Return refusal for no reason
Don't buy from this company . An item didn't fit and I returned and they claimed it was missing a piece which was not the case . They never returned the money or the merchandise.
I sent the entire set back and they claimed there was missing underwear. This didn't make sense because I didn't even try on . I left in box and return. They are lying simply to not give refund. They took forever to respond to any message aslo.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back.

The product is different from which product that I order. Like I order Lingerie set for women but i received a pink cown... which is useless for me. The product which I ordered is entirely different from the product which received. I ordered an item on the 5th of feb, paid for 3 day shipping, and then got an email 2 or 3 days later saying you needed a pic of my ID and credit card front to back. That is ridiculous and No one in this business needs to be asking for a picture of me and my credit card numbers. I paid extra so it would be here before valentines day. I have been calling and emailing with no response. I haven't got my money back. I didn't realise how stressful it is to order from you all.

This is the worst site I have ever dealt with and their customer service is beyond terrible! Bought some lingerie from Lingerie Diva store and everything was poorly made and looked terrible. I was disgusted and didn't like anything so asked for a refund.
When I contacted them they replied rudely and said that if I didn't like their products I should not have ordered in the first place.
Item looked different and much better on their website than in real life!

OK..GUYS AND GIRLS LISTEN UP!. My husband and I are celebrating 20 year ANNIVERSARY. I order almost $300.00 in lingerie. Upon receiving the items, Two of the eight fit. I wear size 12 in jeans. The ones that did not fit was O/S, one size fits all. I tried them on the night I received the packages, when they did not fit, I and my hubby both carefully boxed them back up in original boxes or packaging THE SAME NIGHT, WITHIN 1 hour of receiving the order. I got RMA, and PREPAID LABEL FOR ALL THE ITEMS. I sent the items back on or around 9/24/2016. I waited about 8 days and called to check on refund. I was told they run 2 weeks behind processing refunds, which is IMPORTANT because you can only refund within 14 days of purchase. Anyways, I said ok, I was told as soon as they process I would be refunded. On 10/202016, I receive Message from LingerieDiva state they are returning the items back to me with $0.00 refunded. I immediately contacted PayPal to start a claim. Today on 10/21/2016 I called LingerieDiva, and asked why they were returning items to me? I was told that it was Hoisery and Hoisery that is on sale is all sales final. I said Which item was Hoisery, she COULD NOT ANSWER! I had ordered non Hoisery items. I asked how could a jumpsuit with a hoodie be Hoisery, she said YOU WORE THAT! I said you know that I DID NOT. I was then told, she was not going to listen to me and did not have to. I told her have good day.
I have contacted the fraud dept at PayPal, I have contacted local police to file FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST the owner of this company. I am not stupid, and I had taken pics of everything that was boxed and put in bag for shipping back to them, I did this in case it was disputed!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED BY THESE PEOPLE, CONTACT AUTHORITIES ASAP.

These people at LingerieDiva are liars, and scammers. They will say you wore stuff to keep from refunding you money. I advise everyone to buy elsewhere.
The worst services and bad production
I ordered lingerie from the website www.lingeriediva.com. The size was completely wrong and it looked horrible. I contacted the rep and asked to change. The rep agreed and asked to send the order back, but after that I haven’t heard from the rep within 4 weeks. I tried to reach him, but this ### simply ignored me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
I ordered a product from them. First off their size chart is horribly wrong! Secondly i sent it back to correct it. I called the company because its been almost two weeks since i returned it. The lady was really rude and had poor customer service! Lastly it doesn't take a month to mail the product back to me! SERIOUSLY .. WHAT A JOKE!

How do you wear something that doesn't fit ?...just a way for them not to stand behind their products or policies.

Miserable experience. Sent us items that did not fit, although we knew our size for the last 25 years, but their items run small. Because of this I returned items, they charged 21% for postage and restock so I end up spending $14 and getting absolutely nothing. They won't do that to me again, especially since many of the sites offer free exchanges for their product not fitting properly.

Terrible Customer Service Attitude
Absolutely the worst customer service attitude! I tried all morning to get through to them, as they were "holding" my order to confirm my husband's identity. The phone number kept going to an answering machine. It is the middle of the business day! Also sent an email response to their email...no response to that.
They told us to email a copy of his driver's license and credit card. Are you kidding? Email a copy of everything anyone needs to commit fraud against us?
Seriously. By the time I had told the customer service rep the order number to resolve the issue, she had taken on the worst attitude! I just wanted what we ordered, but it came down to the chip on her shoulder causing me to cancel immediately. I will NEVER consider buying from them again.
On top of all else, she refused to give a order cancellation number or send an email of cancellation confirmation. What company doesn't provide this basic info for customer security and records? So, they want us to jump through hoops to prove who we are, but they won't send a basic receipt of order cancellation for what could be a lucrative customer?
This business must be a basement or home op. Who does e-commerce like this?

I ordered several products from this company but never received my order.
I contacted them repeatedly to tell them but they insisted it was sent and told me it could take several weeks.
I had to initiate a charge-back action with my bank to finally get a refund.
I know they are the least expensive but what good is that if you don't ever get what you order and you have to waste tons of time writing emails to them and calling the bank etc.?

Sent me a broken item and wont exchange or refund it
I payed for a corset at the end of march, when I received it it had a broken clasp and was too small. I filled out an exchange form and paid to mail it back to them. They claimed it appeared worn and refused to exchange it or refund my money back. They have been giving me the run around for over a month now ! In my opinion I feel they sent me someone else's broken return, trying to pawn it off on someone else. I am a brand new customer and this is how they treated me, VERY BADLY !
I love www.tobehot.com, in there i don't worry the quality, you know, the quality is the best important thing for us.
I'm sure bad instances like this happen with every company, but I have been a long-time customer with Lingerie Diva and have never had an issue. I love the items I have bought, and when I did have to return things there has never been any problem. I think the complainer's incident is most likely the exception rather than the rule - I will be shopping with Lingerie Diva for a long time!

Lingerie diva is a rip-off company, i ordered to canada less than 60$ not to pay customs duty and paid high shipping 23$, so looks like they included shipping into total for customs - as i am charged after all... Plus they did not send me 1 item, and when i try to call their customer service during ofiice hours all they do - ask you to leave a message as if you are calling off office hours, promise to call your phone # back and nobody calls after... Dishonest lingerie diva in all matters, if you order from them - you sure will have problems with your order, do not order from them. You will be better treated if you order lingerie from china than by this company - virtual inventories. I wish i checked complaints on them before ordered, there are a few others complaining not only me, lingerie diva is a bad company, hey, they even do not wright your complete name on invoice ! And do not send you your staff too. And do not want to hear anything. Very dishonest company. If you read this complaint - stay away from this company.
Have to be honest, finally contacted them andthey sent my stockings as well as another item I found later was wrong color - without demand to return it. They are able to fix their mistakes.

I agree Lingerie Diva is a rip off! I returned items within the 14 day return period stated on their website and have emailed customer service twice and they can't seem to track my order or give me any information on the status of my return, it has been well over 30 days! I shop online for everything so I'm definitely glad my credit card company will investigate this for me and take the amount returned off of my statement while they do!
