the other brand as it was more cost effective, tailored to my water source, no chemicals needed, the taste is exceptional and the technology was newer and more advanced. Overall, there was no comparison. Our representative was most professional and never pushy. I highly recommend this company and product!
Ive been using my Life Ionizer now for years and will never go without it. Ive been battling cancer now since 2012, late stage Ovarian Cancer. I strongly believe that my Ionizer has had a lot to do with me fighting cancer. Ive recurred a couple of times and then I start drinking almost a gallon of water a day of clean water. I cant say that it has cured me but I believe, as well as my doctor, that Ionized water has helped keep me stable. Great company and where else can you find something that offers a life time guarantee!

I have had my MXL-7 Life Ionizer for over 2 years and just ordered another set of filters. I have a potassium ion water softener that services the entire house for the past 25 years but I noticed a difference in the taste and feel of the water immediately after installing the MXL-7 Life Ionizer. It has a clean, slippery feel in my mouth. I love it!
I owned several machine in past 10 years . In the last 4 Ive the customer service decline . They recently put my on auto pay for new filters and was never informed . They become unreliable and scam people. Sad

Purchased my ionizer in 2018. Don't remember or want water without it. I have been through some frustrations with water pressure issues eventually resolved with the help & persistence of tech support. All was well until last fall. Several weeks after using the Citrus Cleaner (not before) I suddenly had a strong nasty sulfur smell when the water was running through the machine but nowhere else in the cabin. Still sorting though the cause including service by local well experts. It seems the source is the ionizer. Have ordered all new replacement filters. Five stars are for the customer service & tech support folks at Life Ionizers when things don't go perfectly. I am satisfied with the machine & looking forward to being able to use it again very soon.

Ordered the MXL-15 UC and received it 2 weeks outside of the time frame my sales rep had told me. It could've been because it was during the Christmas/New Years holiday and weather. The only issue I encountered when I received the unit was the barb fitting on one of the pre-filter connections was smashed. My call was forwarded to a technical rep where I left a VM. My call was never returned. I resorted to going to the local h/w store and getting a replacement part. Installation instructions were easy to follow, but could be a challenge for a novice plumber. After install, I've made several calls for technical assistance and each time they have been responsive and helpful. My family really loves the unit and we could really taste the purity and quality of the water.

I purchased a Life MXL-15 under-counter unit a couple of years ago. I installed it myself without any issues. I realize there seems to be controversy about such units. I live in an area where my water is supplied by a natural spring and the water tastes great but tested to have a low PH value. The unit does raise my PH level to 8.5 (from 6.5) and in addition, raises the level of molecular hydrogen which if consumed after dispensing makes me feel that I am doing something good for myself. I actually am in charge of the water system for the HOA in this area so I test the water frequently. As such, I feel it is worth the investment given that our bodies are composed of 60% or more water. While it took longer than I had expected to get the system it was worth the wait and filters are available so life is good! We need all the help we can get!

Bought the MXL-15 in 2018 while my mom was dealing with liver failure due to cirrhosis. The biggest concern for her was keeping hydrated as she had the gastic bypass in 2004 and could not drink enough to hydrate herself adequately. Due to the microclustering of the water and its antioxidant capacity it was a no brainer for me to invest in an ionizing water machine, not to mention the pre-filters which remove a percentage of the radioactive isotopes in our water as we live near a nuclear power plant. About 6 months after being released from the hospital and drinking this water as well as herbal ally assistance, she was able to stay hydrated and her liver enzymes went back to NORMAL. The doctors were amazed saying they needed to do a biopsy to confirm her liver cirrhosis had healed. I am so grateful to have found this company as they had a stronger ionizer for half the price of competitors! Thank you Lifeionizer for your service to the world.

My wife - a MD and a functional medicine practitioner- has been researching for a long time about water ionizers and she concluded for health benefits it is worth to buy one. Then my turn came, to decide to buy which water ionizer to buy. After three full days of searching, I ordered an MXL-9, under counter unit with customized prefilters. I preferred this unit because of its newer technology, made in Korea, BPA free plastics and easy to find replacement filters with overall affordable price compared to the other famous brands. The salesman, [salesman's name], was very helpful; he had upgraded my original order of MXL-7 to MXL-9 with two customized filters at no additional cost. I have received the unit three days later, in excellent packaging, no missing items, clear instructions. It took about an hour to install it, working excellent. I hope alkaline water will help to improve my knee arthritis. Let's use it regularly for three months and I will give an update.

