is the hardest workin real estate agent that we have ever worked with. He is very knowledgable about the *** and quick to find new homes and always easy to work with. His patience and his ability to guide us in our decision process helped us to find the perfect home. He is also a nice guy, which makes it a pleasure to work with him.

Our agent went and signed a contract with some building inspector without us even knowing or agreeing to it. And get this, he never even gave us a copy of the contract. Can you believe that? And guess what? The building inspector totally missed this massive structural problem that ended up costing us a whopping $35,000 to fix. Can you imagine? And to make matters worse, we couldn't even do anything about it because our agent went ahead and waived our rights to claim damages. Like, seriously? And on top of that, they locked us into some weird time limit that's different from what the law says. It's just plain wrong, man! I'm telling you, stay away from this company. They're not to be trusted.

My agent Peter H spent a lot of time meeting me and knowing my needs. He took a lot of effort showing me properties that matched my request. Even with my crazy night shift schedule, he somehow managed to make it work. I am a VA veteran and Peter worked very hard and introduced me to a very experienced VA lender Ashley P. They worked as a team and got me the best rates and benefits. Almost a year later now, he still checks in on me and makes sure I'm doing ok in my new home. I would definitely recommend any buyer and seller to work with Peter.

I found Elizabeth by searching on the internet from Virginia. I was looking for top agents on Oahu. She lived up to that reputation from day one. I started working with her when I came to Oahu in January for a house hunting trip. She met me and asked about the types of homes I wanted based on my budget, location, and size. She adjusted my expectations since I was coming from the mainland. We went to different neighborhoods that matched my desires and narrowed down the options over the next four days. When I went back to the mainland, she showed me a few homes through video tours before I permanently relocated in February. That's when the real search began. Shortly after I arrived, the COVID crisis started, making it difficult to view homes in person. The inventory of homes also decreased. However, Elizabeth didn't let that stop her. She worked smarter, not harder. She asked me to expand my search terms a bit, and within a few days, we found the house of my dreams. I'm extremely grateful for her persistence during this crisis. And I appreciate her patience in dealing with me. Elizabeth also recommended a lender who got me an excellent percentage rate on a Jumbo loan. That's part of her overall service. Elizabeth is the ultimate Real Estate professional. From the day I contacted her until I closed on a home, she was there for me at any time of day. You won't find a better agent on the Islands.

conditioning. It's like living in a sauna. The windows are old and don't open properly, so there's no fresh air coming in. The plumbing is a disaster. There are leaks everywhere and it takes forever for them to fix anything. I've complained multiple times, but they just ignore me. It's frustrating.

To make matters worse, their maintenance company suddenly disappeared without any explanation. So now, there's no one to fix the issues in the apartment. I've tried calling them, leaving messages, and even writing letters, but they never respond. It's like they don't care about their tenants at all.

But the worst part is their billing. They claim that I owe them more money than I actually do. They manipulate their records to make it seem like I haven't paid my rent in full. I always pay on time, either in cash or with a money order. But they accuse me of only paying a few cents and then charge me extra fees for no reason. It's ridiculous.

I've never received a receipt for the money I've paid them, and now they're threatening to send me to collections. It's a nightmare dealing with them. I'm considering getting my attorney involved because they refuse to speak to me or my mediator.

Overall, Locations LLC has been a terrible experience. They don't fix anything, they ignore complaints, and they try to cheat you out of your money. I wouldn't recommend renting from them.
