Believe was wrongfully denied the Friends Discount. Purchased new 2023 Cadillac XT4 on 10/9. Couldn’t take procession until the money wire was confirmed. Was reminded by my friend that he could get us a friend discount so when we went to pick up car we mentioned it to the sales rep and the finance rep and they said it was too late since we had already paid in full. Asked why they couldn’t credit us the money and they said they couldn’t.