I had some problems with customer service, filter delivery and my chrome faucet I ordered over a year ago. The company sent me a regular stainless steal faucet, without asking, so I could use the system, very grateful for that, and, on New Years Day, when I decided to install my new filters, I called tech support with a problem I couldn't figure out myself, and Paul answered and was very patient and helpful in getting my machine going again. Even though he wasn't part of tech support, he ran me through half a dozen things, about 15 minutes on the phone. He also told me to call back mid January and he'd take care of my chrome faucet. Before I was getting worried about ever getting my chrome faucet, but now with Paul on board, I feel much more positive my kitchen will finally be completed the way I imagined it. I have been thinking about getting a water ionizer for years and with it being so expensive I was happy to go with this company because it was only 1/3 of the cost of a name brand. When I called to order it, they actually had a deal where they would upgrade me a machine for the same price as the older one I was prepared to order so that was amazing. The filters were more expensive than I thought they would be. Expect to pay about $400 a year which equates to about $33 month, but still worth it for alkaline water. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because things do take a long time to ship. What I would recommend is ordering one of everything that you need as a back up and then upon using the back ups replace them immediately. It can be 3 to 4 months before you receive the item you order, so do not wait to order your filter when it says you need to replace it soon or you might not get it in time. Other than that, I haven't had any issues with it and the water tastes great. Love it!

Their customer service is very poor. Can't get a live person to speak with and every time we call, it always goes to voicemail. And they do not return call. I own an m11X next generation machine. From the time I've been ordering filters, they are always out of stock. The last order we placed was dated 7/19 and the lead time is from 4-6 weeks. We spoke first with a Camis R who was very quick to get rid of you in the phone. Very poor customer service. Next person we spoke with was a Justin who said that filters arrived but they ran out is shipping supplies hence the delay in shipping the orders out. He told us that we can personally pick them up from their Carlsbad office which we wanted to do as we are transferring out of state. Anyways. Been trying to call them back so we can arrange pick up but to no avail. Our calls are routed to their voicemail, we leave a message but no calls were ever returned. Please do not order from this company if you want alkaline water. Go to other sources with better customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company has NO customer service and when you talk to someone you are being made wrong. I ordered a new filter over a month ago, after 3 weeks wait I called to get an update on my order (I live in the same state a couple hours away so should be fairly rapid), I was then told that they were back order 6-8 weeks! I was never informed of this in the first place. The lady had the nerve to try and subscribe me for 3 filters that I "needed, otherwise if the machine breaks it would be your fault"! I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I called a week later to get an update on the refund, the lady said it takes 7-14 days but she will nudge the finance department. I called again today as still no refund is appearing and she then said that "it was out of her control". I asked how can I contact the person "in control". She said she would not let me talk to the refund manager. I filed a claim with my credit card company against this transaction. I would NOT recommend this company no matter how "good" their product is. I had a similar issue in 2015 and it looks weeks to resolve> I thought they had improve. They have NOT!

They not only did not ship my filters but they reported my claim as false. Trust pilot removed my review and asked for my supporting documents. I have since provided the invoice and this review was reinstated. I just do not understand how this company remains in operation. I do not recommend this company. After having this product for at least 6 years the company continues to fail in customer service and in servicing their product. Over the past three years I have ordered replacement filters that take months to arrive. Excuse after excuse is given as to why the filters have not arrived. No more. I cancelled my order that was placed at the end of May and asked for a full refund of a product that I have not received. The order was cancelled by my husband on 8/27. Customer Service contacted me within minutes to say they would two day air the filters. Well today is 9/1. No filters big surprise. Called once again and told them to cancel order and refund money. I received some song and dance that the filters were sent two day air but it would take 5 days because Texas was next to California. Guess he failed geography. I also asked for the tracking number of which he could not provide. Big mystery there. The shipping manager was gone for the day. BIG FAIL ALL THE WAY AROUND LIFE IONIZER. You just lost a customer.

