Ordered a hair removal product. 2 months later received the product . The product was not hair removal. This company is Chinese. They fraud other countries. They do not have a customer service. Just a one man trouble ticketing system with zendesk. They google translate all complaints since they are Chinese fraudsters. I'm working on getting address

I paid for a magnifying screen on the 5 th Dec. They took the money $40 NZ dollars. The tracking number doesn't exist and and they won't reply to messages I send via messenger and the emails always say wait.. wait and wait some more. Feed up this company has no morals.. my advice steer clear of these muppets. Added a pic the tail end of countless of messages 🤬

Ordered ‘hair growth inhibitor' off littleplayland.com for what I now realize is a total scam. Bottles of what seems to be regular lotion in eyedrop containers. Was charged outrageous shipping $5+ for a product almost weightless. Charged $25+ for the so called ‘hair growth inhibitor' that couldn't even cover a large area of the body with the entire bottle if we tried. I am incredibly disappointed with this website and the product I recieved.

Once we received this product, we used exactly as directed x 3 and not a single hair was removed. I email the company and they ask for a photo of the product and the packing, which I sent. Then they asked for a video showing the area and demonstrating how we used it. I replied that that would not be happening as the product was used on my sons lower back and upper buttocks and I absolutely would not send nothing of the sort. They responded 5 times with the same answer and by a different customer service rep. This company will scan you and make demands that cant be met and even if met, I doubt you would receive a refund so DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I too bought this product. When it arrived it was just a cheap plastic spray bottle with no labels. I'm so angry with this purchase and company as I have tried getting a refund and they refuse to. They want me to send videos of the product not working. And I have to have the original labeling that it came with on the envelope. Something which I do not have.

This product does not work. At all. Not one bit.

I orderd the Lily Lula eyebrow pen a few days ago.

It arrived yesterday complitlay dry and i cannot use it. I have tried a few times and it just dosent work!

I payed 12.99 pounds for it and I expected to be able to use it.

I would pleas like my mony back for it.

I would like to be informed about the progres of this com and and be updated/

Ordered a spray cleaner set. I got a cheap spray bottle that I could have picked up at the dollar store. It was not what was advertised, it was supposed to have a special spray cord so it would spray upside down. The tablets were blue and not what was advertised as well. The product did not work as advertised either, it did not foam as advertised, I could have done a better job with baking soda and vinegar. It took forever to ship. I am very disappointed with the product.

Having been waiting for cleaning product I ordered to arrive, but as yet I have not received it. I contacted the company several times, only to get a generic response that it was delayed to high volumes. I looked up the company and noticed I was not the only one who was still waiting for the product. Some people that received their order said it was dried up and not at all what th site said it would do. Apparently this company is running a scam, and should be closed down.

Yo honestly who ever is running this bussiness soon going get caught and I hope u come out on tv so I can laught suck my willy yeah u took my money but obviously u needed more than I do because I'm not the only one u took money from die and your daughter or your son if u got one can get rapped and molested and I hope if I have them in front of me I'll even Make them [censored] each other

I ordered 50 effervescent cleaning tablets on 07/08/2018. I have not received my item & they are not giving me a refund. I have made loads of email contact but still not receiving my request for a refund.
They seem to have now blocked my emails I am sending to them & there is no option of a phone number anywhere that I can find. Wondering if this is a scam!

I purchased the effervescent cleaner and want my money back! The bottle and tablets are not what was advertised and the bottle is crushed. It didn't even come with instructions! Please do not tell me that I have waited too long to request a refund because I know that's not true. I expect a full refund of $20.97 which is what I paid.

After months of waiting for my product to arrive, it was completely dried up. I requested a refund. I finally get a reply and was told my refund request was too late, and needed to be sent within 10 days of receiving the product (which it was). After a few more unanswered emails, I finally get a response requesting a video of the product and pictures of the packaging (which I did). Weeks later, I receive an email stating my complaint was not received within 10 days - back to square one.

This company is a scam! I will continue to complain and spread the word on social media to wRn others. Unethical! False advertising! Rip off!

Attention, Attention. Be careful about ordering from this Seller. I have ordered two items almost 3 months ago and I am still waiting to receive the items or my money back. They have changed their name three times during the period I ordered my items. I have reported them to the Federal Fraud Government. They owe me $52.10. Check them out before you order. They were Storm Media, LittlePlayLand, MMM, and now LPlayL.

IT IS A SCAM! I ordered this item. They immediately took my money out of my account. It took 4 months and many emails to finally get my item and it was dried out. I sent them an email telling them this. My reply was because it was past 10 days for complaints there was nothing they could do. I wish I looked here first. This item comes from China. I will never buy anything from China again!

I purchased the multipurpose cleaner off their Facebook website. I paid through PayPal and some how the address was changed to my prior address. I noticed right away. Sent an email to their customer support within 5 minutes so they could fix it with the proper address. I received an auto-reply telling me a customer service rep would be in touch. Well 48 hours later that Monday morning I got a reply stating that nothing could be done because it wasn't fixed within 24 hours of the mistake. Which was [censored] because I did! Well I replied with if I'm not able to get the package that I purchased then I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. I keep getting the auto-reply stating a ticket # has been created!

Guys we need to do something about this company! We need to take them down for taking advantage of us! Any ideas? I'll definitely do it

Product I ordered is completely different from what I received. Total fraud! Looks nothing like the product that is being advertised! Company must be held accountable for false advertising. They must deliver the correct consumer products or be cometely stopped from selling online and removed from social media! As comsumers we expect to receive what we pay for.

I was also scammed by this company. Same experience as everyone else. I'm glad I don't need to rehash it as it has been a very stressful, time consuming, and upsetting experience and I want to report it and move on with my life (I've been dealing with this since my initial order in April and it's now the end of Aug). The best they would do for a pen not working after months of waiting for the product and numerous complaints and sending them pictures and proofs is a 10% off coupon on the next order! I want to help others avoid getting scammed but I don't know what to do. What can we do?

I ordered the Effervescent Kitchen Spray on 8-7-18 & haven't received my order yet. They promised it would take 7-10 business days but no product yet. I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I ordered from them.i have tried in vain to contact them but I can't find a phone number all I have is there web site and that doesn't seem to be working either.

I will be leaving a negative review about your company and the practices you stated which aren't revealed on your website. After waiting weeks and weeks for delivery of two liquid eyebrow pens you now State I have exceeded my time allotment plus the product cannot have been opened for return or refund. This is ludicrous considering how is the customer to know if they are satisfied without be able to open the eyebrow pen. The product I received was defective before I opened the protected seal. The liquid that was suppose to be in the pen was dryed out.
You need to re-evaluate your company procedures before responding with emailing a blanket answer.
I want a refund or new product sent to my attention.
