I own a small restaurant in Bend, Oregon and the linens I order from here are great, My tables are a little order but they do a great job of covering them up.

Linens are the lowest price I could find online, worked great and they actually looked nice! I had to Iron them which took a little time, but thats probably to be expected.

After having two cancel two other orders with different websites, I found this one. I'm attempting to handle my own wedding plans and needed to purchase linens for the reception. I found their phone number easily and both times I called, the representatives were extremely pleasant and willing to help me by answering all of my questions. They went out of their way to send me a swatch sample, even though they are transitioning to new samples. They are the Nordstrom of online linens!

I done bought sum table cloths from this website called LinenTablecloth. But when I got them they was supposably from a brand called Lann's Linens, but they wasn't nuthin' like the ones I'd got in the past. I compared them to my true Lann's Linens and these new ones was thin and had gotten all frazzled and frayed after just one wash. I am pretty sure this is some kind of scam. Even the tag with the brand name looked nothing like what I done bought from other companies before. So if you ask me, don't waste your cash. Can't even trust them big name brands when it comes to this here company.

So, I recently rented tablecloths from LinenTablecloth for my wedding. Let me tell you, the shipping was insanely fast, couldn't believe it. However, after waiting two whole weeks without any response as to when I could expect my deposit back, I was informed that I wasn't going to receive one. You know why? Apparently, there was some damage that left the cloths totally un-usable. AND, to make matters worse, the order was marked as them paying for the shipping when I had done so myself!

The funny part is that I only used one of the tablecloths, and I know for a FACT that it wasn't damaged AT ALL. I mean seriously, all it had on it was my guestbook (like c'mon, that's pretty innocent if you ask me). Needless to say, they weren't able to provide any evidence whatsoever for why they claimed the cloths were ruined.

I have not received any updates regarding my order's status, and it's making me a bit on edge. I have an event planned on 04/02, and my order has yet to even start shipping out. Anyway, I hope they improve on their communication skills and become more responsive to their customers' needs. As for now, I won't be placing another order from LinenTablecloth anytime soon.

They could no longer fulfill my order since they were out of stock of the napkins I ordered. However, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience they had caused me. Moreover, they gave me an ultimatum of 48-hours to pick different-colored napkins for the same price or get an automatic refund. The napkins that were immediately available were not pretty at all, and all the "pretty" colors were sold out. I had it with them, and I demanded a refund! To their credit, the refund was processed very quickly, which was commendable, but it was too late.

In all honesty, it's difficult to rate or recommend LinenTablecloth. They have great prices and reviews, but the customer service is non-existent. I can't imagine how they would treat customers who need urgent assistance in the future, and I had seen enough to write them off for good. But it's up to you if you want to take a risk or not. Good luck to all who decide to give it a go! But as for me, there is no way I'm coming back to this online store.

In the end, I got my refund, but it took almost a month, which is simply ridiculous. They didn't even respond to my credit card dispute, so I guess they're not prepared to handle chargebacks either. In summary, if you want to avoid unnecessary frustration and stress, it's better to dispute any charges you have with LinenTablecloth. Trust me; you'll win the dispute because they simply don't know how to respond to them.

Instead of getting pink table skirts, they sent me seven peach table skirts, and I was disappointed since I ordered the wrong color. After reaching out to them, they wouldn't allow me to return them, insisting that the color was accurate and their excuse for no exchanges was sorry. But they were absolutely NOT the pink shade I had in mind.

I tried making two orders on the same day and they were all like "send them back separately or we're gonna charge you TWO restocking fees and make you pay for two labels too... like what?!?!" And like, if your return is like less than $10 they straight up DENY it. What a hassle amirite? Like, I'm never ordering from them again, no way.

Linentablecloth.com is a really bad website, like seriously. I wouldn't order from them again if I were you. My order was delayed and they wouldn't give me my money back, like who does that? They make you pay an extra 20% restocking fee and also make you pay to return it even if it's their fault. They don't give a crap about us customers, they just want our money.