I have been using the Life Ionizers water system for years and felt healthy drinking ionized water with being able to adjust the alkalinity. Last year I purchased a home that had its water source from a community well. I hooked up my ionizer and thought I was all set. After about 3 months, I became really ill and got down to the nitty gritty that it was the well water causing my illness. The water operator in charge of this community well was not helpful at all, so I called the folks at the Life Ionizers company. They suggested that I put in a Dolphin Tank whole house water filtration system with a UV light. I said yes and placed an order. Since they were so back ordered (due to Covid?), I needed a quick solution, so they suggested putting in an under-sink system to make sure that the drinking water was as purified as possible. I did that and began the long wait for my Dolphin Tank with the UV light. Even after starting to drink the purified water, I continued to be ill. I would feel somewhat better but after taking a long, hot shower or soaking in the tub, I would become very ill again. I never have been able to narrow it down to exactly what is in this water that makes me so ill (besides coliform and e coli) but once I finally received the Dolphin Tank with the UV light and got it hooked up, I immediately started feeling better and all the health problems have disappeared and not come back. All of that being said, if you are on well water and have been having health issues, a whole house water filtration system may be your answer to getting your health back. It is obvious to me that the Earth's water table is too polluted to be able to use without thorough filtration.

I purchased an MXL-15 Life Ionizer for several thousand dollars. I ordered replacement filters eight+ months ago. I spoke with a lady at Life Ionizer (the only time I was able to reach anyone) who said she would attempt to escalate the matter. Now, after leaving four polite messages over the past month on the Life Ionizer filter service line she provided to me, I have received no call back whatsoever, the MXL-15 is completely nonfunctional (although it came with a lifetime warranty), no one will return my call, or tell me if or when I'm going to get the filters for my multi-thousand dollar water filter/ionizer. I am filing this complaint for selling a product they refuse to service, or even return your phone call regarding order status. The machine won't work at all without the filters, and either I get the filters I ordered, or this seems like a scam. I'd really like my machine to work, as promised and to receive the replacement filters I ordered.
I have NEVER received the filters for my Life ionizer machine! I have made many phone trying to resolve this and last call was to ***. He was very rude to me and after going back and forth with emails he insists the filters were shipped. I did receive my pkg of 3 filters for my water pitcher but have never received the other two filters for my water machine. He gave me a tracking number to check, however, that does not show what was delivered and I know that that was my filters for my pitcher. He refuses to listen to my history of events through phone calls that I have kept track of and which I did finally email them to him. He still insists that they were sent and they were NOT sent! Im a 76 yr old senior and to be hassled like this for months is unacceptable. I stated to either credit the credit card or to send me filters for my life ionizer pitcher, which would be 5 of these little filters,It may seem like a little thing but for me as a low income senior its huge!
We purchased their ionizer on December 3, and received the actual product on January 26. We removed our existing reverse osmosis system and installed the new one on January 30. Unfortunately, the quality of the water was terrible, with a metallic, dirty taste and a burning sensation inside your body. On February 3, I reached out to customer service. The representative who answered the phone was not helpful. She never identified herself by name and consistently directed calls to voicemail instead of connecting me with someone available to talk.
For technical support, you are required to leave a message, and the technician would return the call a day or two later, expecting you to be at home in front of the ionizer to receive assistance. When I finally got home and called him back, he was, of course, unavailable. This led to a wasted week of back-and-forth communication. Out of frustration, I informed customer service that if someone didn't contact me immediately, I would return the system. In hindsight, I should have returned it then, rather than enduring another month of trouble.
Eventually, we managed to speak with the technician, who informed us that we should have kept our reverse osmosis system and connected it to the ionizer, a detail not mentioned in the manual. Their system supposedly has filters to purify the water, but it seems those filters were ineffective. On February 10, the technician assisted us in connecting the reverse osmosis system to the ionizer, and for about a week, the water quality was somewhat acceptable. However, the water soon reverted to having the same metallic, awful taste.
The technician then suggested that we needed a coral remineralizer. He sent us one, but it was defective, and we had to wait an additional 4-5 days for a replacement. By then, I was completely disillusioned with the entire situation and contacted customer service to initiate the return process. That was on March 3. After a 30-minute wait on the line, I spoke with Janet, who emailed me the return authorization form. I completed and returned the form to her that same day. Today is March 25, and I have yet to hear back from her despite sending weekly emails. The lack of response and the unprofessional manner in which this company handles customer relations have left me extremely frustrated.
On August 1, I ordered Life MXL Internal Replacement Filter #1 and Filter #2, plus two MX & MXL Series Citric Acid Cleaning Cartridges for my MXL-13 Life Ionizer Water Machine. I paid $224.45 via a credit card. Today's date is March 26. I have yet to receive the products. I called Life Ionizers in October and December , and was told the products were back ordered until January . I called on January 25 and was told the products had arrived and would be sent out soon. I would receive an email with a tracking number. I never received an email. On March 10, I called again, left my name and phone number after a voice message indicated that someone would call me back. No one has called in the two weeks period. Again, today's date is March 26.
The individual who answered was rude couldn't say why if I did not contact their company how that could happen, instead I was told "oh you'll be receiving your stimulus check in about a week, you can call back and pay for the system then." To say that I was pissed off, is an understatement, as I had already acquired and was approved for funding and the product was on order and waiting to be shipped to my home. I was also then sent a new invoice from paypal to pay for something that I was already currently paying for. It would be very gracious of Life Ionizers as a company to go ahead and send out the water system that I ordered and they customized for my home to me at no charge. I did not cancel my order it was an error on their behalf not mines and my families. I also hope that the conversations between myself and the very rude associate is listened to and that person is dealt with. I placed an order for a new Ionizer Water Machine from Life Ionizers on August 10th and was told it would ship in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks later I contacted them to find out if it had shipped and was told due to COVID there were delays but that I should receive it in about 2 weeks. By mid October it still hadn't arrived so I called again and was told it was still delayed yet was expected to ship soon. By November it still hadn't arrived, called again and was given the same excuse. In December the company stopped returning my calls or answering emails. I requested a refund and was told on February 2nd it was processed only to have it never show up in my account, so I called again a week or so later I was told I had to fill out a "Refund Authorization Form" before I could even get a refund which I did, only to have no one do the refund again. Finally on February 17 I was issued a refund by Life Ionizers and it's March 2 and I still have no refund.

