1. I have called your help line 3 times and each time they say they have fixed the problem. They removed one of my optional numbers, namely my Portuguese one which I use outside the UK and despite putting credit on my phone, it still doesn't work.
2. Unable to look at my account apart from when you connected me, I noticed £8.99 is being taken from my account from Amazon, when I have never set up such a payment
