1/28/22 Please forward this complaint to ALL who are involved please! The Litigation Group is not doing what my father and I thought they were doing. Like nothing to really help us. Just getting him further in debt. We thought this was a Debt consolidation group to get rid of the Creditcard debt. So you people help pay the creditors back out of the monthly monies we are paying you. $327.84 for 36 months then my father would be free and clear. But, now getting summoned and have to still pay out to them. Ridiculous! This is not what we were told when signing up with The Litigation Group. We were pushed into signing up by a representative, that called us. We now were told that we will get summoned by the rest of the CC compaines. What the Heck are we paying out to your company to do? I and my father feel we have been scammed! We could have easily worked directly with the C/C companies and settled quicker and easier and probably with less debt! Very disappointed in this service! Your company called, and got a hold of us, and pushed this service settlement agreement on us, to help us. We now feel we were scammed. taken advantage of. I want a resolution for this! I do not need this stress on myself at my age, and the misleading information we keep receiving from this company. All I wanted was to get this debt consolidated and paid off! I am a good person wanted to do the right thing. Please help! Client/Debitor:
So in 2020 i applied for LPG and thinking it was a scam when covid hit i went from paying over $100 on each cc more than the min
So in 2020 i applied for LPG and thinking it was a scam when covid hit i went from paying over $100 on each cc more than the min. to only paying mins. It became to much and making no progress to get the cards down. I think i was more overwhelmed with not having a job and uc only being able to pay the main bills. Ive been paying $561 a month for over *** in cc debt. Within the 1st 6 months i seen cc closing and being written off.. I truely believe that theyve helped close these cards out.. At anytime I called they were there to assist me in any questions I had..Also I think people get this company mislead thinking it will pay off your debts.. This is not what your paying them to do in fact none of the money ur paying is going towards any debt its simply paying lawyers to negotiate the debt for you. Ive only had 1 creditor harrass me and when i called LPG and let then know the calls from the creditor actually stopped I didnt recieve anymore letters from them either. Also yes you have to be willing to allow your credit to drop big time during the whole process. My credit score went from the 700 to a little under 500 which is now slightly under 600 now after a yr and 2 months of paying so slowly itll work out.. You really have to just trust the process. Im have about 9 months left so we will see if anymore progress will be done by the time my 24 months comes. I hope this helps anyone with questions they have! Ive cleared over $30,000 worth of cc debts going through this company! Good luck...
Everyone I spoke with was super friendly, and polite I would definitely go back any day I appreciate everything they helped me with
Litigation Practice Group has not done anything, but take our money. We were told by them, to send any correspondence we got from our creditors via email to them. & to not pay any of our bills, we did as we were asked. We now have worse credit than we did before we started this " make our credit better " BS.We have sent a Certified Returned Signature letter. stating that we demand our monies paid to them be returned back to us We have left messages to have them call us back but no return call at all.So please don't believe them if they say they will help. We sure have learned our *** the hard
After paying $502 a month since April 2022, there has been no resolution. My balances have increased due to rate hikes and penalties. The only action taken appears to be a cease and desist. I've lodged complaints to halt this process so that I can declare bankruptcy. I was directed to the attorney assigned to my state, only to discover that he no longer associates with them. An additional $1700 is required to file for bankruptcy. It feels like $4500 has simply been wasted. The lead attorney for LPG, I've now learned, has previously had his license to practice law suspended. This leads me to believe that the entire situation might be a scam. Should the debt not be invalidated, the outstanding balance remains my responsibility.
I got a phone call March 16 I spoke with the agent she asked me to sign the papper work
I got a phone call March 16 I spoke with the agent she asked me to sign the papper work. I specifically asked to read the documents. She said once I signed the paper someone will contact me with all the paper work. I never received any contact but email for more signing. I didn't sign anymore paper work and consulted with my attorney, my attorney advised me not to to that since I am on the process of sponsoring my family from oversea. I tried called LPG law group to cancel my payment before March 30. March 22, 2022 I spoke with *** explained about my situation she said she will let the underwriter know my case. I waited 4 days Noone called me March 26 I had a schedule call with ***. I explained the reason for the call ( Noone call me)March 30 the first payment occur. I called to the payment depth. On April 6 with *** for *** with the underwriter nobody answered. She told me she would let the underwriter know to contact me Almost 2 weeks went by Noone contact me but more email to sign April 14 I went online to schedule with *** ( again no call back to me April 21 *** supposed to call me ( again no call)I also attemp to call to the *** but Noone reach out. I want to cancel my service with LPG law group. They are very quick to trick you into sign up but when you want to cancel they ghost out on you
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Please stay far far away they are horrible
LPG is the worst. They make it sound like they are going to help you. Letters to your creditors and nothing positive happens. In one month my credit score dropped 110 points because the said to stop paying my creditors. They take their monthly fee of $354.00 and for what. To print out letters to my creditors. This company is a complete scam and a joke. I would never recommend them to anyone, but only warn them about LPG. Im trying to get my money refunded for what they haven't done, oy to have my credit score drop over 100 points in one month. This is so unfair that they get away with this. I'm contacting *** Attorney General to see if they can help me. Something needs to be done about this. This is so wrong for what they say they do and actually do for people.
I haven't even started this company yet and it seems like they are getting lot's of bad reviews.
On November 02,2022 I signed an agreement for their services and after downloading and printing the agreement out once I read the agreement I knew it wasn't what I wanted. On November 03, 2022 I emailed the person who had spoken to me over the phone and let her know I wanted to cancel my enrollment and I wanted a confirmation of my cancellation. Someone did leave me a voicemail on Friday which I called back and left my name and number with a message but he never called back. Today I get a text message with a reminder of my payment date (11/14)2022) but nothing confirming my cancellation. I called and spoke with someone who basically said it's a process and has to be reviewed after I send an email requesting the cancellation and my reason for cancelling. The agreement says you can cancel and I requested cancellation in one day after signing the agreement and reading it and deciding it wasn't what I wanted. Furthermore I do not want them taking any payments from my account nor doing any business on my behalf all I want is my confirmation of cancellation of the enrollment that I have been trying to get since November 03, 2022 one day after I enrolled
My mother signed a contract with this company approximately **** months ago
My mother signed a contract with this company approximately *** months ago. She is 68 yrs old and was told she was paying for the company to settle her credit accounts for pennies on the dollar and her credit would get better in a couple of years after paying them. Last week I finally reached someone from LPG and she stated that in reality my mother has been paying for so called lawyers to dispute her debt? This is not at all what she was told when enrolling and signing up to pay over $240.00 per month. My mom has had no money to pay her electricity, buy groceries and buy her much needed medication. On top of all of this, no payments have been made to any creditors so the demand letters of collection are coming in and now her balances have vastly increased. Shame on you LPG and how you are conducting your business. I fully intend to file a grievance with the Complaintsboard.com and with the *** In my opinion this is elder abuse, and definitely fraudulent business practices, since a LPG customer service employee stated herself we only dispute charges, not pay the creditors. The business also changed names shortly after my mom signed their so called contract, and she could never reach the person who first signed her up. She has also experienced the problem with reaching someone when calling and is always told she will get a call back. She is requesting a full refund , but is still waiting for a representative to call her to discuss this matter. I am only leaving one star since unless I did so I would not be able to write a review.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I canceled their services before a deduction was taken out of my account after reading their reviews. They sent out cease and detest letters to some of my creditors anyway. I went to make a purchase with my card and it was declined. I called the company and was told my account was closed because of the letter they sent. I was under the impression nothing would be done until a payment was made. They should not have sent anything since I withdrew from their program long before they had received a payment. Their move has affected my credit score that I was trying to build up
Been Two months waiting for a refund after I cancelled my subscription with them. They give the same scripted response every single time. Its been approved, can take up to 7 business days. No resolution, just excuses. Theyre a horrible representation of a debt resolution program.
im in the program so far they are doing what theu promised, keeping an eye on them though.
I was told that my hard-earned money each month was being allocated for legal fees. As someone with a very low income, I am disheartened by the realization that I will never recover those funds. The company in question is situated in an undisclosed location, and an individual, whose name remains confidential, expressed that this situation is deplorable. It's disgraceful how they exploit senior citizens, taking money that could be better spent on essential expenses like bills, clothing, and food. Moreover, they failed to fulfill their promise of contacting the people involved in my case, leaving me with unmet expectations and unresolved issues.