On December 26 I traded in my Life ionizer machine MX9 for new 2020 MXL-15 and I played $1997.00. They informed me I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for machine. Today is March 17 and I didn't get it. I tried to contact them many times and I spent on the phone many hours. They put me on hold for 20 - 30 minutes and switched me to other agent and finely they was telling me somebody will call me back. Nobody never called me back. Finely somebody told me they can't deliver me my item due to US Custom problem and they don't even know when I will receive it, if I'll receive at all. Service was very unkind and worse quality I ever experienced.
I ordered replacement filter on June 5 and they received my money but I have not received the 2 filters that I ordered. I have called them every month and *** always says that they will be mailed in 2 wks and I have never got them. Same story every time I call, in 2 wks, wait for 2 wks. I asked for a refund but I haven't received it either. I have no more patience
On or about 2/20 I made an attempt to purchase a water purification system from LIFE IONIZERS. While I was on the phone, the man who represented to be the Regional Sales Manager at the company quoted me a price a specific model and part number and insisted to book to order right away to take advantage of the the "special pricing". I agreed and gave him my credit card information. Upon charging my credit card I received an order acknowledgment for a different part (which was cheaper than the one I paid for). He also represented that they make the product in Carlsbad California, but I found out that the product is made in Korea. I immediately called him back and asked him to cancel my ordered and gave him the lack of trust due to the manipulation of the part number and pricing as well as misrepresentation of the origination of the product. He tried to convince me to not cancel and I did not agree. I asked him to send me the confirmation that the order is cancelled and he did. To date, they have charged my credit card and never applied credit and paid my money back. I consider that a fraud, but I am not an attorney and I am not sure what to call this. It will take my bank 2-3 months to handle the dispute and credit my account. In the meantime I am pay interest on $2,997.00 purchase that never had taken place. Please help me with this.

