Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute Ordering over the phone for Lipozene

Ordering your product on the phone is a hassle you have to go through so many things to even finish your order instead of having the option if we want to hear these options yes or no we're forced to hear them and were forced to say yes or no several times I personally couldn't just hang up because I don't know if my order was placed and then I'm forced to listen about magazines if I want magazine I'm ordering lose weight product and you are wanting to sell me magazines I wish you would make this more simple for us to order instead of going through all of that I don't think that's fair to the customer that is just wanting to order this product I wish you would give us the option if that's what we would like is to hear your options if not let us order and move on instead of taking 15-20 minutes just to place an order thank you for your time

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute Product did not work for me

I originally started using this product back in 2010 I believe. I was also using Sensa along with it. I have to admit that back then it did work until I found out that Sensa was no longer in business without notification. So after the Sensa ordeal, which ended in 2014 I believe. I continued to use Lipozene in 2014 until now. I try to give things the benefit of the doubt to work. Until now, so I just stopped using Lipozene in 2016 because instead of eating less, I ended up eating more and gained weight that I'm trying to lose. I followed the 6 pills a day just like the instructions said. I did moderate exercise, tried to eat sensibly, but still gained weight and I'm in my mid 50's. I do have to say that I'm very disappointed in this product. I must've built up a tolerance for it and it just stopped working for me. If the company keeps records of people like me who tried it and it didn't work, should the company be able to pull up the customers names and see every purchase whether it be online or in a store and refund them their monies back? I bought mine from Wal Mart for get one, get one free for $19.88. How would the company resolve something like that. Again, so disappointed in this product. So my dates would I guess officially be [protected].

This product did not work for me. I first started taking this back in 2010 along with the Sensa and had got great results. Then I found out that Sensa stop selling their product back in 2012 without telling anyone. So from their I kept on taking your product, moderate exercising, and dieted. Took the 6 pills a day like instructed. Instead of eating less, I found myself eating more and gained weight instead which I'm not very happy about. I tried giving things the benefit of the doubt and I gave your product more than the benefit and I'm not happy at all. I would buy your product from Wal Mart the 2-bottles for $19.88, I started back taking them from [protected] with no results. I don't know if your company keeps records of the customers who all purchased your product. I bought for a long time for not to have any results. So I'm very disappointed!

I bought some lipozene on 3/5/2016 for $19.88 and it did not work for me in matter fact it put weight on me and I do not like that iv been struggling with my weight for a long time and am trying quit smoking and you know how's that puts weight on you so I would like a refund

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute Refund

Hello,

My name is Tramaine Harris and I placed an order through the automated system on January 1st, 2016 to receive the discounted price for the weight loss product Lipozene. Since I never brought this product before I was unsure about ordering it. However I did, and I followed the prompts and made sure I did not sign up for anything else. I paid $31.30 and expected this to be it unless I called back for another order. I even called back twice on February 1st to ensure it was not set up for auto debit due to my decision not to have it set up that way. The automated system hung up on me twice; it would not allow me to speak with a representative. It was telling me that I did not have a case open, therefore out of exasperation I took that as the account was closed. When I checked my account today it was debited $61.25 in spite of my attempts to ensure this would not happen. I can not afford the $61.25 that was taken from me against my wishes. When I called to complain I spoke with Ms. Rose (a representative) and then a supervisor (Mr. Romero) both of them kept reading off what the system had but the system was wrong. I should not be at fault because the automated system made a mistake. I could barely afford the $31.30 but I made a sacrifice for my own health to at least try something different. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and provided with zero customer service. If I need to send the package back once received I will...I just need my money back as soon as possible. Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute No weight loss/Being billed for product not being recieved/Cancelling our order

We have ordered a one time special package for Lipozene & MetaboUp Plus, after taking the product My Father & I had not lost any weight what so ever. Within 3 weeks we of taking we didn't lose a lbs. Now we're being billed for no product, already called the Credit Card company. They had said, to announce to Lipozene that we've cancelled again. I will be placing a triple phone call again tomorrow to cancel the product that we don't want.