Im submitting my review of my experience because there seems to be quite a few negative reviews and complaints for this business
Im submitting my review of my experience because there seems to be quite a few negative reviews and complaints for this business. I actually had quite the opposite experience. By that I mean, after signing up for this legal service and then getting approved for a loan to pay for their fees, I wasnt really satisfied with the communication or seeing any type of updates or results. My creditors calling me day and night made me feel uneasy and guilty. So I decided after a couple months to cancel my case with *** and just settle the debts with my creditors on my own. So now I have to apply for a cancellation refund from *** to pay back the bank who loaned me the money for their fees and services. At first I felt like I was getting the run around from the *** reps I spoke with on the phone requesting a refund. So I called the loan company and I got in touch with the bank - hoping to get them to assist me. Remarkably, less than a week later the loan company called me to confirm my loan refund was approved, will be credited and applied to my account. So I received a full cancellation refund from *** and owe nothing. My advice to those reading this, its better to try to settle your debts with your creditors than hiring some third party legal group to do so. I knowingly and willingly took on those debts and loans after reading the terms, signed my name. It was my responsibility to settle, not hiring someone else. Is *** legit? Hmmmm, I dont think so. After reading all the negative reviews and complaints, buyer beware. Im just happy they did the right thing and refunded my loan money to the bank. Four stars..
The Litigation Practice Group has really messed bank account
The Litigation Practice Group has really messed bank account. On April 7th they drafted money out of my account 2 weeks early and cause my account to be overdrawn. My account was negative by ***. I called and made a complaint and was told it was a glitch and the money would be refunded along with the overdraft fees. Then on Apr 11th I received a text notification that another payment of *** was going to be drafted on the 18th so I called the company again to complain that they never refunded my money or the overdraft fees and that they should not be taking anymore money out of my account. The agent I spoke to then said that it is your regular scheduled payment and the money taken on April 7 The refund would post to my back account by Friday April 15. When the money did not posted on April 15th I called again to inform the company do not take any more money out of my account. You have already cause me enough problems this month regarding my bills and that I should not have to pay for this months service again I was told another lie that the money would post to my account by Monday morning. And here were are April 18th I received a notification from my bank informing me that my account is again overdrawn because The Litigation Practice Group did not refund the money that was taken on April 7th and they took another *** out of my account. My account now is overdrawn again only this time I dont have money in my savings account to cover the funds that was Taken. I live paycheck to paycheck and this company is really messing me up financially. I have tried to call them twice already this morning and the calls are not going through. I keep getting disconnected. I regret doing business with the company and I want all of my money back and overdraft fees, negative balance refunded.
LPG took $270.03 from my checking account on April 8 or 9
LPG took $270.03 from my checking account on April 8 or 9 . It was scheduled to be withdrawn April 28, 3 days after Social Security is deposited into my account. Well guess what? The initial $270.03 caused a cascade of monthly payments to be returned as non payable be cause of insufficent funds. It was 3 accounts ($90). When I called they said not to worry, they would make things right and put the $90 back in my account. It's April 29 and I haven't seen any of those funds returned to me. I actually spoke with a representative about the refund, giving them a chance to get things corrected, but to no avail. I've since called my bank to have the charges disputed and get my money refunded. Don't know if the bank can do that but it's might throw a monkey wrench into the works. The representative actually hung up on me in mid sentence when I was trying to resolve the issue.Own up to the mistake (they happen). But don't tell me you're going to make it right then not do a single thing to help me out. And then they said It would take *** business days before my refund check would show in my bank account. Now wait a minute! Isn't this the digital era? The funds certainly don't take that long to go the other direction. How about solving the Computer Glitch by hand writing a check and send it land mail... it wouldn't take that long.According to their refund policy: a client may stop any ACH debit by providing written notice to LPG at least three (3) business days prior to the schedulevd payment. If you should need to notify us of your intent to cancel and/or reoke this authorization you must contact us three business days prior to the questioned debit being initiated. So far, i am not very happy with LPG. There has been no attempt to correct this issue so I guess I'll do what has to be done and cancel .
WARNING!
WARNING! Please read the numerous amount of comments and complaints of victims who have been taken advantage of by LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP or better known as LPG. You will find customers giving their testimony and explaining how LPG has taken hundreds if not THOUSANDS of their hard earned dollars, and have done little to NOTHING for them. Of course you see other comments stating how perfect this company has been, however this could very likely be reviews from people who arent actual customers receiving their services write false Reviews to drowned out the real reviews by the customers who have been victims from scamming companies like LPG.As a victim of LPG, I am advising those reading this, please do not give any of your information to this company. LPG recently took a UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE of 252 dollars out of my account. I was told that this was a Computer Glitch and that a number of other people had money taken out of their accounts from this Computer Glitch. I had notified LPG that due to my illness, I was going to be hospitalized before and after my procedures. Everyday I called they Reassured me that my money would be returning the next day. Ive received nothing At this point they now have StoleThis money from me. I just wanted to make sure my family had money while I was trying to recover. This company is sick. PLEASE, for the sake of you and your family, do not work with this company. Nothing they promised to me has been done.I pray this review helps someone even if its only 1 person. If youre someone like myself and have been a victim of this company, I hope you read this and know that you arent alone. Sincerely I am sorry this has happened to you. I am trying to remain strong myself and take this as a hard leaning experience. I WILL NOT remain quiet about this. I will be notifying every person possible on every platform available.
I have read numerous mixed reviews here, from LPG being the best to the worst
I have read numerous mixed reviews here, from LPG being the best to the worst. I am somewhat neutral about the experience. I enrolled in March . So 18 months later, I had one debt invalidated from a hospital, which was easy as they sold my info to a collection agency, violating HIPPA. I just received a summons and was in tears. I was told only 10% of cases go to court. The *** was extremely nice and compassionate. I have always been called back when a call was scheduled, but I am told the same thing repeatedly. They sent information to the credit bureau over a year ago and are waiting to hear back. I then checked my portal in detail and was happy that the same day I uploaded a collection letter that a legal response was sent. I did fully understand that the program would take *** months. I am disappointed that only one account for $2400 was invalidated. I was also charged early in April, but my bank account was credited the next day. I do not think I have ever spoken to an actual lawyer and am honestly getting a tad frustrated, not with the ***s, as they are always delightful, but with the fact that they are clearly just reps and have no legal expertise. I am becoming concerned that this debt will never be invalidated. . I am confused about accounts being closed yet still on my report. Again, the ***s are very nice, but they do not have any substantial or tangible information. I ask how long credit bureaus take to respond to debt invalidation requests. Answer: It can take a while; again, not any tangible information. I suppose this is what purgatory feels like, but I do have hope that I can finally make it out of purgatory and into the heaven that will be debt invalidation. I am also terrified that it will go the other way, and I will end *** in h*** with the 1-star reviewers. Time will tell. And as a terrific movie once stated, "Hope is the best of things."
It's too bad 0 stars is not an option
It's too bad 0 stars is not an option. We have been in this program for over a year now and twice they have taken double payments out of our account. This placed our family in an even worse financial situation than we already were in. It took 10 days to receive our refund from them while we were unable to pay our bills, buy food, buy gas, due to their "system glitch" as they referred to it. This happened in April 2022 and September 2022. We have told them that they no longer have our permission to take auto payments from our account as they cannot be trusted to take the appropriate amount. We have spoken with several representatives, and they all have said that they are unable to accept any payments than auto pay - either with a debit card or bank account information. We have offered to call and pay the day before our payments are due, this does not work for LPG. We have asked for an option to be able to make payments online the day before they are due, they again stated that they ONLY receive payment via Auto pay. We are at an absolute impasse. We are currently "waiting" for a call from a manager - which we do not anticipate actually happening. When speaking with the representatives, they will NOT offer their full name or their manager's name. We also cannot get a live person to provide us with an update on our account. We pay a large amount to LPG each month, but yet we don't know what the money is being applied to. Our credit has taken a huge hit and we are not sure what all of our payments are going towards at this point. This company seems to take advantage of people in desperate situations and make it seem like they will offer assistance when in fact, they have made a very stressful situation all the more stressful. We would have been better off handling this on our own. Unfortunately, we have had to learn the hard way by going through this awful experience.