Purchased a $4000 water machine that requires specific filters available through the Life Ionizer company. The filter on my machine eventually went out (October ) and so I placed an order for filter replacements on October 21 and was told the order would be fulfilled in around 4 weeks. It has now been 13 weeks and although I've contacted the Life Ionizer customer service numerous times, I keep getting the run around. I now have an expensive machine that has been sitting idle for months because Life Ionizers refuse to fulfill or refund the money I paid for the filters. I've asked many times for an update and have been told the filters were on the way I don't know how many times only to learn that I was once again told a lie. The Life Ionizer customer service is pathetic and full of people that only want to take your money and run. I would like a refund for the filter and the machine that is probably no longer any good having sat idle for months without use.
I ordered a water ionizer on Nov 27th, 2020 with a 4-6 week delivery. I have been calling since February and after a few calls and hours of hold time was told that the product was here (Carlsbad, CA) and being tested and would ship on Tuesday Feb 22nd, 2021. I got an email from Fedex that they had received the shipment information. No updates since then and I have called and been on hold for hours and told they would call me back or they transferred me to a full voice mail box. I have still not received the product today March 3rd.
I ordered filters December 18. We are now almost 3 months away and I have yet to receive them. I was originally told I would get them in six weeks. I would've never bought a machine that I could not get replacement filters for in a reasonable amount of time.

However, they did not honor this promise. Additionally, I bought three filters on December 7. The company's representative declined to address any of my questions or allow me to speak with a supervisor. I am now left with a $4,000 machine that is advertised to have a lifetime warranty, yet I am without customer service, the promised credit, and the filters.

To say that I was pissed off, is an understatement, as I had already acquired and was approved for funding and the product was on order and waiting to be shipped to my home. I was also then sent a new invoice from paypal to pay for something that I was already currently paying for. It would be very gracious of Life Ionizers as a company to go ahead and send out the water system that I ordered and they customized for my home to me at no charge. I did not cancel my order it was an error on their behalf not mines and my families. I ordered a product, MXL-9 Alkaline Water Ionizer from this company on 9/12. The company initially didn't even send me a receipt although I spent $2182.38 for this product and they charged my account immediately. I called to request a receipt the next day and only then was it emailed to me with an order number. A month passed with no communication nor product received. When I reached out, I was told by a company representative that it was being held up in customs. He made promises to expedite the delivery several times. He was my only contact person and explained that the office staff were overwhelmed and apologized for not returning my calls.
The representative assured me at least three times that I would receive the product within the week and he would issue credits to my account for future filters. After 107 days and countless phone calls, he finally communicated with the office and they sent me the refund request form that I had asked for. I received and returned the refund request form on 12/28; it has been 60 days since then and I still haven't received the refund.
The company hasn't been responsive and the representative mentioned he doesn't care if I report it to my bank or the ComplaintsBoard.com; all of the pleasantries are clearly over. They got my money, failed to deliver the product, and now the individual who I was told to send the refund request to has barely communicated with me. This person responded to my inquiry, saying they were checking with management regarding my refund on 1/27; I haven't heard back since then nor have I been refunded. When I look up my order on their website, it still shows as 'processing' with no indication that they have canceled the order or made any effort to refund it.
We purchased the expensive M11 Life Ionizer Water Purification system for our new construction/home in 2017. It stopped working in July . A replacement M13 was sent to us and worked well until the filters ran out. The filters do NOT last very long and cost about $80 each (and there are 3). If I had researched more I would have seen that they have you buying new filters about every 6-7 months on top of the $2500 price tag for the unit. We ordered a new filter #2 last September 17 for $79.96. It never arrived. The unit won't work unless all filters are in there. I inquired in Nov, 2020 and Dec. 22, 2020. I actually paid for a new filter SET (and additional $287.90) at this time, and I was assured on the phone it would be sent out before Christmas). It's the end of February and we still have not heard from them. I called last week and the gal sent an email to her supervisor, Paul, trying to expedite the order. I understand there is a supply chain problem, but it would be nice if they would contact their clients and tell them what the problem is. 5 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for ONE filter. We cannot us the unit. The company has not contacted us ever with information on why our order is so late. Filters are supposed to last for 2000 gallons. Two of us use about one gallon of water from the system per day. I feel like the filters are stopping their use well before they are supposed to. At 1 gallon per day x 183 days in 6 months = 183 gallons. This is well below the 2000 gallons it's supposed to use up before not working.
I placed an order for a new Ionizer Water Machine from Life Ionizers on August 10th and was told it would ship in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks later I co reacted them to find out if it had shipped and was told due to COVID there were delays but that I should receive it in about 2 weeks. By November it still hadn't arrived, called again and was given the same excuse. In December the company stopped returning my calls or answering emails. I requested a refund and was told on February 2nd it was processed only to have it never show up in my account, so I called again a week or so later I was told I had to fill out a “Refund Authorization Form" before I could even get a refund which I did, only to have no one do the refund again. Finally on February 17 I was issued a refund by *** and it's March 2 and I still have no refund.
On august 2 I ordered two Life Ionizer water filters on the Life Ionizer web site at a cost of $150.47. After some weeks my wife called Life Ionizers to inquire about the order. She was told that the order was delayed because of Covid. In January my wife Emailed Life Ionizers with no response. I called life Ionizers on 3/2 and was told that their supplier was not delivering. They told me to register a "dispute charge" with my credit card company. I want my money back.

