I have been being charged 19.95 for two months now. I haven't received anything for the 19.95. I want to stop being charged to my debit account. How do I go about handling this situation... Plz advise smb!

I too was caught in this scam and thought having a nice cup of tea would be a harmless
way to drop a few pounds... instead, consumers will end up "dropping" $20.00 a month from
their credit cards - without authorization. I called [protected] and had to brow-beat the depressed young man who took the call into giving the last payment back. Get a confirmation email and beware
of "free trials" on the Internet. I have a Ph.D and I fell for it, so don't feel badly BUT do call and get at least some of your money back.
I have been charged 19, 95 plus an extra fee for being in australia from these ### The bank is investigating but you guys in america need to take it to your government officer to investigate them Thay have takeN millions it seems and everyone is complaining DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT AMERICA DO SOMETHING NOW!
I am having the same problem, this company Living Lean keeps debting my account for $19.95.
I tried several times to contact them. I was on hold for several minutes and then got disconnected or I got a rep. and they would pretend there was a bad connection and hang up. I finally reached someone and canceled and was given a reference number. After reading alot of comments about this company I think I'm going to change my account number so they can't take anymore of my money.
I too was charged for tea and some living lean..I cancelled my card.. and filed a dispute with my
credit card account...If you don't cancel your card they will keep sending and charging you. They never call back ..

This has been happening to me for the past 6 months, they have taken 120.00 of my hard earned income. I have written them, called etc with no results. My bank has just started to offer a refusal of payment for recurring charges for cancelled, not ordered merch. It only is effective for 6 months but hopefully this company will get the message if not I think It is time for us, the consumers, to file fraud charges.
I too have been charged $19.95 for Living Lean, what the heck is it? I have spoke to someone last month and they said they would take off the charge, but of course I keep getting charged this amount. Can we dispute with our credit card to take off the charges and not get charged again?
This company is awesome... great customer service.. I talked with a young lady who was very re-assuring and helped me in every way possible. She passed me over to Judy who had me helped every way possible.

I have the same problem, I have been trying to get my money refund for 3 weeks now. They are a scam and a fraud. They took $75.00 from my account for nothing! I am going to report them to IFCC.
Unauthorized charges from account. I ordered the Chinese diet tea cancelled it within time limit and I am still being charged.
To stop the charges you need to contact your credit card company. There has been a security breach from the wuyitea company. This seems to be the common tread. The credit card company needs to re-issue you a new number and you need to follow their directions so you can get your mis-charged money's back.
I JUST RECEIVED A UNOTHERIZED CHARGE ON MY CARD ON THE 22ND. OF APRIL FROM A COMPANY LIVING LEAN.

Was charged $19.95 but I did not authorize it.
I recently ordered ColoTrim from Supreme Brands. Next thing I knew I was being charged $19.96 by Living Lean I have never given them the Debit card info so how on earth could they charge me.
I signed up for wu-yi they signed me up with living lean. living lean took $19.99 out of my account and It was not authorized. I new nothing about living lean until I checked my account.
I have received an unauthorized charge in the amount of $19.95 on my debit card on 04/19/2008 from Living Lean. The original source I belive was Supreme Brands Green Tea website. I have filed a fraud complaint and am notifying the news media so that they are aware. Something needs to be done~
Entry on VISA statement says IW / LIVING LEAN LAS VEGAS NV
No phone to dispute. VISA says I have to send formal complaint and they will "look into it."
I am doing so. I just found this site and there are NUMEROUS similar complaints. What do we do to get this company shut down?

After some serious digging I was finally given the number to Living Lean by another company. I was a victim of 2 charges of 19.95 and I got to the bottom of this. Be very persistant on you refund, they will try to tell you they have a no refund policy. But I was persistant, demanding and threatened to contact the better business bureau.

There was 19.95 taken out of my account for something that I did not order, never recieved any merchandise. I want my money back and don't have a phone number from them. They ARE affiliated with Wu-YI tea and that is a super scam.

requested cancellation of tea product and was asked if i wanted to cancel the living lean subscription too. knew nothing of this 'subscription' and was floored with this information. called the number and amazingly - no answer or opportunity to leave a message-

Bought some Wu Yi tea from this company. Now I have unauthorized charges of $20.93 showing up on my credit card.
The product is sold through a company called LIVING LEAN. The charges that are debited monthly show on your statement as Living lean.
I have received charges for Living Lean at 19.95. Wuyi tea says that it was part of ordering tea. I never was aware of that or wouldn't order it. I cancelled the tea way before I received charges for Living Lean.
They promised to cancel. We'll see.
Somehow people keep calling work phone number! This is a business number and not to Living Lean at all! Please stop using this number to contact them. [protected] Do not use this number at all (it is not to Living Lean).
I had ordered green tea product to trial, did receive and paid for, then my account has been debited $19.95 for the past 4 months that I did not authorize and no product or service has been provided for this debit. I have tried to call the number several times, get put on hold, then get lots of static on the line and have not been able to talk with a representative, I want this stopped.
This comapany charged my credit card $19.95 for the month of April and My.
I have never allowed them to do this. I have no idea what this is for.
I would like to know how to contact living lean and get my money back tried telephonning but no joy. I never contacted this company and am not interested in diet food delivery. $75.00 was taken from my account for this product and I never authorized this debit! I want my money back!
I have been charged numerous times from these two scams. I have called my bank and they are launching an investigation into these places. I have also had to close my checking account and open a new one. What a nightmare. I will NEVER order online again. I cannot believe the government allows this type of thing to happen. I f it were you or I stealing money out of peoples bank accounts we would surely be in prison. This is certainly an injustice to the people. Makes one wonder is there anyone to be trusted? I say "NO"
Wu-Yi Source advertise tea and a complimentary living lean program. My contract was with Wi-Yu Source and not living lean. I canceled my subscription too Wu-Yi Source but am debited by LIving Lean every month not with standing that I don't have a contract with Living lean. Wu-Yi Source passed my card details to Living Lean, which is a breach and now they are stealing my money under a false pretext.
I just noted that a bank withdrawal was taken of $19.99 from my account. Don't know who these people are and never authorized this.
I had same problem. Associated with wu yi tea. Call [protected] to cancel and complain.
It happened to me too. scam through wu tea. they said even if you cancel the wu tea you have to cancel the lean living a different way. If you call them they will credit one payment so I'm only out $40 instead of 60
I just received an pos on my checking account and Wu Tea did not tell me about this program I was going to be charged for and if I hadnt noticed it on my account the would be taken this out ever month 19.95 beware that you have to cancal this at the time of cancaling Wu Tea program.. The number is [protected] I complained and didnt receive any credit to my account, hope you have better luck..
They have scamed me to.My bank says that they are going to press charges towards their company.But so far nothing has happened...
I also cancelled my membership, sent back the product and they still charged my account! My bank took care of them!
i have been charged three times, and i still can't seem to get a hold on them, so they could explain to me whats going.this is really an outrage and they have to sued for it.