We are filing this complaint due to the companies lack of clear information on their services they offered
We are filing this complaint due to the companies lack of clear information on their services they offered. They called us and wanted to know about our debts. We stated we did not owe a lot and had no problem paying them. They said we are just who they want. I was not interested but they said they could get us a better rate. We would pay a monthly fee of @ little over *** a month. After they took our checking info and withdrew the first payment in August , we never heard from them. We called and they said we were not listed they then told us to call a different number. The person answered and said that the person we talked to who signed us up had not completed the agreement. He had to take down all the information for our debts..I asked if they were contacting the people we owe. Well, if you hear from them ignore it .End call. September payment, getting phone calls and nasty letters from companies we owe. We answered that we were working with LPG to consolidate our loans, and had they been contacted, no they said all three companies.. we called LPG and they said just ignore it. I told them the companies had never heard from them all they said was the people we owe can not complain the law protects us.. we are now in October and a third payment is due next week. We now also owe three months.to each creditor. I sent an email to them complaining about their lack of service and we wanted out of their program I said I would like the two payments back and to not take any more from our account, the bank said we had to work that out with LPG.LPG also got my social security number wrong three times. I am seeking from LPG an immediate end to their unethical business practices,,a return of the payments taken and stop taking any more fees from our checking account. I do not do business the way they do. I pay what I owe and contact the companies if I have a problem. *** and
DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTATION OR AGREE TO GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY
DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTATION OR AGREE TO GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. Both my wife and I were enrolled in NDR before learning about ***. We received a letter in the mail from Point Break offering us a debt consolidation loan, almost guaranteeing to relieve our debt. Upon calling, a man named *** walked me through the process and guaranteeing an 18 month success story. He convinced my wife to switch to their program. Only, we didnt qualify for the loan, he ushered us right into the *** practice. Just make your monthly payments and you will never come out of pocket again for 18 months.. upon completion, your credit score will dramatically increase and your debts will be wiped clean, all backed by attorneys. You can cancel anytime and be refunded too.. seemed really great for us. So we switched over from NDR to *** 4 months in, our creditors have not been contacted as promised, the harassing phone calls continue, you cant reach anyone at ***. You schedule calls with them and they dont call you. They claim you didnt answer when we called.. they read from a script and come to find out, its only a 30% success rate. We were sold on a 90% success rate and no further out of pocket fees, when really you are responsible for it all, and when a settlement comes, its all on you, your monthly fees do not cover it. NOT HOW IT WAS SOLD TO . We also will not be getting refunded. This company is a joke, a scam and a total bate and switch. If you are seeking financial relief and help with your debt this is NOT the company to go with. I am not writing a review because I am angry, I am writing this to hopefully save Someone else from trying it out. *** sold us on BS, he did it with such conviction. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My wife cancelled her account, they said someone will call you in 48 hours - 5 business days later she is calling them. Only for them to say the same again. I cant wait until the attorney general shuts them down.
Discussed LPG membership and sponsorship issues, but no follow-up calls received.
On March 16, I discussed joining LPG with a representative, mentioning my situation of sponsoring my wife from overseas. She assured me that someone would reach out to me to discuss this further. Despite waiting for days, no one contacted me to elaborate on the sponsorship issue. After five days, instead of a call, I received more paperwork to sign. I refrained from signing and sought legal advice. My attorney advised against letting my credit default while sponsoring my wife. On March 22, I spoke with a representative to cancel my service before the first payment. She promised to inform the senior underwriter to cancel my case. However, the communication gaps persisted, and I was charged on a credit card that was supposed to be updated. Multiple attempts to schedule calls on March 29, April 15, and April 19 were unsuccessful. Each time, the representatives failed to follow up as promised. I need assistance to cancel my service with Litigation Practice Group and would appreciate guidance on who to contact for this matter. Thank you.
I signed on with LPG and Coast, a year ago
I signed on with LPG and Coast, a year ago. Coast dropped out and LPG took over. After paying them money for a year, I never got a call back during this time to give me any updates. I had to call them each time and each time I was given the run-around. They said they would call me back in *** hours, etc. I never got a call. Had to call many, many times just to speak with someone, and they said they had not heard anything from the creditors. I asked for the original letters they had sent to the companies to validate the dispute. They were sent to me by email. They were not signed by an attorney, in fact, they were not signed by anyone who had a title, just by a name. An attorney would sign a letter with an ESQ. by his name or at least with the signature of a paralegal title by it if a paralegal filled it out. It is just signed by a person with no title. The letter states at the bottom that "...if they fail to respond for verification and validation of the debt you allege my client owes you, according to state and federal law, my client will treat this debt as invalid and any further attempts to collect this debt will be considered a violation of such laws and will trigger legal action on behalf of my client." I got the same things others are saying down below. My credit was destroyed, I paid out lots of money, and still got sued. Well, after two times to try to cancel this, finally I was able to cancel as of Dec 2021. Two weeks later, I was served with papers to *** me. I got a validated attorney, who said that he has had 900+ cases come through his office for LPG unhappy customers to run intervention for them after being sued. There was a review below that said LPG told them about 5% get sued, I highly doubt that. I want my money back. I asked them when I cancelled, but they said they would look into it and get back with me. Of course, they did not. I tried calling them with no answer. BEWARE, this is a SCAM. I want my money back now!
I spoke to Raj who used scare tactics about creditors and changed service prices
I spoke to Raj who used scare tactics about creditors issuing summons. He quoted a price then raised it significantly. I felt uneasy and decided to cancel, emailing Raj through their portal. I confirmed cancellation via call and email on Friday. However, Raj called on Monday, attempting to retain my business. After I declined, they abruptly hung up. Following persistent emails with detailed threats and dates, I received a termination notice on Monday. Yet, my portal remained open, and I got another welcome email, raising suspicions. I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative, questioning the welcome message. The response was uncertain, so I insisted on confirmation of my account's cancellation. I requested a note be added to my account about the unwarranted welcome email and reiterated my account should be closed. Concerned about unauthorized charges, I've sent multiple emails and refuse to fax a final cancellation notice. Despite the termination confirmation, I keep receiving welcome letters, and the portal suggests ongoing work, which should not be billable. To prevent further issues, I'm considering changing my bank account details, though it's a last resort. If necessary, I'll pursue legal action for any unauthorized work. I advise others to document everything meticulously for protection.

