Estimation/Sales: Came out quickly. Walked us through the construction of the windows. Original overpriced estimate was updated (30% lower) and put us top of priority if we'd be in promotional photos (sales gimmick since the photos were never taken and we definitely were not a priority).
Contracting: 3 payments due 1) initial deposit, 2) first day of installation, 3) installation completion. Note, the final payment is due before inspections are done. There is a contract term that requires LTIWD to fulfill inspection and punch list items, but only if you take the finance option. If you pay cash, you'll need to do a change request, otherwise you are not covered.
Sizing: One slider was ordered and installed in the wrong direction (we're okay with this unexpected change, but others may not be). All windows were slightly larger than their openings and installation crew verbally complained about having to grind every opening to fit.
Project Management: Non existent. There is no consistent person throughout your project as LTIWD shuffles your project between different departments based on the phase it is in. LTIWD only proactively called me 3 times. Scheduling start of installation, requesting final payment, and most recently to have me sign a no negative statements addendum in return for them fixing a curtain they damaged. I had to call them more than 40 times over the year and a half to get project status or follow up on next steps. Be prepared to do your own HOA application/approval. LTIWD's HOA department contacted our HOA, got no response, and didn't do any follow up for a month. LTIWD does not place the order until HOA approval is obtained, so this delayed the entire project. When I called their HOA department to check status, I got personally got our HOA approval that day.
Quality: Okay. Definitely better than the old windows and accordians we used to have. Fits are all good, aside from slider installed the wrong direction. Sill inset for our french doors was installed incorrectly, so they had to punch new holes for the locking pins which are still misaligned and the door doesn't always latch properly. In final completion of punch list items, LTIWD painted over one of our curtains which is still pending replacement.
Final thoughts: Was going to rate them 2 stars since the product was okay and it's their management that's ineffective, but their last follow up forces me to warn everyone away from this company. It's been 1.5 years since we signed the contract and our damaged curtain still has not been replaced. There was 3 months to order the curtain through a different vendor (outside of their control), but now the curtain is ready to be installed and LTIWD will only install it if I sign an addendum prohibiting me from making any negative statements, remarks, or reviews. After the experience I've had, please save yourself the headache and go with anyone else.
Recommendation: Find another company to work with
Next time I'll follow my wife's advice and do research first
I wish I could say my experience with Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors was a good one, but unfortunately, I can't. I waited for 10 months for my windows to arrive and when they finally did, the crew that installed them did a good job, taking only 12 hours and leaving no mess behind. However, that's where the good experience ended. It's now been four months since the installation, and I'm still waiting for the final inspection to be completed so I can lower my insurance bill. My insurance costs have skyrocketed to $4200, and despite my calls to the company, they always seem to have an excuse to delay the inspection.
To add insult to injury, I'm paying the monthly bill on time to the finance company, even though the job isn't finished. Every time they send someone to complete the job, they don't have the right materials, reports, or ladders, making it impossible for them to finish the job. Clearly, there's a total lack of communication within the company, and their customer service is invisible. If you're considering using Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors, my advice is simple: Don't. Save yourself the headache and find someone else who can do the job properly. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I have.
Recommendation: Anyone except Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors
A friend had her impact windows installed and asked her for the referral
A friend had her impact windows installed and asked her for the referral. Lock Tight came to our home and gave us a good quote. Reasonable price! It took 11 months to get our windows. That was a looong wait. Anyhow, once the windows came in, the installers (*** crew) punctually arrived. Those men were trustworthy and hardworking! They were awesome. Next was the city inspection with *** The inspection went smooth and *** performed the wrap up. Highly recommend this company to my neighbors because I was quite content with the pricing, quality of windows, installation and the final wrap up. Will use them again when purchasing our next property. My home looks amazing with the new impact windows and slider. Should've done it before.