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute I can't reach customer services, but their products are useless

I ordered diet products from the company www.lipozene.com. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them. These scammers sent me the products, but it was completely useless. Nothing worked and I decided to return it. I tried to contact the customer services, but these ### ignored me. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

Contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commission and report this scam. Also, if you paid by debit or credit card, notify the Bank's Fraud Dept. and add your name to the list.. As to the comment by Lakewolf Whitecrow, I am going to show his post to my computer geek sons who take reviews as gospel!

Anyone having trouble with this product should contact a class-action lawyer who is familiar with FDA law. They claim to cure a medical problem, which is illegal. No matter if they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the screen, their advertising implies that it is 100% effective, which is against advertising law.

The FCC should also be contacted. There are laws prohibiting this type of advertising.

A class-action suit with media coverage is recommended because:
1) Lawyers that take these types of cases only get paid if they win., and
2) The media coverage will stop people from wasting their money.

As for the shills on here who are paid to write sterling reviews, as a writer myself, I am disgusted at your blatant prostitution.

I hope this complaint gets out to everyone in this world, and if you choose to delete it its no problem because its already all over you tube etc, but i just want everyone to know that this lipozene company not only doesnt work but they continously keep taking $125. 00 off her credit card every month for a product shes not even recieving, she got one bottle the very first time and nothing since then. . . Not only does she not want your garbage product, but you people keep withdrawling the payments for your product she never even ordered going on 2 years now! I suggest you guys get your ### together very soon

I have order the pills on Jan.26 2015 and receive them on March 6 2015 and My doctor said not to take them because of my cancer .I call them around March 9 and they told me that they would send me something for return them . hello i recently bought lipozene i have to say it does not work if anything it causes bad side effects they dont tell you about..i have swollen hands and feet after taking this pill, it does not work if anything you put weight on not take it off..iam very dissatissfied with this product and wish i had never purchased it, i will definatley tell people that it doesnt work it does just the opposie...im very upset a very dissatissfied customer...

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute badgering bait and switch, recuring charges

I called after a commercial on TV for a $29.99 for 30 day trial of Lipozene and was asked for my credit card number. Then there is a barrage of self renewing orders, additional products with self renewing orders, all charged to my credit card, offers of free Walmart, Target cards, followed by buyers club memberships, magazine subscriptions all at a self renewing monthly costs all to be charged to the credit card I have already given.
I had to say NO to this automated teller over 40 times then was transferred to the most belligerent operator trying to get me to buy a free, Bahamas vacation! If I had not written down the the phone number to customer service [protected] during this ordeal I would have this flood of products and recurring charges.
I called customer service as soon as possible and spoke to Mrs. Bruchett at X 5169 explained my anger and disbelief at these despicable tactics and asked her to cancel my entire order so I can get as far away from this company as possible! She says she will cancel this and contact me with a confirmation number...
Please look into this. [protected] unbelievable

This exact thing happened to me. I was on the phone for 40 minutes pressing "2" to everything they offered. You have a very hard time reaching a live representative. This is a hugh scam.

Lipozene is a rip off and they promise you a $25 Walmart card with your oder and never receive it. I didn't lose one pound and very dissatified with the return policy after 30 days as they will not refund any monies. I will not recommend this product to anyone as it's money wasted. I would still like a full refund back.

I just want to say that I did an experiment where you put a pill in vinegar and if it disintegrated in the vinigar, then it breaks down that easily with the acids in your stomach. I did a multivitamin, the metabolism pill lipozene offers, and then the blue diet pill they have too. The multivitamin disintegrated within 15minutes while the metabolism pill took an hour. The blue lipozene pill never disintegrated because of the thick gel layer that en capsules the little amount of powder actually in the pill. The powder only came out after i poked a hole in the gel with a knife. So this makes me think that the pill just sits in my stomach without the powder ever being released. Making the pill useless.

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute keep charging my credit card.

