I was shopping for my daughters wedding and stumbled on this site for her decor, I am glad I did, saved us hundreds of dollars, and the quality was great!

I own a small restaurant in Bend, Oregon and the linens I order from here are great, My tables are a little order but they do a great job of covering them up.

Linens are the lowest price I could find online, worked great and they actually looked nice! I had to Iron them which took a little time, but thats probably to be expected.

After having two cancel two other orders with different websites, I found this one. I'm attempting to handle my own wedding plans and needed to purchase linens for the reception. I found their phone number easily and both times I called, the representatives were extremely pleasant and willing to help me by answering all of my questions. They went out of their way to send me a swatch sample, even though they are transitioning to new samples. They are the Nordstrom of online linens!

I gotta say, I recently ordered some linens from LinenTablecloth and boy was I disappointed. The shipping alone took forever, I mean, come on, I don't have all day to wait for my package. And if that wasn't enough, when I finally got my order, it was all wrong! Like, seriously guys, can't you get a simple order right?

But the real kicker was their customer service. Talk about terrible! I tried to get some help with returning my incorrect order, but they didn't want to hear it. Instead, they just ignored my requests and left me hanging. Not cool, LinenTablecloth, not cool.

And you won't believe it, but when I tried to leave an honest review about my experience, they actually blocked it! Can you believe that? I mean, come on, everyone deserves to know the truth about this terrible company.

All in all, I would NOT recommend LinenTablecloth to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a better supplier for your linens. Trust me, your sanity will thank you.

So, I recently made a purchase from LinenTablecloth for a party I had planned. Unfortunately, the party has already passed, and I haven't even received my order yet. I've tried to get in touch with them via email twice, but I haven't received a response. I also tried calling the phone number provided on my bank statement, but that didn't go through either. It seems like my order is still pending, and I'm not sure what's going on.

I tried getting table skirts from LinenTablecloth, bout seven of them. Instead of getting pink table skirts, they sent me seven peach table skirts, and I was disappointed since I ordered the wrong color. After reaching out to them, they wouldn't allow me to return them, insisting that the color was accurate and their excuse for no exchanges was sorry. But they were absolutely NOT the pink shade I had in mind.

So if you're thinking about buying from LinenTablecloth, be extra cautious about the colors you choose. What you see online might be a little bit or even A LOT different in reality, and you won't be able to correct your mistake by exchanging or returning the item.

I really wanted to like this website, but I had a terrible experience with LinenTablecloth. I ordered some items for a party and it was a real hassle. Firstly, they sent only a part of my order and made me wait for the rest of it. When I tried to contact their customer service, they took way too long to respond and didn't provide me with any answers. I had to follow up multiple times before I could get any help.

They kept insisting that I create an account which didn't seem right to me. It felt like they were trying to make me jump through hoops just to get what I had already paid for. It took them a whole week just to get back to me and it seemed like they didn't even know what they had in their own warehouse.

I really wish I had read the other reviews before placing an order. It seems like this is something they do to a lot of customers. It's a shame because the products seem nice but the experience was a nightmare. I will never order from LinenTablecloth again and will warn others not to do so either.

So, I thought I'd give LinenTablecloth a try and ordered 25 tablecloths on July 8, 2019. But, let me tell you, I have not heard a peep from them since! It's been weeks, my order hasn't even been shipped, and I don't know what's going on! Customer service has been completely unresponsive to my emails and "live chats." And to make it worse, they already took my payment, but UPS still says my shipment hasn't even been picked up yet! I'm so frustrated and need someone to help me figure out what's going on with my order. Can someone please give me some answers like... NOW?

Ok, so like, my opinion on LinenTablecloth is like a big MEH. I mean, like, I wouldn't suggest ordering from them yo, cuz they make it all difficult to make returns. I tried making two orders on the same day and they were all like "send them back separately or we're gonna charge you TWO restocking fees and make you pay for two labels too... like what?!?!" And like, if your return is like less than $10 they straight up DENY it. What a hassle amirite? Like, I'm never ordering from them again, no way.

Product quality was subpar. I ordered 5 tablecloths, and they arrived looking like they had seen better days. There were small stains on some of them, and one even had a small tear. I was expecting better quality from LinenTablecloth, especially for the price I paid.

However, the website itself was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The variety of products available was impressive, but the lack of quality control was disappointing.

Overall, I would not recommend LinenTablecloth to anyone based on my experience. The lack of customer service and poor quality of the product I received make me hesitant to try them again. I would advise others to look for alternative options to avoid any similar issues to what I faced.

Linentablecloth.com is a really bad website, like seriously. I wouldn't order from them again if I were you. My order was delayed and they wouldn't give me my money back, like who does that? They make you pay an extra 20% restocking fee and also make you pay to return it even if it's their fault. They don't give a crap about us customers, they just want our money.

And don't even get me started about their customer service. It's like they don't even want to talk to you. They won't answer their phones, and when they finally do, they give you a whole bunch of BS. They lie and say they didn't even call you when they clearly did.

They're so sneaky too. They take your money and then delay the shipping just so they can avoid giving you a refund. Can you believe that? They're just trying to make more money off of us and it's not fair.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Trust me, you won't regret it.

So, I made an order from LinenTablecloth for tablecloths to be used in a fundraiser that I was organizing for a non-profit organization. However, things did not go as planned, and the event had to be canceled just one week before it was scheduled to take place. Though I had not yet opened most of the tablecloths, the situation was unfortunate because I had already received them.

I contacted their customer service to inquire about returning the unopened tablecloths that I had received. I explained the situation to them, mentioning that I had not made any use of the tablecloths, and that they were well-packaged, sealed and in their original condition. To my surprise, they responded by stating that my request was too late according to their 15-day policy. They suggested that I sell the items on Amazon or eBay myself.

This was a huge disappointment for me. I had hoped that they would be understanding given the circumstances regarding the cancellation of the event. However, their response was unhelpful and unsympathetic. I am doubtful that I will use their services again for any future events given the unpredictability of event planning.

It is important to note that the quality of their products and services may be satisfactory for those who do not encounter unexpected circumstances. However, their lack of flexibility in such situations is disheartening, and leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service.

I ordered more than 15 tablecloths for my wedding and was shocked to find that they were used and stained when they arrived. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated, but I will say that their customer service did try to make it right by offering a full refund.

Unfortunately, the refund process has not been smooth sailing. They told me to expect the refund within 3-5 business days, but it has now been 45 days and I still haven't received it. They keep blaming their "bookkeeping department" for the delay, but I can't help feeling like this is just a stall tactic.

It's really frustrating dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with LinenTablecloth. Save yourself the headache and find a different company to work with.