Upon locating locktight to the very first appointment, the professionalism that was held by each and all employee was quite impressive. Due to covid we had many delays and back ordered which was 100% understandable. The installation was done in 2 days and all 3 installers treated my home like it was theirs. They left my home spotless which is amazing considering the work that needed to be done. Inspection had no issue at all. Unfortunately we had one door with an wrap effect and the warranty crew at locktight made the process so easy and effortless. *** was very professional and had good communication.Definitely will recommend locktight. Thank you.
Tyler was very nice and professional when he came to my door yesterday, he gave me a lot to think about and I was very impressed with the information he gave me! Will definitely consider using this company in the future!
Tyler was very knowledgeable! Gave me a lot of information!
Excellent job. Both team members took care of all details. Willing to help and accomplish with a good service.

I recently had new hurricane windows installed by Locktight. They promised install by October this year but were able to do it in August! I have a two-story townhome with six openings and they got the whole job done in one day. The price was fair, and customer service is responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this company
In relation to my dealings with Lock Tight and their processes for installation. I would like to express my th*** and gratitude to Mr. Cary R for his Outstanding customer service, problem solving skills, and devotion to the customer and Lock Tight itself. I was in the process of cancelling my business with Lock Tight until Mr. R came into the picture. Mr. R made contact with me after I had called to cancel and complain. He was very tentative to my issues and concerns. He assured me that he personally would look after my account, fix the issues, and run the job to completion. Mr. R took his time to listen and understand the issues. He presented real resolutions and got the ball rolling on my installation. He worked selfishly to ensure all people (contractors, financing, schedulers, and more) were coordinated to a point of a well-oiled machine. His efforts made it so that my wife was happy and therefor I was happy in the progress that was being made. This in turn kept me as a customer of Lock Tight. The product itself: Part of my business was to have some windows and a door installed on my daughters condo as well. The door and windows sell themselves. My daughter and her husband immediate saw the effects of having the Lock Tight product installed. They have reduced their AC due to less need, the humidity (remember this is Florida) was reduced to the point of their dehumidifier not being activated, and the noise cancellation was extraordinary. Even in this part of my business dealings with Lock Tight, Mr. R rose to the occasion and ENSURED a quality product and installation. In closure, I would like to thank Mr. Cary R personally for a JOB WELL DONE, or in NAVY terms BRAVO ZULU! I would recommend Mr. R to anyone. Respectfully, Charles B
Our first contact with LockTight Impact was back in Nov 21 with a representative who was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate. He made the process easy from the beginning and answered all of our questions and concerns. Engineering plans and permits went very smooth as well, with good communication with the people in these departments. Then, it was a long waiting period. Unfortunately, after COVID, materials, supplies, and shipment were significantly delayed, but this was expected and understandable.
Once the product arrived, installation came quickly. Even though there are different crews that do demolition, install windows, and doors, I have to say, everyone was efficient and attentive. Garbage pick-up was always within reason. They make their best effort to minimize dirt and damage, but it's part of the job. We passed inspection with no trouble at all. We are in the punch-out stages, meaning final details to fix and paint, and I anticipate it will go well.
Even though I encountered some misunderstandings over a financial matter, as soon as I contacted the Finance manager, he did not hesitate to jump in and try to fix the problem to the best of his ability. Which is how it should be. Communication is the key to client satisfaction. I am also in the business of taking care of people and when the outcome changes from what we planned or envisioned, how the situation was handled is what matters the most. Great Job, and to those I dealt with the most: the salesperson, the project manager, the installation team, the finance manager, and the customer service representatives. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
The professionalism, cleanliness, and punctuality of the two installers (Shawn, and Daniel) and we can not forget our scheduler who went above and beyond to get our installation complete (Jerard). We are truly grateful for Locktight and will recommend to anyone looking for storm windows and doors.