I requested product which was going to be charge to my credit card. I was charged and about after a week or more, the product arrived. Since it was advertized, that I had a month to return it if not satisfied, I considered this was not fare, because I received the product after I was charged. So I returned it right away, and my credit card was never credited for that amount, instead, my credit card was charged again on 12/28/11 for $29.95.
They owe me a total of $61.25

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute dishonest practice

I completely agree with costumers who state that this company is running a scam.

I ordered the Trial of Lipozene for $29.95. I did not request any club auto shipment. Unfortunate for me with in a month the company charges my card for two additional bottles. The phone inquiry about the refund clearly shows that they are running a rip-off operation. There is no refund, simple dishonest practice.
I wonder if there is a way to take legal action against them

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute doesn't work/won't refund what was not ordered

I ordered the TRIAL of Lipozene for $29.95 w/free S&H for my daughter. Then they sent two more 60 count bottles & charged me a total of $101.85. I called to get a refund, as I had NOT ordered any other products. They told me I was out of luck! This company is running a scam. Nowhere on there website did they state they would send out, ahead of time, any other products. Even though you have a 30 day money back guarantee. I wrote to my Attorney General's Office. This company should be put out of business for FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!

I ordered the online product it cost about 120 something I cancelled that and 're- ordered the tv deal cause it was cheaper. I never got my refund back s nd never got the product. But for some odd reason u got the tv refund back which was only 20 something dollars. But never received the online refund for 120 something dollars. Any suggestions on what do. File a lawsuit?

This product does not work period. I did the six pills a day with the metabo-boost and not one pound came off. It didn't make me full, it didnt give me more energy and it didn't make me lose weight. Good commercial but the clinically proven staement? Not sure where they got that and would love to see the proof. Don't waste your money.

I took the product and it made me sick. I tried over and over again to return the product. When I finally reach lipozene customer service how convient my 30days were passed and now I'm stuck with 153.00 worth of pills that make me sick.

I ordered the product in April 2014 and did not see any results. I called to cancel the account in either May or June. I wasn't wanting a refund but just wanted to cancel any future orders as they are setup on automatic shipments (which should tell you that it is not a good company/product to be dealing with). They assured me it would be cancelled. Then in July I noticed that I was still being billed. I called and they told me that it was the last portion of the original amount that I owed. I was confused because I didn't see why I would still be paying on the original amount but said it was fine as long as it was being cancelled going forward. In either late August or early September I received another package of it. I didn't open it as I don't use the product but forgot to call about it. In September I noticed that in August and September I had been billed yet again for the product. I called 10/3/14 to ask why. They said there were no notes where I had requested it be cancelled previously and that they would cancel it as of today. I said ok and hung up. But then I called back to see about getting a refund at least for September since I hadn't received the product for September's payment. They said that it was actually for the last shipment I received and payments are broken down into 2 months and the products last for 2 months. I asked if I could send the product back since it was still unopened and in original packaging. They said "No, because it is mailed out through a preferred shipping company". I don't care how it is mailed out. They should be able to receive returns considering that you have a 30-day guarantee in the beginning. You had to be able to ship it somewhere. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep said he would "TRY to locate one". After 2 failed attempts of "Trying", he said he would just have to have them call me back. I told them I would rather just wait on hold while they continue to "try". He said that he could not let me sit on hold as he had other callers that he needed to attend to. He said they would call me back in 24-48 hours. Really? It could take a supervisor 48 hours to call me back? Ridiculous! I filed a complaint with BBB as of today.

My mom ordered Lipozene and during the first month, Lipozene contacted her and asked if they should send out a second bottle for the following month. My mom said she was not seeing any results and did not want a second bottle. They sent out a second bottle anyways. When she called to ask for her money back they stated that she had ordered a second bottle and her 30 days had expired and they will not issue a refund. I think this company is a scam as they know that you will try the product for a few weeks and if you want to return it, it will not reach them before the end of the month as 30 days for a diet pill trial is too short.
They make their money issuing a phoney product to the public and then dont honor the returns. I would urge anybody who has had this issue to ask their credit card provider to void the transaction so Lipozene doesnt make money off you.