He was very rude to me and after going back and forth with emails he insists the filters were shipped. I did receive my pkg of 3 filters for my water pitcher but have never received the other two filters for my water machine. He gave me a tracking number to check, however, that does not show what was delivered and I know that that was my filters for my pitcher. He refuses to listen to my history of events through phone calls that I have kept track of and which I did finally email them to him. He still insists that they were sent and they were NOT sent! Im a 76 yr old senior and to be hassled like this for months is unacceptable. Upon installation in my new house by a professional, the system would not operate properly. Over a period of several months, I spoke multiple times with technical support with Life Ionizers and spent hours and hours trying to get the system to work. I did everything they said and still the system would not work. After spending over $300 on the new filters and another $175 for professional install and additional parts, there was nothing left to do. I called Life Ionizer to return the unused new filters since I could not get the system to work. I was told they do not accept returned filters. The customer service agent put me in touch with her manager who told me the same thing. He promised me he would get in touch with technical support and get back in touch with me within the week. Three weeks later, I have not heard from him. I have spent too much time and money on this system that just isn't going to work. I want my money back!

A month went by and I reached out to the company to inquire about my water ionizer. It was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 weeks and now a month had already passed. I was lied to and told that it would ship the coming Friday. It never shipped. I continued to call in and sent emails basically begging for support and an update. I was repeatedly told lies and given the run around. I requested a refund many times and had to escalate it to management . I was sent a return authorization Form but it was never processed. It has been more than three months and they refused to refund my money. I had to file a complaint with my bank requesting a chargeback which will take more time. Bottom line is that these people are bad business and their customer service is awful. They want to used Covid-19 as an excuse. My order was made well ahead of that and is no excuse for the level of poor customer service I received. They promote bad business all the way around.

On or about 2/20 I made an attempt to purchase a water purification system from LIFE IONIZERS. While I was on the phone, the man who represented to be the Regional Sales Manager at the company quoted me a price a specific model and part number and insisted to book to order right away to take advantage of the the "special pricing". I agreed and gave him my credit card information. Upon charging my credit card I received an order acknowledgment for a different part (which was cheaper than the one I paid for). He also represented that they make the product in Carlsbad California, but I found out that the product is made in Korea. I immediately called him back and asked him to cancel my ordered and gave him the lack of trust due to the manipulation of the part number and pricing as well as misrepresentation of the origination of the product. He tried to convince me to not cancel and I did not agree. I asked him to send me the confirmation that the order is cancelled and he did. To date, they have charged my credit card and never applied credit and paid my money back. I consider that a fraud, but I am not an attorney and I am not sure what to call this. It will take my bank 2-3 months to handle the dispute and credit my account. In the meantime I am pay interest on $2,997.00 purchase that never had taken place. Please help me with this.

