tired as a mother shirt
Purchased may 30th. It's now half way through June and the tracking says it hadn't even been picked up by usps! It's been two weeks. I want my shirt. I haven't received an email about it being mailed and when I purchased the shirt I paid for shipping. It didn't inform my that it would take several weeks for my shirt to get to me. I am very upset. It not like the company is out of the US somewhere far away.

On June 3, 2017, I ordered two very cute t-shirts from this company. (My invoice # 207825) My card was immediately charged that day even though the order was still "processing" and I received an email stating that they received my order. Its been 10 days and still no communication. When I check order status it states "We've accepted your order and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your order status." =Nothing has happened! I emailed them with my order number to inquire as to the status of my order and no response. I looked them up on BBB and was horrified to find them with such awful ratings. Apparently great photos on instagram and good advertising isn't enough to run a successful business. Just enough to lure out the suckers and take our cash! I demand a full refund to my bank account effective immediately. This kind of business is shady and underhanded.

I ordered a PJ set several weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've sent a few e-mails and have gotten no response. However, I was still charged the $50! I also tried calling the customer service phone number and keep getting the same "this mailbox is full" message. I would advise not to order anything from this company. I thought I could trust a FL based, mom owned company. WRONG!

Placed an order 5/23/17, and the money was deducted from my account that day. Received a tracking number, but for 3 weeks, it said it was in pre-shipment status (waiting to receive the pkg). I tried contacting them through email numerous times with no response. They finally responded when I contacted them through PayPal, and they said that the order will ship in 2-3 days. I told them to please cancel it and refund my money. I was told that there is a no return policy and it had already gone to the shipping department, so they can't do it. Seriously, it's a small business, the shipping department is probably the next room... Filed a BBB complaint this morning. This company should be shut down!

I've reached out to you several times with no response. Tried to call your customer care number it says your mailbox is full. Really frustrating that you're happy to take my $70 yet you're not going to be mailing me my clothes. I will be filing an official complaint with PayPal to get my money back. I will also be notifying all over social media letting people know not to order from this company. You will not receive your clothes. Nor will you get a response as to why you never received your clothes. You guys should really spend a little more time and money on getting people the items they ordered instead of advertising your clothes all over social media. Good customer service is King it provides repeat purchases. I will never purchase from you again.

I placed an order on 12/30 for 3 items. I have emailed Liv Luv 3 times to obtain a status on my order; none of my email messages have been responded to. Additionally, I called their # at: [protected] and received a recording of their hours and then was asked to leave a message. Unfortunately, it appears that their incoming voice mailbox is full.

I placed an order in the amount of $82.00 on 05/06/2017 with Liv Luv Shopp and have not received any word from the company that my order has shipped. I have tried calling the company which you receive a message to leave a message...well their VM is FULL so no way to leave a message. Tried emailing the company to no avail, no one has responded. I'm now trying to go thru Paypal to see if I'm able to get my money back. I have placed orders with this company before and have had no problems so I didn't feel leery UNTIL NOW! I was some resolution to this matter and suggest to others to NOT purchase from this company as you may or may not receive your order!

I will never buy from here again. I ordered a t-shirt over a month ago which was way too big. I sent it back for a smaller size and STILL have not received it. This was in April and it's June...and I'm still waiting. I'm not happy at all! Don't buy from this site. I never will again. It wasn't even worth sending it back in the first place for how long it's taken. Maybe Santa will bring it next Christmas.

I made a purchase of a tank top and bralette and was disappointed to receive the product and see it was too small. I had ordered the largest size available so clearly exchanging the size was of no use to me because they don't make a bigger size. I emailed the company the day I received my shipment and after a week of not hearing back I emailed again. They finally responded and said they do not offer returns. First of all that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from an apparel company, an ONLINE company especially, where you're purchasing a product you haven't tried on yet, not having a return policy. It was not clear to me AT ALL upon checking out online that they did not offer returns and I'm sure most people make the same mistake. Needless to say I will never shop here again and will make sure anyone I know will not either. They need to update their policy to include returns at least with 14 days or so or close up shop.

I know your products sell out quickly and I probably won't be able to get what I want. Not to mention what I ordered was for Memorial Day and now I won't have it for that either. The second time I was told oh well the pant I told were popular which is just ridiculous! I reached out a third and fourth times again no response! I wish there was at least an once of customer service at this company because it looks like they have cute clothes. But I will not support a company that takes my money and then just doesn't care what happens after that!

I ordered "in stock" t-shirts on April 1, 2017 and they charged my credit on 4/1/17 order # 164531 and still waiting on my order. They went so far as giving me what I believe to be a bogus usps tracking number with a promise date and of course it didn't show and now its lost? Shocking!
I have emailed and requested information and never received one email or phone call about it. Only a fake tracking number.
I prefer my money back! I don't do business with fraudulant companies. Although it is only $32, I will tell everyone who will listen not to do business with your company until you do the right thing.

Scam Artists. Ordered over 2 months ago. I got a tracking link 2 weeks after placing the order- after waiting several days the link changed showing that the order was sent back to the West Palm Beach hub. After several emails, I finally get a response saying that if they ever receive it back- it will be resent. Mind you, my tracking link SHOWS that it went back to the sender. They refuse to acknowledge it and refuse to issue a refund. They have since stopped responding to my inquiries and have flat out stolen my money.

My story is simply and according to all the reviews I saw many people had the same issue. Bought a t-shirt and received the wrong size one. Contacted support service and they agreed to send me a replacement. So I shipped the t-shirt back and did not get anything.
Liv Luv Shop received the package, and I'm 100% sure about that, because that was what the tracking number showed me. But their rep said the opposite, he said that refund or replacement was impossible because I did not return the product. I bet that everything was just a scam, that's sad.
still haven't received two orders
I've placed 2 orders in the past month and received a pre shipping confirmation on one, yet the tracking says it's still in the Pre shipment phase and nothing regarding the second order. I have contacted their customer service via Facebook and through their website and no response. I want my money back or my product ASAP! How can companies get away with this?