They hire subcontractors from the DIY parking lot
They hire subcontractors from the DIY parking lot. I never seen such a unprofficinals company and their workman ship speaks for itself. I never received key's for the doors and I wont even mention no screens in the living room but I finally got the right window for the living room less screens of course and lots of scratches. The inspector wanted to know where I found them I replied they advertise on channel 10 there commercial is very misleading. Yes they failed the inspection and now the permit with a extension has expired. This company is great at making up stories and a mess out of your home very sloppy in all aspects of there work if they show up. So far I missed 11 days of work and they are not finished. One and a half years latter and still waiting for this job to be finished this might of been to big of a job for them 2 windows and 2 doors. I can not recommend this company. *** #
Worst company in the business!I had the worst experience with this company. be careful, You will not be satisfied at the end.Shop around, better companies out there for much less money
Our experience so far has been awesome. We have had constant communication from our contacts regarding our project. They have been transparent, reliable, and communicative. We can't wait to see the finished result. I recommend Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors. I have already referred them to my neighbors.
I entered into an agreement with LockTight a year ago for the installation of impact windows in my two-story house. The delivery of the windows was delayed by eight months due to supply issues, as I was informed they had to be shipped from their manufacturing location. The total cost of the contract was $40,000. The installation team, which consisted of subcontractors, performed a satisfactory job, though there were minor imperfections in the drywall and stucco work. A significant error occurred when they removed the old windows in one of the rooms without verifying they had the correct replacements available. Consequently, a large window space had to be temporarily covered with plywood for four months until the right-sized windows were produced and delivered. This incident extended the project by an additional four months, but ultimately, the job was completed. The final touch-up team's work was average and did not meet the level of expertise I had been promised. However, the highlight of the entire process was the exceptional performance of the field manager and his colleague. They resolved all the issues and expedited the final touch-up team's work, significantly improving the overall experience. I would endorse LockTight for their impact windows and doors, provided that you closely monitor the installation process and the subsequent cleanup. It's also advisable to request the presence of the field manager and his colleague for the final review of work after the inspection. On a less positive note, I had an unpleasant experience with an office staff member who persistently contacted me for the remaining payment before the project was fully completed. It's crucial to ensure that your contract allows for the final payment to be made after all work, including the final touch-ups, has been satisfactorily completed.

How can this get a A+???
How can this get a A+? Should have a rating of NO STARS‼️ Ordered windows in May, and was promised before hurricane season. The company is very bad with customer. communication, & rude when you DO REACH someone! After getting transferred numerous times, I finally reached someone who said "they're waiting on glass, with no further information. That's all I was told every time I called. One time I was told I'm next on list! I understand now about shortages, but we ordered in May before the shortage started, 1st time I called was told begging of Sept, Could never reach a supervisor until on day in Nov. a salesman called & when I told him our situation he even said "that's unacceptable". A very short time later, I received a call from a Tyler, VERY rude & condescending, supposedly a supervisor. He PROMISED me updates every 2 weeks. That was in November. I have since found out they contract out & installers do very shoddy, messy work (don't protect from dust, & fix plaster, etc & don't even speak English!). When I requested my deposit, but Tyler said deposit was for purchase of materials. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CO & REQUEST THEIR RATING BE CHANGED FROM A+‼️
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I had the customer service people at my house today to handle some open Items. Kenny, Danny and Anthony did an excellent job in handling all my concerns. Their customer service by far is the companies best quality! Thank you gentlemen for completing things in a timely manner but most importantly the service you provided was excellent. Mark
I have had some great peoplework on the logistics side and with the installation of my sliding glass doors. We have run into difficulties that are out of anyones control, but the communication made the difference. I am waiting for inspection and final clean up to be completed, but cant see any issues there.I may add additional feedback once inspection and all final details are completed I have already referred a neighbor to use Locktight and may have additional referrals
We are very satisfied with Lock Tight process from sale, through installation, city inpection and project completion *** took care of city permits, help with HOA approval and delivered high quality windows and doors quickly even with global supply chain challenges Painting, detailing and fixing issues expected with this type of projects was quickly completed Great local business with a customer oriented mindset