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute There are just in it for the money

I found this company off of television. I ordered 2 bottles of this product called Lipozene. They promise that you will lose pounds of pure body fat immediately after you begin to take the pills. They also say that you don't have to change your diet at all. They also say that this medicine is for people who are serious about wanting to lose pounds of body fat. They advise that body fat builds over the muscle and around the waist.They also say that the drug is clinically proven to work or they will refund your full purchase price. They offer you a 30 day free trial. They send you a free bottle also just for trying the product, along with another free gift called metabo up. Well let me tell you what happened after I ordered this for my cousin. He is a diabetic who is very over weight. They sent the product after about 10 days. So there goes 10 days already of your 30 day free trial offer to refund it, if you don't like it. Well how can you tell after just 20 days if it works or not? Second its a big joke . MY cousin took a 60 day supply, plus used the free metabo up pills also and said he did not feel anything from them. The real clincher is this. The Lipozene does not work at all. My cousin never lost a single pound in 60 days. I think he even gained a little weight. So BEWARE of site. There are just in it for the money. You will be better off buying a grapefruit and eating soft boiled eggs for breakfast, then a salad with tuna straight out of the can for lunch. Then have a bowl of Special K cereal for dinner followed by a brisk walk. You will also feel better to. If you know someone in need of weight loss tell them not to bother with this junk. I hope this information is helpful to many people. Being over wight is no fun and can harm your health. It is so easy to put on the weight, But very hard to lose it. Good luck to all who are trying.

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute Unapproved charges

I was going to purchase Lipozene from the company's web-site and I had filled out all of the information but I cancelled it because I remembered seeing the product at Wal-Greens for a lower price, and there would be no shipping charges. I went to Wal-Greens and got twice the amount for 5.00 less. When I checked my e-mail, there was a note from lipozene that said my order was being processed. It was late Sunday evening so I had to wait and call them on Monday. The person I talked to said that when you choose to purchase the special, the charge ia automatically processed, and I told her that I clicked on cancel, not submit, so it should never have been charged at all, I also told her that places that do that are scams, and my credit card was charged. She said she would cancel it now and turned around and asked me if I were interested in a 25.00 gift card from Wal-mart, there would be a fee for this, I told her no but she kept talking about it, so I told her in a loud voice no, I am not interested in anything from you. I hate companies that try to sell you something after you have complained about being charged for something you did not order.
My credit card company lets other companies sell to their customers, and that place called me, they asked me if I wanted to order credit protection, and I said no, they began billing me anyway, so I called the number on my bill, and talked to the same person that asked me to buy this, I told him I did not want it, and when I was asked to purchase this I had said no, and now it is on my bill. So he "gladly" cancelled it for me then started trying to sell it to me again. I said 'no'!, and he tried to sell me something else, and I told him I do not want anything that is going to be charged to my account on a monthly basis, so quit trying. This person actually works at a telemarketing place that sells this stuff through different companies to protect your credit and monitor your credit but they are a pain, and I wish the credit card companies would not allow them access to their customers, it is very wrong.

Lipozene ads say... 100% money back guarantee! They LIE. I tried their product and didn't like it. I called with in the 30 day trial period and was told to package up the bottles, put a return number on the outside of the package, name and address and other information in the box and ship it Reno Navada using US Postal Service.

Well, I did just that, but I didn't have the opportunity to get to the post office when it was open, so it took me 2 weeks to get there. Still have plenty of time to ship the product back. I waited for my money for 2 months, nothing was sent to me.

When I contacted the company about my refund they said I did not send the product back in time. I explained to them I had a receipt of when I shipped the product to them and they said it didn't matter, they did not receive the product in 30 days from when I called them to return the product.

They claim that it took over 10 days to receive the package from New York. When I asked the Post office official people, they looked up the time frame and said it shouldn't have been more than 3-5 days. There were no storm or anything else happening that would have delayed delivery.

I mailed the product back on May 20th they claim it was not relieved until June 5th so they conveniently say it was more than 30 days. I have called twice, I have written and they still refuse to give me my money back.