I am a bankruptcy attorney
I am a bankruptcy attorney. ***. I get people calling me all the time who have signed up with this scam company and been ripped off. Let me make some things clear to you. First- anybody without any help can stop paying their credit cards and store cards and typically go for a year or more without getting sued. Therefore, all this "litigation" practice group has to do is get you to stop paying and they have 12 months to take your money before you find out that you are going to get sued and be forced to file bankruptcy. Plus, if they can get you to send "do not contact" letters to your creditors, your creditors will never be able to tell you that your debts have not been negotiated, settled or in any way "taken care of" or managed. A do not contact letter means that the creditor cannot contact you unless/until they *** you. Third- "charged-off" does not mean "written off". If this group is representing that they have done something good to get your debt "charged off" that is baloney. When you quit paying your creditors they will ultimately "charge-off" the debt as bad debt, but it is still completely collectible. they can and will *** you to collect or sell the debt to a debt buyer who can still collect the entire amount. So...the fact that when you quit paying your creditors you start to see your debts "charged-off" on your creditor report is not a good thing. And it is certainly not something this company has "accomplished" for you. It is a bad thing and it means you are closing to getting sued after the credit card company packages up the bad debt and sells it to a debt buyer like *** or *** Services. Fourth - "Litigation" means responding to lawsuits by filing answers in court and defending these lawsuits. This company is not "litigating" - when you get sued they tell you "tough luck". They don't do much of anything, but they sure as h*** don't litigate on your behalf. MY ADVICE - immediately report the whole situation to your local attorney general/department of justice consumer fraud and financial protection department. When they get enough claims they start to look more seriously at enforcement activity.IF YOU DON'T BELEIVE ME - Try this one simple test. Just ask this company to copy you on correspondence to and from these creditors that they are supposedly communicating with. They can't and won't do it. Any real attorney in any state who is working with/for you to settle debt will copy you on all of the correspondence so that you see how things are progressing. This is just a basic requirement of representing someone. This company is praying on your desire to get something for nothing and you total lack of empowerment. Quit sitting back and hoping your debts will magically go away and simply require that they send you copies of correspondence to/from creditors. If they won't (which they won't) then they are either not sending anything to creditors - not getting anything back from creditors - or they just *** in every way. As mentioned any real law firm would keep you completely and fully informed with actual copies of emails, letters, settlement offers, etc. etc. Just get out as fast as you can. If you have to do so, shut down your current checking account and start a new one so they can't take any more of your money.