THIS IS THE WORSE, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE! THEY HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY! Every person has a different story! They initially said installation takes a few weeks; However, its been over a year of WRONG merchandise ordered, shipping delays and sending 4 separate crews to redo amateur work. They hire the cheapest, inexperienced laborers that just use brute force to install my triple sliding doors, which they broke because they were banging hammers to force it on the track, busted my walls, all with the supervisor helping. They left and never came back the next day to finish the job and left the yard in a mess, but they did sign their name on my wall-nice! I missed 3 days of work when no one showed. They say 8 am- they show up at 2-3. INTOLERABLE! Spoke to the president (who initially claimed he was just an office worker) and he refused to replace the door, instead wanted to replace the frame. Ive left messages for several weeks without a call back. After much stress arguing & an in-house inspection, he was told it needed to be replaced. There were missing tapcons in the frame, missing wood support between doors/windows and concrete which they weren't going to install for the 1 inch gaps, until I started taking pictures, they caulked 1+ inch gaps around the entire doors, which just fell out, their stucco repair started crumbling in two days and is still a mess! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! For months I have been complaining that the stacking order of the doors are wrong, verified by both their inspectors. President said it cannot be changed as it was made that way. I verified with their consultant that it can be easily changed by adjusting the hardware on the side. Even yesterday they came to replace 2 handles, which were previously ordered incorrectly, but couldn't as they ordered the wrong fittings. AGGRAVATED & DISGUSTED WITH LOCKTIGHT! YET -they are HOUNDING ME for last payment and have now put a lien on my house.

Communication is essential for client satisfaction. I am also in the business of client care, and when outcomes differ from our plans, the handling of the situation is what counts the most. Great job to the team members I interacted with the most, and now to the two individuals handling the final stages: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I contracted with LockTight to install my 2 story house with impact windows a year ago and due to supply issues (I was told) it took 8 months to receive the windows from *** where they are manufactured. This was a $40K contract. The installers were subcontractors and did an OK job of installing the windows with a few minor flaws in drywall and stucco. The biggest mistake was when they took out my old windows in one room without knowing they had the correct impact window replacements on the truck (and they destroy your old windows taking them out) so they had to board up a large window opening with plywood for 4 months while the correct sizes were manufactured and shipped to my house. This prolonged the project and additional 4 months but at least it got finished! The punch-out crew was just ok and not the experts that I was told would be here. But the best part of the whole experience was the field manager *** and his partner *** who cleaned up all the issues and sped up the punch out crew to get out of our house! *** and *** should be the punch out crew or at least be on site to assist them at every installation to make the experience 500% better! I would recommend LockTight for impact windows and doors if you need them but just stay on top of the installation and clean up after inspector is done. And always as for *** and *** to be there for your punch out items after your inspection. The worst part of the experience was a guy names *** in the office who kept calling and hounding me for the cash balance of the contract before the entire job was finished. Also make sure your contract says you can make final payment after they finish the punch out!

Suzie * I ordered my impact slidding doors on 8/13
Suzie I ordered my impact slidding doors on 8/13. I was told they would be ready to install l in late November. I called in Dec. to inquire about the installation and did not receive a call back. Finally someone called me back and gave me their email address. I sent her all my paper work from my HOA. When I emailed her to followup there was no response. I called to advise I had not heard back. Someone called me back to advise that person was out sick for 2 weeks. They have a different person to handle each step of the process so when you call they tell you " Thats not my department " with no guidence of who you should speak with.Everytime I called for status they advised there was a delay due to supply chain issues. I understood that so I came to terms with the delay. On 3/31 I received an email from Lock Tight that my windows were going to be shipped and should arrive end of April. They said they would call to set up installation as soon as the doors arrived. On 5/24 they called and wanted to install the doors the next day. I advised them I would be able to stay home Friday May 27th. The installers came Friday right on time at 8 am. The materials had not been delivered. The workers called the company to ask where the doors were. After an hour the doors arrived. They came back 5/30 and the next day and Completed the installation. They did not caulk the inside since this has to be done after the Final Inspection. 1 hour after the installers left I received a call from *** at Lock Tight telling me I had to sign a letter of completion so they could get their money. The job was NOT complete !He said an inspector would come in 5-7 days and at that time they would caulk and re-intall my blinds. After 2 weeks I called lock Tight to inquire about inpection and was told July 15th is the first appt they had. I will be without blinds for another month, and I was told they will not re-insatall blinds. These people are liars. The worst
2021 2022 Ongoing Nightmare Experience with Lock Tight Impact Windows & Doors!