I can't believe a company who wants people to try their product is giving me such a hard time returning my money. I have never experienced such a disgrace regarding people's money.

Ordering directly from the lipozene website, i had to opt out of a barrage of additional offers, sometimes repeatedly to submit my order. I wish that i had counted because it really was ridiculous. Then, upon submitting my order for buy one, get one free with a free bottle of metaboup plus and free shipping for $29. 95 i was charged a fuel surcharge. How is that not a shipping charge. I'm not going into this purchase with a warm and fuzzy feeling.

ordered trial supply only received bill for $116.00, called company they had setup auto billing for product not authorized, they are SCAM artist please lets all complain to better busn bureau and to your local D.A.

I have tried to cancel my Lipozene billing, the company said it would be done. They LIE.. I am still getting charges on my Charge card. I have to dispute them every month.
Do not order this product. It doesn't work and you can't get out like they say you can.

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute Fraudulent charges

Late one night I disabled and on limited income, was watching a infomercial on T.V. about a weight loss pill that needed no excerise program for it to work. Because I'm disabled I thought why not try it. It stated that I could cancel at any time and get my money back. So I called Mid Sept placed the order. On the 13th of Oct. I still had not received anything and they had taken $30.94 out of my Visa Card. So I called and talked with a lady which was very understanding for a customer service rep. and said she would cancel but that she saw that the item had been shipped. I told her that I had not received any thing in the mail nor was there any pkg. left at my Door. I'm house bound and no one ever knocked on my door. Nor did I sign for any package.

Well the month of Nov rolled around and I kept an eye on my Credit Card and there was no atemp to take any payment so I felt that the customer service rep did her job. Not so there was no notes on my file that I had called nor was there anything written about the cancellation request. So in Dec. checking my Credit Card all of a sudden there they were taking out $59.84 out of my Account and so I called them and they insisted that I had gotten the package and that I couldn't cancel unless I mailed it back to them and until then I stilled owed for the product. I told them I had never received anything from their company and they didn't care they said it was delivered even though they didn't have my signature for anything. So I guess I will have to go without food for the month of Dec. because those gamblers need the money more than us elderly and disable. Please if you think their going to help you loose weight the only way they do it to take your food income, with a smile in their voice and the TV ads. This is a very poor way to run a company. They call you liers and say you get something when in fact you did not.

I have tried to get my money back, because the lipozene did not work. I am so mad I could spit fire. I want my money back and I mean right now! I agree that it was dumb to buy this crap! All I want now is my money!

With a handle like FLATCOOKIE NOSE or whatever your name is, which I suspect probably describes YOUR looks, it is understandable why you would feel it necessary to disparage the looks of others... especially good looking others such as Narda. Have you tried changing your handle to [censored]? You might just find it suites you.

Lipozene / Obesity Research Institute Den Lipozene - just a plain lost!

I purchased a one month diet supplement from Den Liopzene, RENO NV that promised that I could cancel due to delivery at any time. After trying the product for 2 weeks,and having bad side effects, i called and canceled delivery. Next I know, there was a new package at my door, I called Again and complaint, plus sent it back. They said it was canceled at this time, because wasn't on the record for any cancellation before.

Took just another month to receive one more package... I called them back, also called the credit card company to stop the charge. Sent the package back again and never got any refund or any answer from the DEN LIPOZENE just a plain lost.

I bought lipozene from November 2015, thru April 2016 . It is a rip off, they are practicing false advertising. Not only didn't I lose weight, but I gained weight. I spent hundreds of dollars, and I want a full refund. I'm not sure where their company is located, I live in big spring Texas, and I bought them at our local Wal Mart. My name is Bruce Logan. I'm upset with your company because I ordered your product at an advertised price of $29.95. My visa debit card was charged to the amount of $149.95. I didn't authorize this charge. The package was to be delivered by USPS. I missed the first attempted delivery. I rescheduled delivery, stayed at home all day and no delivery. I rescheduled delivery and again, stayed at home all day, but to no avail. I've called on several occasions requesting my money be refunded. I've been told that the refund was being processed each time. I've even submitted a refund request in writing; I was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days. I've not yet received my refund. I'm demanding that your company refund my money by the end of this week, or I will have no other choice but to seek legal action, including, but not limited to reporting it to the Better Business Bureau, YELP, The Department of Consumer Affairs, etc.
It's obvious your company is not as reputable as I thought. I just want my money back, , NOW!

