Hello, I bought a voucher on July 15 for gutter cleaning with this company, I contacted them to receive their service:
1- The first time on August 7 at 9:08 and he replied that on August 10 around noon he will come, and of course he did not and on August 11 he said that his dad has stage 4 cancer and was with him and he said he will tell me when he will come.
2- The second time was on August 14 at 9;49 and said that he is going to tell me what day next week he is going to come.
3- The third time was on August 18 and said that tuesday around lunch time he will come and apologized about the delay but ofcourse that tuesday he did not show up. when I texted him asking if he is going to come or not again he apologized and said that his employee fell from the ladder and then that he will come tom and he said around 1-3 BUT OFCOURSE HE DID NOT COME
AND WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT THE CONTINOUS DELAY AND ASKED IF HE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE IN THE COMPANY HE SAID IF I HAVE ANY COMPLAIN TO TAKE IT UP WITH YOU GUYS AND HUNG IN MY FACE.
Desired outcome: I would like to have back my $115 . I never saw a bad service like this and I wouldn't have accepted a service like this if it was not on you page.