2021 2022 Ongoing Nightmare Experience with Lock Tight Impact Windows & Doors! We signed our agreement in August , to replace all windows and doors, and were informed that due to supply issues, we could expect installation by November . My husband consistently called the company to keep abreast of confirmations, delays, etc., but, we were never notified. We patiently waited. Installation occurred over a 3-day period from Friday, May 20th, 2022 to Sunday, May 22nd, 2022. None the wiser, we were informed by the installation team that our front door was on back order. Additionally, we immediately noted that (3) out of the (4) bedroom windows were installed with an incorrect style, despite what was clearly signed off on our contract.A call made to the company on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 garnered an irate response from ***, who tried, futilely, to push my husband off the phone, with a variety of excuses, such as, we originally ordered this, the county/association made the change, the change was made during measurement, etc. My husband was also informed, to his surprise, that Lock Tight was no longer doing business with the door manufacturer. *** stated that she would call back, but a call has not yet been received. During this time period, my husband clearly stated to ***, also with the company, that he would not sign off on any paperwork regarding inspection until these issues were resolved.A call a few days later to follow-up with *** revealed that she was unavailable. When asked to speak to a supervisor, my husband was put on hold, went to voice mail and left a message. To date, Friday, June 10th, 2022 we have not received any calls from supervisors, managers, office personnel etc., regarding replacing the (3) windows. We have been left in a state of flux, as we were advised that windows should not be opened/touched, and the installation was incomplete until inspection, after which the team returns to cover exposed areas with drywall

My husband and I had *** come into our home in March
My husband and I had *** come into our home in March . He did an entire presentation and in that presentation one thing that stuck out for me was how the installers would use tarp and other materials to keep the dust from entering my home while they installed the impact sliding doors. My husband also stressed to him about how companies are attentive until they get your business/money and after the fact your pretty much thrown to the wayside. Well, we had the job completed on April 26. I come home from work and home is completely filled with dust...dust all over my furniture, counter tops, wood planation blinds, stove top, cabinets, floors; you name it and the dust was there. The plastic that was used didn't even reach the top of my ceiling and it had holes in it. Defeated the entire point of using it. Upon completion the installers asked me for a check, I told them I wasn't told that I was supposed to give them a check. After several phone calls and messages, I got a phone call from ***. I was offered to have a cleaning service come in and clean my home by they could not come the next day because I have a two year old in my home. They only gave me $200 off of my final total. The balance was paid in full the same day (April 26). After the payment was done I was told that the final inspection needed to be done. Weeks went by and we hadn't heard from anyone. My husband called and spoke with customer service and was told they were waiting on US to let THEM know when we wanted to schedule the final inspection. We told them we were ready the day the job was completed (April 26). We kept trying to get in touch with *** and our calls kept getting diverted to ***. Still haven't spoken to *** since the day he did the presentation in our home. Here we are on July 9th and still no final inspection had been done and no one from the company has reached out to us since out final payment. My husband stressed to *** more than once during his presentation that big companies like this get your money and forget about you and of course *** assured us that it wouldn't happen. Today (July 9th) I left a message with *** stating all that I said above and asked for him to call me. Well he didn't call me back, instead he had someone else call my husband to finally schedule a date for the final inspection. *** had also given us a quote to have the impact windows done in our home, I advised *** that because of the lies that we were fed and the way our needs were handled that we would not be using there company nor would we continue to recommend them to our family and friends.