Account information update and payment issue follow-up
Account information update required. No account number provided. Our payments are due at the end of the month for $401.53. On April 8, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. EST, I spoke with a representative. The Litigation Practice Group (LPG) mistakenly took two payments of $401.53 from our checking account, totaling $803.06. They acknowledged the error and promised an immediate refund. The representative instructed me to send a screenshot of the posted charges via a provided email link once they were no longer pending. On April 12, I sent the screenshot showing the double payment. Later that day, I contacted LPG and was confirmed that they received my screenshot and the refund should be processed by April 14. By April 18, after multiple attempts and disconnections by the automated system, I finally reached a representative at 8:02 p.m. EST who assured me the refund would be expedited and should be in our account by April 19. On April 22, the automated system disconnected me again. On April 25, at 6:00 p.m. EST, I spoke with Alyanna, expressed my frustration, and was promised a refund by 5:00 p.m. PST. The refund did not materialize. On April 27, between 6:44 and 6:52 p.m. EST, I requested a supervisor after explaining the situation to another representative. I was put on hold, but no supervisor was available, and I was promised a callback that never came. As a result, I am filing a complaint on Complaintsboard.com.

Inrequested refund of money paid after I cancelled my debt repayment because they did not do as stated during the initial interview as requested to stop payment for the month of November that came out after they received payment for service. Nor did they ever contact the creditors and my bank charged me for stop payment fees which they never submitted for because they did nothing with my accounts.
I've been with the *** law firm for about a year now I've been making payments every two weeks for $156 and some cents I paid over $3,000 with them they're supposed to fix my credit and I have not seen anything on there recently I came to a situation where I needed to pause the account because of financial situations mind you I called them up and hired them in to fix my credit I called him up and asked them to pause my account temporarily and the lady said that she can do a three month and that she would put it in for request and I said that would be perfect but they kept on trying to withdraw payments out every two weeks causing me overdraft fees and everything I repeatedly called them to stop it but they didn't and when they couldn't take out any more funds out of my account they canceled the services and told me that I was not eligible for a refund$3,000 worth of my money I spent with them for nothing I would like to have a refund on my money and never speak to them again
LPG were hired to represent me for legal services and deal with creditors. When I was sued they did not represent me at all and refused to issue a refund. I was never provided even a phone call with a lawyer even when requested. I paid over *** dollars a month and they refused to proved the services agreed to. When I cancelled in writing and asked for a refund they called and told me that for a refund I needed to speak to them at which time they put me on hold and said no one was available so I wouldnt get a refund. I expect a FULL refund as no services were provided.
Hello I have been fighting this company and have emails from them stating I will get a full refund and now found out the shut down. Trying to get alot of people to file a law suit against them.
I have already had an active complaint with your company through the complaintsboard.com and I received a call from your representative, who agreed that everything that did not happen but was in contract to happen was unacceptable. She told me that I had two options: first, to have LPG do what they were paid to do in the first place, but never did; or second, I would withdraw from the company and receive a refund of $5,637 of the $9,000 that I had paid, as well as the legal department withdrawing all Cease and Desists that were sent out. I chose the refund and withdrew as well as removing the cease and desists. This was on December 1st, 2022, and she told me it would be deposited into my bank account within a specified number of days. I actually cried and thanked her profusely because that would mean I could buy Christmas presents for my daughter. I waited 15 days until calling her back to ask what was going on and I have called multiple times since but never heard back at all. It has now been a month and a day. This is ridiculous and I demand for answers as well as the refund that was promised.
They are trying to keep telling us they will repay us and they have closed for good. Please email me at Leeson_25@hotmail.com and can give you some information
I hired LPG to help me, however, I been trying to get something rectified for the last 6-7 months
I hired LPG to help me, however, I been trying to get something rectified for the last 6-7 months. They never return phone calls and today 10/24/22, I was told they cant help me with a creditor that started garnishing my wages which mind you was surprise to me because I never received any documentation about it. I told them today I was coming on here to report them because I am constantly being told I am sorry because of the lack of communication and their legal department will contact me within *** hours (which has never been done in the last 6-7 months). My identity was stolen and needed help to fix my credit mind you I am having roughly about $800-$1000 dollars being paid out to a creditor that once I again I received no paperwork on because I didnt send to them they cant help me but have no problem taking my money once a month. I keep explaining I have always sent them any information I received. Well when I call the creditor myself they cant help me because LPG represents me and LPG tells me they cant help me in this matter either per *** today. Then when I called back to have them send something over and told they cant because they represent me. I have no idea of this debt or whats for. The attorney they hired in NJ helped me with the same creditor but was told they dont have anything else. LPG states I should have received something which I have never received. I am single mom that depends solely on my income to raise my child and that amount of money is a lot to be taken away from me monthly. They cant do anything about it per *** today and I am basically having to *** it up in other words. A legal team that doesnt return phone calls, emails or texts when you try everything you can to get anything done. Their famous words its been escalated, you will receive a call within *** hours and you are repeatedly calling hearing this plus Im sorry. Sorry doesnt cut it. You have no problem taking my money but helping me is another story.

On November 30th agreed to sign up with this company. After research & a lot of thought I faxed, emailed & sent a letter of cancelation on Dec. 2nd. Now on Dec. 27th they emailed and said they had sent out letters to my creditor's. I replied instantly saying I had cancelled there services back on Dec. 2nd. Today Dec. 28th they had texted me! Again instantly I replied again that I cancelled with them on Dec. 2nd. I sent them a picture of the original letter of cancelation. What do I need to do for this company to leave me alone! I did everything I was supposed to do. I faxed, email and sent a letter of cancelation on Dec. 2nd! I want nothing to do with this company and they won't leave me alone even after I had cancelled. I do not recommend this company to no one!
08/29/2022 I joined, figured they would help with my creditors, still got harrassement calls, wage garnishes sent to my job, then, I decided for bankruptcy, no attorney ever called, left emails, told me when to call, nuthin, I want my money back, I was taken for a fool, I need resolution.
Per my last complaint, the legal department agreed to refund my last 5 payments, cancel me from the program and work with me through the pre-litigation of my creditors. They said my refund was submitted and approved on 12/12 and I would get the refund of $2470.85 within 10 business days. I also asked that they provide a letter of reference for the refund and the issues I experienced with them to provide my creditors. The next day they cancelled me from program and have not issued the refund. I have called 6 times in which I have been told it was approved each time, one guy told me it would hit my account when it hit my account, I have also asked for a supervisor and was told I could not speak to one, and was told would get a call back in 20 minutes, and have not gotten a call back now 2 days later. I have called 3 more times only for my calls to go unanswered and their IVR system disconnect me after offering a call back, but not allowing for me to press 1 for the said call back.
I st started with this business in August I did not realize what they were doing I'm so stupid okay I thought they were paying my bills they weren't paying any of my bills against further behind well I can't afford to pay them $350 a month plus to pay my bills I asked them to stop they said they would they were going to refund my money and now two months later here it is December I stopped it in October here it is December and they start taking my money again I cannot afford this please have them refund my money

This past year I was diagnosed with a chronic medical condition that not only left me with a ton of medical debt, but I missed so much work due to my illness that I could not keep on my bills and barley could pay rent. I researched debt consolidation, counseling and Many other companies. I was reached out to by two representatives that work with LPG who explained the program and it sounded promising. They did advise me my credit would drop for a little while but they would contact my creditors/hospital bills etc.September rolls around and I continue to receive harassing calls, letters and threats. I inform LPG of this and send them documentation and names even contact information for my debt companies again and explained that they should have been notified by now that I am enrolled in this company & represented by LPG. I get no reply back from the email but I received many automatic replies stating they received my email.I call my creditors this past week and find out they have received NOTHING from LPG. Its been over 4 months and they havent even received a letter from them. I contact LPG by phone and find out not only have they not contacted my creditors but they didnt even enroll half of the accounts they were supposed to! My main reason to do this program was medical debt and they didnt even include it despite my emails of documentation and requests. My credit is now tanked In the 400s & I have a bigger mess than before I started with LPG. I asked them to cancel my account by *** and stated I want my almost $900 back as I have been paying for a service I never received which is illegal! The representative told me she can only refund $200 & would have to contact management. I am requesting proof my account has been cancelled & a full refund for any and all payments made to LPG. I had enough going on in my life & thought this would relieve some stress off my *** have only made matters so much worse! Do not use this company!

