t-shirt order
I ordered three t-shirts for my wife over a month ago and never received any update on the order. I have emailed twice, and sent a message on instagram none of which have been responded to! After reading the other reviews I now see this company does nothing but take peoples money. What a horrible way to do business and a huge waste of time! Please if you are considering giving them any money do yourself a favor and read all of the complaints and look at their track record! Horrible horrible company, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for graphic tees.
never received order
This site is a scam. Do not, under any circumstance, do business with this company. I have submitted a formal complaint to the federal trade commission to have the company refund me money for an order they never sent. Hopefully this will also open an investigation against the company for presenting themselves as a company with no intent to provide ordered items to its "customers."
I purchased an item about two weeks ago with guaranteed 5-7 day shipping. The item, according to the email confirmation I was sent the day after I purchased the item, is still being processed. There is no contact information on the website. The only information I had to contact the company was the email address they originally emailed me about my order.
If you have had the same issue with the company, please reach out to your bank to dispute the charge as well as the Federal Trade Commission office to help shut this "business" down.
8 sweatshirt I have ordered at least 4 months ago.
Okay, so I am going to the better business bureau. Ive never done this but Im so tired of your company and the lies and you continue to advertise like you really do anything but take peoples money.
The first go around I ordered 4 sweat shirts. They were huge. I was told to mail them back and I could get them in an extra large. Since I got a hold of your company right off the bat I placed another order for 5 more sweat shirts. Order # 241258. This is the response I got back:

So I would like to know where the heck my order is? I also said I needed them in Xlarge when I mailed my other 4 back. I dont have the other order # so Im out of luck but I do remember one said "bossy" on that. Im sure you could look it up.
If I cant get my orders and get the correct size or at least some type of response I will not only go to the better business bureau I will also call my attorney.
I know you may not care however I do. This is my hard earned money you are messing with and dont seem to care about. And what really sucks is this is the only what to try and get a hold of your company since you have no phone number that actually gives you a live person.

I have ordered & I was charged for a shirt in the beginning of September. I have never received it. Many complaints & customers with the same issue. I have tried to reach out to this company w/ little communication in return. I often get a "form/automated" response.
I also received a notice w/a FAKE tracking #. My item never shipped!

Purchased this shirt two weeks ago from them, even paid for 2-4 day shipping. Received notice saying it was in preshipment.. still haven’t received my sweatshirt. Every time I call the complaint or BBB number that I had to search for because it is not on their page anywhere.. says leave a message about your order... BUT OF COURSE VOICEMil is full! This company is full of [censor] and should be shut down. Them constantly posting on social media is [censor]! Bunch of people just taking or stealing folks money.
Does anyone have a number for them, or an email? I dont see on their website any contact information. What a joke.

I ordered a shirt from this website 2 weeks ago and the website said that the order was fulfilled but I never received the shirt or even notification through email that it had been delivered.
I tried to call the customer service number, which wasn't even listed on the website.
I called and the voice mail says to leave a message with concerns about your order. Well guess what? Surprise, surprise the inbox is full. Worst company EVER!

I surely had to read all the bad reviews before buying. The internet is full of negative reviews and mine will be one of them.
Just like many other people I have troubles trying to reach their customer care. They don't pick up the phone, their online chat doesn't work and they don't reply my emails. Great.

I placed an order September 1, 2017 of 2 graphic tee shirts, 1 tank top, and a pair of sunglasses. I received an email confirmation with an order number saying I will receive my order within 2-4 business days. A month later, and I haven't gotten anything. I emailed them two times and haven't heard back. I called during "their business hours" and it goes straight to their mailbox which is full. I don't know what is going on, but it seems like I am not the only one. I don't know how they can still be in business and continue to advertise on Instagram and all other social media accounts, take orders and payments, and they haven't been shut down. I want a refund.
where's my order?
Like everyone else my money was taken and i have no product a month later. The site wont even let me log on, saying i dont have an account. How did i order then? Mailbox is full her cell phone and im sure she blocked my number. I will be contacting the BBB and paypal to get my money back. Stay at home mom in flordia who cant run her business but is stealing from everyone! Never again will i buy from you!

Hi, I ordered from your site on 9/5 and the funds $70.00 were immediately taken from my bank. It's been a month and I have not received my items. I have ordered from this site before and never had a problem. The mailbox is full when I call and I'm hoping I receive an email regarding this. I placed an order on Aug. 17th - Order # 242099, for 2 items a shirt & pair of pants. My card was immediately charged & order confirmed, however I have never received the items, nor shipping notification. I have sent 4 e-mail inquiries to [protected]@ilivluvshop.com with no response. I have tried calling the number, however no one answers & you are instructed to leave a message on a full inbox that is not accepting messages at this time... This is not the first time I have ordered from Liv Luv Shop, but it is the first time that I have had a problem & can't seem to get it resolved. I would appreciate an e-mail back regarding the status. If the items are not going to ship, I want a full refund.

I placed an order on 8/22/2017 for two items. The funds were taken out of my account immediately, but the status on my order still reads "unfulfilled." I have emailed and tried to call. I have gotten no response from the email, no one answers the phone during their quoted office hours and the mailbox is full. I understand that they are still dealing with the aftermath of hurricane Irma, but they sure are able to post on social media, add stuff to their website and email me about purchasing more items.

I placed an order (#244100) on 8/19 for 3 items. The total was $95.30 and was paid/taken from my checking account immediately. Website stated most items will be shipped 10 business days. On business day #14 I sent an email and requested an update on my order and still received no response. I called the LivLuv number [protected]) today and could not leave a message due to "the mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time. Good-Bye".
I understand that the "Hurricane" interrupted things a bit AFTER THIS PAST FRIDAY 9/8, HOWEVER; my items should have been shipped LONG BEFORE THAT TIME.

I placed an order on August 4th. Order number is: 234863. I still have not received my order and it is going on 5 weeks. I emailed a couple of weeks ago and was told it would be shipping by the end of the week...this would have been on 8-25 and still nothing has shipped. I then emailed last Wednesday asking again where my order is and have received no response. I am extremely displeased with the lack of response along with the fact that I have not received my order. Charged $65 for 3 shirts never sent to me
I placed two separate orders on the same day (shipping to different addresses) for a total of 3 t-shirts. They charged me the next day for a total of $65. I got one shipping confirmation for one of the orders that still shows pre-shipping more than 2weeks later. I sent 3 emails, a direct message in Instagram, and tried to call but no response. I reported fraud to my bank after seeing online other reports and situations like mine.

Took my money out of my account on 8/15. Processed me a confirmation that has never shipped. Today is 8/24 and no product received. Customer Service will not answer my emails. Facebook needs to take them down this is a total SCAM SCAM.
8/14 received email with order #240379. Confirming my purchase. Chaos Coordinator tshirt. When I click on order shows thank you for your purchase. Shows USPS tracking #9400111699000375905047 which shows the shipment hasn't moved!

I placed an order on June 21 and my order still has not shipped. I have tried contacting the company several times and they will not respond. They charged my credit card, so they have their money. I get the impression that this is not a ligament company I plan to call my credit card company and reverse the charges and report the company. My order number was 217217.