i entered into a contract with this company in may to have new windows and a new front door installed. the salesman told me that the job would be completed in 6-8 weeks. a year later and they have not delivered all of the windows or the door. they have failed to show up for the last three appointments. without so much as a phone call that they would not be arriving. they have been lying to me on the phone about purported voicemail messages. i would like this job over with as soon as possible as their failure to finish is going to impact my homeowner's insurance rates because of the lack of a wind mitigation report which they promised to supply

Account/Job Number *** Job Total paid: $11,180.00 I hired LockTight to install impact windows on my property on 10/10. They installed the windows but the installation failed inspection on 2/25. I contacted them to fix the issue and they said it had been taken care of already. (I contacted the city and they confirmed the property failed inspection and nothing had been done since.) I told Locktight that nothing had been done and they said they would look into in and call me back. They did not.I learned that Locktight filed for a new permit (filed on September 16,2021) since the original permit had expired. On Feb. 15th 2022, I received a notice from the city stating that the new one was set to expire in 4 weeks. Another notice from the city on March 1, 2022 stating that the permit would expire in 2 weeks. Then I received another notice form the city stating that the permit will expire in 4 weeks. It seems they renewed it but still no work done. On December 29, I received an email from Locktight for my signature to have an inspection done. That was in December. No inspection was done and haven't heard from them since.

On April 27, I signed a contract with this company to change my windows and the front door, the change would be made in a time of 8 to 10
On April 27, I signed a contract with this company to change my windows and the front door, the change would be made in a time of 8 to 10 weeks. After waiting for several months, I contact them in November to request that they cancel my contract due to non-compliance and they tell me that I cannot, that it would be non-compliance on my part. On March 7, 2022 they start the installation of the windows, but the main door is not ready yet, after a year it is still not ready! They tell me that in two weeks he will be here, then they tell me that on May 2 he will be here and today I call and nobody knows about my door. It is the worst company that exists, they should not be able to deceive clients and force us to bear all their terms because we signed a contract based on lies. If they tell me that my windows are going to take a year, I don't sign it. In addition to that, when the seller shows me the windows, he does a test in which, according to him, with a special glass the heat will not pass through and although it is more expensive the sun will not heat my home so much in those windows, lie, pay more and the sun it heats my house in the same way, they are glasses the same as the others and they charged more expensively. They are not a reliable company.

After waiting for nine months for an install of eight windows & three doors, I'm still awaiting additional repairs, following the install
After waiting for nine months for an install of eight windows & three doors, I'm still awaiting additional repairs, following the install. The install was done February 15 & 16, 2022, and I've been given the run-around for additional fixes. The service reps have come to my house several times and not with the proper supplies and/or equipment to take care of what needs to be done. The following are still pending replacement and/or repair: a defective window that needs to be replaced, a window balance that was broken and now missing because they didn't have one available, a screen ring that's missing from one of the windows, and the front door weather stripping that needs to be redone because it shows buckled from the exterior. I've had to take time away from work to accommodate this company and some were NO SHOW/NO CALL, like today, 4/30/22. I called and spoke with *** on Thursday, 4/28, to confirm the appointment for 4/30 and left a message for ***. *** confirmed the appointment to take care of everything, except for the window replacement, which is why I was transferred to ***, but only to leave a voicemail message and it's not the first time. I was told that the service reps would be at my house on Saturday, 4/30, between noon-2pm, however it's now 4:46pm and NO SHOW, NO CALL. I find this totally unacceptable and I wish to have this resolved asap. I have two other potential clients that this company could have had, but I will never refer this company to anyone. Please assist me with this matter because I would like to have it resolved as soon as possible, but I'm not willing to take time off from work, using my vacation time to do it because I'm off on weekends. Due to my multiple calls, this company is well aware of what remains to be done.