I came to decide that I no longer needed the unit. It was never used, installed or altered from its original condition. All units are advertised to come with a 75 day return policy from the date of deliver, customers refunded in full save for a 15% restocking fee and delivery costs. I began contacting the company to initiate a return beginning on Friday June 19th. It is now July 4th. I called the company on Friday June 19th to initiate a return and was told I would be called on Monday June 22nd to initiate the process, this did not occur. On June 24th I called the company to initiate a return and was told that I would receive follow up via email or phone call about filling out an “RA form" (return authorization) but did not receive follow up. On June 24th via text message, I contacted the agent who originally dealt me the unit stating my intention to initiate a return, I was offered a rebate. After insisting on a return and expressing frustration with the return process I was told that I would be sent the “RA form" on Tuesday June 30th. This did not occur. On July 4th I have messaged the original dealer once again expressing dissatisfaction with my return process which began on Friday 19th and offering to help move the process forward in any way. I have yet to receive followup.

On April 25,2018 I signed up for the Annual Auto Ship Filter Program for my M9 Next Generation Life Ionizer. I was to receive an annual one year supply of filters for a cost of $311.85 every year. Life Ionizers did not ship the filters in April so I called them on September 9 to order a one year supply of replacement filters for my MX Series Life Ionizer for a cost of $423.80 (an increase of $111.95). This amount was charged to my credit card on Sept. 9, 2020. I called them again on October 28 to inquire why I had not received my filters. They told me the filters were on back order. I asked for a refund on my credit card and I was told that would cancel my order and that the filters would be shipped to me. I called again on November 5 because I still hadn't received the filters and the amount charged to my credit card was due. They told me my order would ship that day or the following day so I paid the credit card charge to avoid an interest charge. I called them again today 11/23 because I have not received the filters and I was again told that they would ship today or tomorrow and that I would get an email with tracking information. It had been almost 3 months since I placed the order and every time I call to see why I haven't received the filters I get the same answer. I would like to get the filters so my warranty will remain in affect as promised, but I don't know why they have to charge my credit card until the order ships. If they aren't going to ship the filters as promised, I would like a refund to my credit card. I had this same problem last year before finally receiving the filters. All communication has been by phone and I have never received and email confirmation of the order or any shipping information.

We bought their ionizer on 12/3, received the actual product on 1/26. Removed our existing reverse osmosis (RO) system and installed it on 1/30. However, the quality of the water was terrible, with a metallic dirty taste and an unpleasant aftertaste. It even caused a burning sensation inside our bodies. On 2/3, I contacted customer services, but the lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all. She never mentioned her name and didn't direct me to someone I could speak with, always sending me to voicemail. For tech support, you need to leave a message and a guy (name withheld) calls back after a day or two, expecting you to be at home in front of the ionizer in order to assist you. When I finally got home and called him, he was unavailable, of course. This back-and-forth wasted a whole week. I became so frustrated that I called customer service again and told the same lady that if someone didn't call me right away, I would return the system (I should have done it then instead of enduring another month of pain). Somehow, we managed to get hold of (name withheld), who informed us that we should have kept our RO system and connected it with the ionizer. This was never mentioned in the manual. Their system supposedly has filters that should clean the water, but I guess the filters are useless. On Feb 10, he helped us connect the RO with the ionizer, and for about a week, we had somewhat decent water. However, after that, the water became bad again, with the same metallic awful taste. (Name withheld) then said that we now need a coral remineralizer. He sent us one, but it was defective, and we had to wait another 4-5 days for him to send us a replacement. At that point, I was so fed up with the whole situation that I called customer service and asked to start the return process. That was on 3/3 when I called, and after waiting on the line for 30 minutes, I was finally able to talk to Janet, who emailed me the return authorization form. I filled it out and emailed it back to her the same day. Today is 3/25, and I still have not heard from her. I have emailed her every week, but I have received no response. I am incredibly frustrated with this company and the unprofessional way they deal with customers.