False recommendations. Was told by the lady on the phone it was to consolidate my debt not file bankruptcy. That my debt would be paid off in 15 months. I thought by what was said to me I was having credit cards consolidated. After she hurriedly had me initial the document thinking I was consolidating my bills and they would be paid off I then realized it was not that that the money that would bebtaken out of my checking account was lawyer fees. This is to scam people out of their money.
For 3 months they are withdrawing money to help pay my credit debt,Instead my score dropped more than 250 points,The money were not going toward the debt at all,They said I have to go to collections before they can start resolving the debt,I am in bigger problems now because of them, I called to cancel and was told I will be contacted later and they cant tell when,I need my money back and my account to be canceled.

In November 2022 I was sent garnishment papers at my job. I contacted the Litigation group and an attorney called me right away and was going to try to figure out how this happened. I was told she would call back the next evening but never did. I called almost daily to get a call from an attorney and was told they would forward the message and I would be contacted. I never received a call. I set up an appointment call for December 7th at 10:20 and never received the call so I called again to find out why I never received a call. They came back on the phone and asked me about canceling my program. I asked him why he would ask me that and why I wasn't getting a call from an attorney. Still I was told he would forward be message. I asked if I did cancel I wanted a refund where I was told they wouldn't refund me. I asked him why I wasn't getting any calls back and that I deserved an explanation why. I paid *** to end up with a garnishment that I was ignored and to dealt with on my own. If they can't help me when things got bad then they should refund me my money so I can take care of the accounts they was supposed to help me with.
I was paying every two weeks *** to lpg law . My final payment was December 5 I had money in my account and ready to pay they said they tried to take money out but didnt. Now they are saying that I owe them extra money becuase of a something they messed up
We hired a Litigation Practice Group to assist us with our credit card issues, but it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. I was unexpectedly served with court papers from a collection agency, which was a complete shock to me. I had not received any prior communication from the agency; no letters, no phone calls, nothing until the documents were delivered to my doorstep. In a state of confusion, I contacted them to inquire why there had been no attempt to reach out to me. To my astonishment, I was informed that the Litigation Practice Group had imposed a communication ban. One would expect that the group would have the decency to notify me of such a critical action, but I was left completely in the dark. Consequently, I am now faced with the burden of settling a debt of $2,112.11, in addition to potential court fees if the matter escalates to litigation. Over a month ago, I terminated my relationship with the Litigation Practice Group and requested that they inform all my credit card companies that they no longer represent me. Regrettably, they failed to follow through. I urge everyone to steer clear of this firm. I am now scrambling to gather the $2,112.11, a sum I believe the Litigation Practice Group should be responsible for, given their decision to enforce a communication ban which prevented the collection agency from contacting me before taking legal action.
I think this company has handled my whole case from the beginning unprofessionally and fraudulently
I think this company has handled my whole case from the beginning unprofessionally and fraudulently. I have never had a problem paying my bills, but my husband went on disability several years ago with a cardiomyopathy and cervical spine damage. I also went out of work for a medical condition for several months during covid. The Litigation Practice group sent me letters stating that they could help. I called them and asked to speak to someone in Spanish because English isn't my first language and I wanted to know everything perfectly. I spoke with *** in Spanish, and she explained that I would be sent a contract and pay $347.38 a month for 36 months and my credit would be restored. I received the contract In February , which I signed because it stated a refund policy and I was told nothing would be done with payment, except with my signed consent. Then February 5, the payment reduced to $317.99 which I paid for 11 months straight. The price became too high, especially with seeing no work done. Every month I spoke to a different agent and requested to speak with a lawyer because I never received any proof anything was being done for over a year. Then they sent me a new proposal for payments of $218.85 for *** February 2022. This brings the total to $5,248.69, that I have paid to date. I was then told they settled one account from $5,635.94 to $3,663.36 and that I would have to make 17 more payments of $204.00 and 1 final payment of $195.76 for a total of $3,663.36. I then asked the representative *** why I would need to pay the additional payments for just this one bill when I have already sent you $5,248.69 and he told me that all of that money went to the lawyers who. My total debt it was $23,026.00 but now it has skyrocketed, and they have only handled one of the 5 accounts. At this rate I will be paying for times the amount of the original bills and won't be finished until sometime after 2010. Please help me.

Do NOT use this company
Do NOT use this company. They are a scam. They have taken $20,000 out of my bank for two years. Nothing has been done to pay my credit cards off. This company is just keeping the money. It does not go towards any kind of help for us as the consumer. Hired this company to help me pay down my credit cards with a lower percentage rate. I was in credit card debt following the pandemic and have always been very careful with my credit. My credit was good. I have 2 full years of documents with this company and my credit has continued to decline. Not only that, I have had cops show up at my home five different occasions to file civil suits against me for something this company was supposed to be taking care of. I am a 64 year old woman who has been taken advantage of. I can barely keep up with medical bills and rapidly deteriorating health. I have just received yet another civil suit against me! My credit is declining rapidly and I now have three negative reports on my credit files that were not there previous to hiring this company. Have not had the time to file a report to the Complaintsboard.com until today because of my declining health and surgerys. I will be hiring an attorney and will *** for full refund of $20,000 and other damages that are now reflected on my credit files. I now have yet another court date and another civil suit filed against me and this follows two years of paying them $20,000. When I came to Complaintsboard.com to check this company out, I found out that I also have been scammed along with thousands of others. I took action after reading the other complaints and called them and told them to immediately stop withdrawing money from my bank account. They were scared and extremely rude. Nothing has been accomplished in two years and now I am out the money I could have used to pay my credit cards off myself. I will now hire an attorney and demand that you also pay back all money paid to you. 20k Not only have they destroyed my credit, I am being harassed on a daily basis!

Two years ago I was drowning in debt, I was contacted by Coast to *** as debt validation, my mistake because truly thought they were debt consolidation. This was the in the email welcoming me to the program. "Firstly, for this program to work, our clients choose to stop making payments to their creditors. Secondly, please be looking out for any letters, notices, or phone calls you may get from collection agencies that have bought your debts. Some creditors will sell debts off faster than others and we will not know where the accounts have gone until they call you. Once they call you, or you receive a letter from them, please be sure to send a copy of the letter and get that information over to us at the contact email address found below or our fax number. Once weve received the information about the collection agency that has obtained your account, we can send that agency a dispute packet as quickly as possible to invalidate the debt through them." When I spoke to the sales rep. he explained to me the process of when your creditor contact you, say that your loan is being handled by LPG and give your creditors our information and we will handle the creditors for you, and when your loans are bought out by other companies, we handle your debt for the fraction of the cost of what you owe the creditors, because the money you owe the creditors is insured and the creditors has already made there money back. For the last two years I have followed the process that was told to me and thought when I sent LPG the paperwork they were handling like they promised. I was wrong and I was sued and LPG lawyer when to court got me a settlement and informed me that I was responsible for the settlement plus court cost! What I have been paying you for the last two years? For lawyer representation, I wouldn't need a lawyer if I wasn't advise to stop paying my debt, bottomline I 've been with LPG for 2 years and after thousands of dollars not 1 debt has been validated.