I placed an order with LockTight to have new Impact Windows and Doors installed on my house in August
I placed an order with LockTight to have new Impact Windows and Doors installed on my house in August . I was told that the installation would happen in 12 to 16 weeks. This would put the the installation in November . The early stages seemed to go as planned. A crew came out approximately 1 to 2 weeks after I signed the contract to take a final measurement and everything was on schedule. The next contact I had with them was late October when they told me that the manufacturer did not make some of the windows that I required for my house. When I threatened to cancel my order they came up with a workaround that was acceptable to me. I asked how much this change would delay my install and I was told only a week or two. When I contacted the company at the start of December, I was then told the installation would not be until sometime in February. When I said i wanted to cancel my order I was told that they would sue me for breach of contract and they have never lost a case. They offered me a more expensive front door at no increase in price because they claimed the door i had ordered was having delivery issues and may not be ready on time. I asked them if this door would be ready by my February installation and they said absolutely. When February arrived they called to schedule installation. When the crew arrived they told me one window was on back order and they did not have a front door. The crew worked for two days and installed most of what was delivered. I called the office the following week to get an update on the window and door and was told the window would be in in a few days but they knew nothing about a door. I called again this past Friday (March 18, 2022) and was told that my installation would be completed sometime in May. I asked to speak to the GM and he never returned my call even though he was the one who guaranteed me a February delivery for the door. Also I still have uninstalled components at my house.

I signed up with this company to install- 3 interior impact windows, 1 bathroom window, 2 impact doors, 1 garage window, and 1 garage door
I signed up with this company to install- 3 interior impact windows, 1 bathroom window, 2 impact doors, 1 garage window, and 1 garage door. After being impressed with both pricing and sales pitch, I decided to go with LockTight. I signed our contract and have financed the project through their financing team beginning June . The first issue arose when sending contractor out to measure for the job. They forgot to measure the garage window. This backed up the completion of the job significantly due to covid and manaufacturing issues. Finally everything was installed, although I selected grids for my windows and doors which did not arrive. Again, significant delay. At this point we were over 1 year in to this project without completion. Grids were then installed, but they have forgotten one single horizontal grid strip. Additionally, my tile flooring was damaged during door install. I have repeatedly attempted to get this fixed- a simple finish carpenter with a wetsaw should be able to line the tile up correctly within 30 minutes- but we continue to have issues resolving this. I want my job completed, I want my floor fixed, and I want to never do business with this terrible company ever again. Communication through the project has been non-existent. They never know what's going on. And here we are, November 18th, almost 16 months from signing contract without completion of this job. I am a busy physician. My wife works from home and takes care of our 10 month and 7 year old children. We certainly do not have time for this incompetence. In fact, no one does. I am seeking assistance to hold this company accountable to properly complete this job as I have lost ALL trust in them due to lack of communication and incompetence. I have spoken with the owner, ***, multiple times throughout expressing my issues. I have been promised completion of job and satisfaction. I have paid in full for this project, and I expect completion and satisfaction.

Ive been having problems with this company from the beginning
Ive been having problems with this company from the beginning. They sold me the product with promises to install in 12 weeks. They actually installed it 8 months later. Which was in February 2022. Inspection was suppose to show *** in 2 weeks and didnt. Their permit person went on vacation and forgot all about me. I had to follow up 2 months later for them to realize they had forgotten. Within that time they had left product finishing pieces outside of my home getting damaged. Once they sent the inspector, it failed. They sent 2 more inspectors and failed. Then out of no where it was approved. But yet no one has came to my house. I had to again follow up myself with *** about this situation since *** cant seem to call me back at all. *** gave me an appointment of Monday May 23rd. Monday came and left and no one called me to let me know that they were rescheduling. I called all day yesterday with no success, I called today and they are in a meeting. Its excuse after excuse and no one can get this simple situation sorted out. They have lied to me, delayed me, completely brushing me off with my final touches & I do not understand how a company that has charged me 3 times a higher price than the average can handle business this way. Their team has left broken glass thrown on the ground outside of my bathroom window, they didnt seal my windows correctly, they have zero communication on top of not even delivering the correct windows to me. So I ordered tinted windows from manufacture & instead they sent a person to tint the windows. This is not what I ordered to pay & ***, keeps telling me its fine when it isnt. In that case I would of ordered untinted windows for ALOT less and paid someone myself to tint them. They have completely abandoned my project on top of doing it all wrong and I want a solution to this. I have addressed my concerns several times from *** to *** to *** to *** to *** I dont know what else to do when they keep ignoring me.