When I needed to buy filters or get assistance, their customer service was quite good and they put me onto a distributor named Most in Queensland Australia. I bought filters from Most and also got good service info from him. That was UNTIL my most recent attempt to purchase more filters from Most in Sept 2020. I contacted Most, same as usual, and asked him to send me down a set of 4 filters at a cost of $449. Once I had pre-paid, Most wouldn't respond. After several attempts, I tried to contact Life Ionizers through their website, nobody responded. I emailed the owner John Smith on [protected]@lifeionizers.com. His response below was far from acceptable. MY EMAIL "John, have you guys gone broke? I transferred $449 to Most (Australia) a month ago and nothing has arrived, neither can i get onto him. I emailed Life Ionizers contact page several and have received nothing. I just rang your Australian 1800 number [protected] which tells me my Post Code is invalid, and then says goodbye and hangs up. What's happening? Jane Doe" JOHN'S RESPONSE "Hi Jane, We closed down Australia last year. I hope you paid by credit card so you can do a chargeback. Most has been defrauding people for a year so report this to the police. We sell some filters on Amazon and I ship direct there all the time. Sorry to hear this but definitely contact the police John" I had no previous information from Life Ionizers that they closed down Australia and was therefore completely unaware. MY FIRST REPLY TO JOHN'S EMAIL "John, Why wouldn't you guys contact us all to warn us?" MY 2nd REPLY (after no response from John) "John, Surely Life Ionizers must hold some responsibility for not informing Aussie customers, especially when you have known for 12 months that he has been ripping people off." I can't get any response from them and can't find correct filters on Amazon.

I spent months calling up customer services and emailing John as I didn't receive the refund. John shockingly did not respond to my emails. Customer services nudged him many times... I ended up in August losing my temper and telling customer services that if they didn't connect me to a manager, I would file a complaint. On August 20th, an employee from Accounting called Jane Doe emailed me, asking me to fill out the same refund. It has been over 1 month now, and I still have not received the refund. I have been emailing Jane and messaging customer services multiple times per week. On September 11th I was told Jane finally called their bank, who asked her to re-confirm my bank details for the wire to be transferred. I was told that the money would be in my account sometime the week after. It has now been 2 weeks, and still nothing. I have never heard for an international bank transfer to take more than 5 business days. I honestly don't know who or what to believe at this point. I am exhausted by Life Ionizer not prioritizing my case, and I have been lied to so many times by the staff as they tell me they will email me with an update (then never do), or that something "has been processed", then later I find out this isn't true. Yesterday I emailed Jane and customer services to beg for someone to call their bank again and check why the money hasn't come through, but Jane has not responded. The company seems to lack empathy or consideration for my desperate need to receive this $2000 back. I am literally stuck in a foreign country and cannot afford to fly home until I receive my refund!

I purchase a Life Ionizer MXL-11 product from this company back on 08/05. I was upgrading from a previous model from the same company. I was initially told that my machine would arrive within 4 - 6 weeks. However, it took about 15 weeks before it was finally delivered. I kept calling to inquire on the delivery and kept getting the run around and being told it should arrive next week and the week after and so on. Finally after being delivered on 11/14, I hooked it up and began using it. After the second use, it started malfunctioning. It was not filter the water through the machine due to an issue with either the filters or the machine itself. I contacted the company for support and was directed to a voicemail. I left a message and waited a couple of days for a return call and never received one. I emailed my customer specialist regarding this issue and he said that he would reach out to the service department and have someone give me a call. After a week or so, I still have not received a call. I contacted the service department again and left a message. After a day or 2 later, I finally got a call back and was given some troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue. These tips seem to work initially, then after turning the machine off and trying to utilize it again, the same issue occurred. I called the service tech back and left a voicemail to let him know that I can still experiencing issues. I never heard back from him. Since then, I have been calling back 2 - 3 times a week to try to reach him. I have complained to my customer specialist via email and he never responded back. I have complained to customer service and they only say that they will leave a message for the service department or service manager to call me back, but still never received a call back. I have repeatedly tried troubleshooting the machine on my own with no luck. I have had this machine for about 5 months now with no resolution. I am very disappointed with the support I have received.

Lifeionizer ***. Worst company ever! REGRET purchased a MXL-15 In JanuaryI purchased a MXL-15 In January. Its been two years of flat out lies. They sent the wrong above counter faucet control. Ordered bright chrome they sent a darker unit. I got one excuse after another. Was passed from one person to another ..each with a better excuse (lie) as to why they couldnt provide the correct ORDERED part. Was PROMISED that it would be shipped.. another lie. I am SO VERY dissatisfied with this company.. For your own sanity I recommend going with ANY other water machine.