I enrolled with LPG in May , which was highly recommended then.
I enrolled with LPG in May , which was highly recommended at the time. I asked numerous questions and had the salesperson clarify details repeatedly to ensure my understanding of the program. I even reviewed the contract before committing. Initially, everything proceeded smoothly with follow-up calls and consistent information. However, by late 2020, discrepancies arose; I was served court papers despite assurances of debt invalidation. The company admitted to a mistake without resolving the issue. Despite frustration, I continued their services. By January , I was expecting communication from credit bureaus, but by November , there was still no progress. LPG's acquisition of another company in summer 2021 did not improve the situation. Promised quarterly updates were missed, and reaching customer service was difficult. After 18 months of unfulfilled promises, I sought to cancel and get a refund as initially stated, but my request was denied. Despite regular payments, LPG failed to deliver, providing excuses instead of solutions.

I would be in the hole to my *** over $1000 by then with NO way to get any money to help myself! I'm 74 years old &!live on a fixed income! So far, this Litigation Practice Group has only taken out the first payment of $348.84! I began debt relief with the former Litigation Practice Group in Nov 2019
I began the debt relief/validation process with the former Litigation Practice Group in Nov 2019. I was assured that my debts would be invalidated or settled within 24 months and my credit report would be cleared after 24 monthly payments. They suggested I should cease payments to my creditors and promised to handle all communications, including sending letters to negotiate settlements. However, after 20 months and $16083.00, no debts have been settled. Creditors continue to contact me daily. Upon inquiry, creditors confirmed they had not been contacted by the law firm. Only once did an attorney from the firm reach out to discuss a legal summons, proposing a settlement that required additional funds from me. Recently, I received another summons without a settlement and an email from the firm suggesting bankruptcy as a solution. With my contract ending in 11/22 and my credit score significantly reduced, I demand a resolution or a full refund and am reaching out to my attorney general and the state bar association.

I signed up with Litigation Practice Group in Nov 2020 to invalidate my credit card debt
I signed up with Litigation Practice Group in Nov 2020 to invalidate my credit card debt. I was continually promised I would see finalized results in *** months. It was extremely difficult to get a straight answer from customer service when I called to be updated on my 8 accounts enrolled. I kept being told they were waiting on the creditors, just be patient. 1 of my accounts filed a judgement against me, and LPG assured me they would represent me in court and that I would be assigned a local attorney. I never received representation for my court case, the "local attorney" that I was assigned was then UNASSIGNED, and no one showed up on my behalf. LPG never responded to the judgement in the 10 day allotted time frame, so then I received default judgement paperwork. Only after I received the default judgement, LPG THEN sent me a Stipulation judgement with a settlement amount of more than I enrolled this account with! The other 7 accounts I had, never had any movement or changes in the entire 24 months I was with them. They would tell me the creditors have 30 days to respond, then it was 90 days, and when I called LPG after the 90 days to see what next steps were, they could never give me an answer. I repeatedly asked for someone in the legal department to call me, for MONTHS, and I never received a call. I was never able to speak with an actual attorney. I enrolled with $60,000 in debt. When I called to cancel in Nov 2022 because I was tired of the nonsense and paying them for nothing, they first advised I was not eligible for a refund. After going back and forth, they said I would be refunded for the amount of my settlement which was $7500(which I still have not received). I paid them over $10,000! $7,500 is not acceptable when now I have to settle with those 7 creditors on my own for MORE than I enrolled with. ***, who I spoke with said she would look into an additional refund. Now when I am requesting an additional $2,500, they are not responding anymore!

I sought Debt solution services through Litigation Practice Group to help resolved my debt
I sought Debt solution services through Litigation Practice Group to help resolved my debt. I became a member of their program May. When I enrolled in their program I had decent credit. I had credit score close to 700 and did not have any collections nor was I delinquent with my bills. I paid all my bills timely. However I did have a high debt ratio because of high balances on credit cards and personal loans. They helped me save $700 a month. My contract agreement is to pay $676 a month which was fine when I was paying out double that a month to my creditors. The first issue I encounter with this program was obtaining a letter from them explaining to my government job their role in helping me resolve my debt. I work for the federal government and have to be cleared suitable to maintain my position. I was up for recertification and required to submit a financial disclosure. I was instructed when I joined this program to stop making my regular payments ( red flag) so they can negotiate with my creditors but I did not know stop making my payments would affect my job. They expressed to me they can give something in writing which was a task in itself which they did eluded to my job that my debt will be resolved in 3 months not the case at all. Next issue I was charged two payments in month of November. I did not receive any notification that there was error and resulted for my bills to suffered. It took a while to receive a refund. Final issue I was charged again in April 7th and April 18th of 2022 two payments with no indication of an error or notification at all. I have emailed, called, and used their client portal to follow up with the issue. I finally got through and was told it was an error again but they did not know when they will refund my money back to me this resulted of my mortgage payment bouncing on April 18th. I applied for with Litigation Practice Group, Debt Resolution Program on 02/24/2022
I applied for with Litigation Practice Group, Debt Resolution Program on 02/24/2022. The program was to take affect/start on 03/01/2022. On 02/28/2022 I called LPG and CANCELLED my Debt Resolution Program. The lady that I spoke to, told me I would definitely be getting my REFUND of $ *** as LPG has already taken that money out of my bank account, even though I CANCELLED the Debt Resolution Program on 1 day prior to it starting. She stated I would receive my $ *** REFUND within 7 - 10 business days. I have called LPG at ***, more than 18+ times, been promised by LPG Supervision 4 times I would be getting my REFUND sent back to my bank account on exact dates. This has not happened! I spoke to *** a Senior Underwriter as well, but once again a broken promise. I called *** and she basically refused to call me back twice. LPG has this common practice, to blow the customer off by telling them they would take a message and someone will call you back within 48 - 72 hours. I left 4 messages to have LPG call me back? No one from LPG called me on those 4 attempts to speak to live person. I also sent LPG 4+ E-mails to *** and asked them to respond back with an E-mail. When you send an E-mail, LPG has an automatic computer response saying they got your E-mail. I NEVER GOT AN E-MAIL RESPONSE BACK FROM LPG. During this time, where I should have already had my REFUND, my Bank account got "HACKED", so I had to close all my bank accts: and open a new one. I immediately called LPG on 03/29/2022 and sent them an E-mail with the new account. Another Manager told me my refund was sent back to my bank acct: on 04/01/2022. Today 04/21/2022, I called LPG twice. Of course they would call me back within an hour of 12:12 pm CST. I waited 6 1/2 hours before I called them back at 6:29 pm CST. I was put on hold/ignore until 8:09 pm CST, the line disconnected. LPG has had my money, which they basically Embezzled from me for 57 days & 38 business days?