In addition, I've had to cancel my card and another was issued. The card number charged was, #[protected]. The date of that transaction was May, 31, 2015.

I have seen no results from this product. I called up the company's direct line when I saw the advertisement on the television, I placed on order for a free trial over the phone. I then recieved a package and they charged my crdit card for it, after that month I did not recieve any other packages but they billed my credit card. Last month July 2012 they charged my credit card again and I recieved a package. I tried calling their direct line but I could not ever get transerred to a person, it was always just a voice message system that would pick up my calls. I called during the regular business hours but the voice message system would always say they are closed. I went on the website and looked for an e-mail but could not find one. I then got really frustrated and angry and called my dredit card company, they somehow got a hold of a customer service rep at Lipozene. I spoke to her and she told me that she can not refund any payments that have been taken out and that another package is on the way! She told me that I selected auto renewal, which I know I didn't because all I did was order a free trial! She promised me to cancel any other payments that will be taken out after this new package is recieved and will take my card off file.

Well lets just see what happens. LIPOZENE IS NOT WORTH IT! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! REALLY DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!

I order for 1x only shipment and another shipment was sent when I called to cancel I was told I couldn't get a refund so now I'm out of $90.20!

I have had very poor results from the product. The pills didn't desolve and had intestinal blockage. The shipments continue to come and they've been canceled. I have a number of unopened packages I'm told I'm unable to return and I'm stuck paying for. I do not believe this is true but if so - very poor customer service and I see a class action suite down the road for this company. It's companies like this that give on-line products such a bad rep.

I have been disputing with Den Lipozene for months now. I hung the phone up on the initial conversation because the initial representative wouldn't take no for an answer. After she continued to place my order, I was charged $31.30 and shipped a mess box full of things. I sent the package return to sender through the post office. Den Lipozene says they didn't receive the returned merchandise and charged the second part of the initial amount to my card $59.90! So, I called the company and was told non refundable because it doesn't show in the system as my shipment returned, but it also doesn't show where the initial call was disconnected either when I said no! I now have a third charge in the amount of $21.30 today and when I called I was told the supervisors would be in the office in five (5) minutes. I called back held on the phone for over an hour to get another representative who refused to elevate me to a supervisor because I had been cancelled and there was nothing that could be done about my money being returned. All together they have stole $112.50 in three different charges... I haven't taken the first pill or tried the product even once, but I continue to be billed for it. I have had to cancel my card and reset all other accounts because Den Lipozene will just take your money and take your money and there is nothing that can be done. I was told by the customer service representative Non Returnable and Non Refundable even though I haven't got a shipment or anything. They just got my money. I will be filing a fraudulent complaint with my bank as well as a report with the better business bureau and the attorney general. Enough is enough!

I wanted to cancel item when I saw on the phone at the initial order that it would be an automatic shipping and I was unable to respond negatively to the question for future orders being shipped. I tried calling the company or emailing them and I was unable to get any success.
I feel that people are getting ripped off and the government or powers that be should shut these people down.

if you do not want anyfurther shipments just call your credit card company and put the item in dispute. then someone will get a hold of you for sure.

i was just charged for an order i know for sure i clicked the cancel button on.

I am looking for a number to cancel my "order". I never order the automatic shipping of product and charging against my credit card and don't want a big hassle. I'll use what I have, but don't want any more. I am not having any problem with the product, just that it isn't doing what they advertised. Perhaps if I overdosed on it, it would.

Can you provide me with a number privately?

You will have to file fraud charges against them to get the money back. Send the next order they send with return receipt - then file the claim. It will take awhile, but you should get your funds back into your account. Been there before and it works.
