ZAP... They got me too... I cancelled my credit card that these punks have with my bank 5 min's ago and the bank said they would credit my account for the LIVING LEAN $19.95 payments x 2... Thanks for posting the phone numbers for me to call... I also was nervous about my credit reports so I called and put a "Fraud Alert" on my credit reports. The number to EquiFAX fraud dept is: [protected]. You also might want to consider going to "AnnualCreditReport.COM" to get your free copies of your credit reports from all 3 agencies. Equifax, Experian and Trans Union.

I also just noticed on my account that I have been charged the 19.95 from living lean. I will call the number given and will also call my bank to take action. I cannot believe that they can do this and get away with this. I will also be cancelling my order. Thanks to all for the numbers and information.

This also just happened to me from Living lean. I am going to cancel my debit card and have my bank issue me a new card, because I don't want this charge to occur on my account again. Living Lean said they would refund me in 3-5 business days...let's hope they do! Now I have to wait until they refund me in order to change my debit card. This is such a scam, Wu-Yi Tea should be shut down along with Living Lean. I am reporting them tothe Better Business Bureau!

Wow,
Now you have to submit cancellations in writting to WuYiTea.
What a scam!
I cancelled back in early March and they are still charging me even though they stopped shipping product.
Cancel at [protected]
Yes the "service" company Lean Living evidently comes with the tea. I guess I used this service... somehow, for something. Anyway, cancel this service by calling [protected].

HMM...me too! I asked to talk to a supervisor and waited for 20 min...called back waited for 10 and I give up. I will call my bank as well. The first guy I talked to said he could refund 1 of the charges, but then I demanded to just talk to the supervisor and when I called back I got a different person and she would not refund any of the money! I am very UPSET! Thanks for all the advice on here...I hope we can fight this!

$19.95 was posted on my bank account as Check Card Purchase Iw / Living Lea Las Vegas NV.
I did not know them, have had absolutely no connections with any person or company in Las Vegas. I suspect it is connected with Wu-Yi Tea of Ontario, CA because they have posted too
many charges to my account. I canceled the current card and applied for a new one with a
totally different number.
If Wu-yi tea is responsible for this, they have given, traded or sold my personal information
to another party.

I just called them because I noticed the charge on my accont. She initially said that she was just going to cancel my account but there was nothing she could do about the service charge. I said that I NEVER authorized this account and I wanted my money back. She eventually gave in and has processed my refund.

I had the same situation happen to me. Wu Yi shipped the first order of tea and charged the $6.95. Next thing I knew they had charged another $29.95. I called them and told them I did not authorize another shipment. They promised to refund the money. I also was charged $19, 95 by living Lean. Today I had to cancel my credit card. They will have no way to return the money!

Ladies call this number [protected] or [protected] demand your money back and tell them if they don't refund you will call the Better business bureu. that worked for me.
they had the nerve to tell me that when I ordered the "trial sample" of the tea that that signed me up for the living lean program. I told them I already belong to a gym why would I need or sign up for one online. I also told them they tricked me into it because I do not remember signing up for any program online. All I wanted was to try the tea...which is not actually free at all...
will be the last time I buy something like this online...beware, companies are doing this alot now..and making mega bucks off people who don't complain...
I checked the wu-yi website where I ordered the tea and no mention is made about the living lean program...after checking around to find a link to the living lean, I found it way at the bottom of the webpage under a small title "about us" that is where I found the number to cancel. another reason why this is a scam, they do not provide a phone number on your bank statement, or easy information to cancel on the website...

GOOD LUCK ALL...

I did the same as Maria. He gave me 2 months credit. They had already billed my acct. a second time. I was on the phone 45 minutes. Do not let them tell you it can't be removed it can and it should be. Good Luck!