Received a call from a person claiming to be from LPG litigation about credit reports.
At the end of July, I received a phone call from an individual claiming to be from LPG litigation, offering assistance with credit reports. This person sought authorization to withdraw funds from my bank account on August 3rd. I explicitly refused, stating that I would only consider their services starting September 3rd, allowing me time to organize my bills. Despite this, they proceeded to withdraw money on August 3rd. A few days later, I was asked to send my bills, which I partially did, as I had not yet compiled all of them. This was my reason for not authorizing the August withdrawal. Our discussions continued, and I agreed to send more bills. Towards the end of August, I was instructed by another LPG representative to send all my bills again, which I found redundant and refused. She warned that this would incur additional costs, but I stood firm, citing a prior agreement and my fixed income. After calling them out as scammers, I was contacted again, accused of being forgetful, but I maintained my stance, denied the August authorization, and insisted on the September agreement.

We received a mailer from a certain LLC
We received a mailer from a certain LLC. My husband called on 10/5 and spoke with a representative. He requested a debt consolidation loan based on the mailer's implications of paying off debt with a lower interest rate. The representative spoke quickly, making false promises, and suggested a $250 monthly payment to invalidate the debt, advising my husband to stop paying the creditors. He opened two accounts with the firm, even though I was not present, and had my husband sign documents electronically. All bank details were shared, and an auto-payment was set up through the firm, with no option to modify it without contacting them. After the call, my husband felt uncertain and found numerous complaints online. On 10/10, he requested account cancellations. His was processed by 10/15, but mine remains open. Despite cancellation requests, they attempted to process payments, so we preemptively closed our bank account. We've been calling daily to close my account and are told it will take additional time. Today, a firm representative said it will take 5 business days. I am eager to have my account closed.

Main Shareholder and President is a detail-oriented professional with strong Law skills
The Main Shareholder and President is a detail-oriented professional with strong technical Law Skills, a visionary leader committed to growing his practice and honoring his clients. This dedication inspired me to sign the Agreement. I'm in the 'validation-debt' program. Since Sept. 20, 2021, only two accounts are in my Agreement: a personal loan and a credit card. My credit has always been rated excellent. A family emergency in April due to Covid19 forced me to apply for the loan. Since starting the program over 240 days ago, the only action taken was sending a validation letter to my bank and a cease and desist letter. The letter sent in December has not been responded to by the bank within the required 30 days. Currently, there is no follow-up or tasks. I've received calls from over 10 customer service representatives without a solution. Additionally, I was charged twice, $489.76 each time, on March 2, 2022, and April 9, 2022. The second charge caused multiple overdrafts in my 23-year-old bank account, which had never had an overdraft before. My bank is investigating this issue. My account is currently on hold, preventing me from making or receiving payments. Thankfully, the company covered $516.76, including one overdraft charge. I have enough reasons to: 1. Cancel my agreement immediately. 2. Request a return of the $2,448.80 paid since starting this agreement. I seek Complaintsboard.com arbitration for this claim and support to reinstate my bank account, which is on hold. It's crucial that the reimbursement is sent via express mail to my address. 3. In the worst-case scenario, if I don't receive a positive response or my funds back, I will have to engage my lawyer. Thank you.

I enrolled in this program with Litigation Practice Group last December the worst mistake I could have ever made! I have paid them over *** only to find out yesterday that NONE of my creditors had heard from them! I've been paying them for a year to do absolutely nothing. I have made calls to them only to get told you have an appointment they never call on their appointment time or at all. I received a summons and sent it to them they didn't even show up like they said they would. Their customer service when you actually do get to speak to someone is extremely rude and disrespectful. I am in the process of trying to cancel my contract I'm a mom of 5 kids and was just trying to get things straight. I've learned my lesson if it's too good to be true then it is.
I have made 37 payments so far, 39vif you count them triple charging me where I had to fight for a refund. The business claims they will call you back or that a different department will and they never do. If you schedule a call for an appointment discussion, you are lucky if they honor it. They claimed they sent my case to a lawyer but I was never contacted by them. 2 months later my wages have been garnished because the lawyer never bothered to pursue the case or let me know that they could do nothing. The document was first provided 8/28 and was not acknowledged past the email receipt. There was an additional one sent on 9/15. It is now 12/2 and my wages will be garnished due to their lack of action. Honestly there should be a class action lawsuit brought against this company with how many people are receiving the same experience. You are charged twice a month, they extend the program as they please, and no service is provided. They do not appear to be willing to provide refunds even though no work was done. The lawyers involved should lose their licenses from malpractice. If you are considering signing up with this company, find someone else to help. Otherwise just burn your money for heat, because that's all they are doing.
If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! I was going to join this group then asked for my payment to be delayed until AFTER the holidays. I was told that my payment wouldn't be debited from my account until January 13 of 2023. They tried to take that amount out in October and thank God I had no money in that account at that time due to my funds being in another account. I made a call about that and made a complaint because I was told my FIRST payment wouldn't be collected until next year. I then asked for my account to be canceled and to remove my payment method. The rep asked me to send an email as well as sending a message to a number on a text message for this request. I did that, and now here I am making calls and sending emails due to them taking the same amount on November 27, 2022, that I was told would be delayed in the first place! I have been calling for days and keep getting the run around with this issue. I was told my refund is being processed, then I call my bank and they tell me they don't see anything in process for a refund on their side. I hope A TON OF OTHERS see this review. DON'T CHOOSE LPG LAW. I'm starting to think they aren't really going to give me my money back. I even asked for a corporate number and was told there isn't one. THIS IS SO STRESSFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND being a customer for this program at all!
Even one star is too many! LPG was a source of worry for six months until yesterday when I decided I had endured enough. During my interactions with their 'affiliates', I was met with laughter and condescension, as if I were ignorant and a nuisance. They assured me I would receive monthly updates on my account, which never happened. When I inquired, they claimed to have attempted contact but failed to reach me, despite no voicemails or emails being present. I remained uninformed about the status of my accounts. It's been half a year, and during this time, one of my accounts initiated legal action against me. Upon contacting LPG, they inquired whether I had been served a subpoena and nonchalantly stated, 'we won't worry about it until you are.' I followed their instructions to the letter, only to find myself deeper in debt and facing a potential lawsuit. They withdrew $1800 from me over six months, and I have nothing to show for it. I strongly advise against using LPG. They had negative reviews which they dismissed, and in my desperation, I was gullible enough to believe them. I must chalk this up to a costly lesson and focus on finding a way to recover. Life is already challenging without the added stress of fraudulent organizations offering empty promises and falsehoods. If you're considering LPG, I suggest you continue your search elsewhere.
