I contacted this online company to design a logo for me, as I was having it designed for my sheep business, I asked what if i'm not happy with any of the logos?, he said you will get all your money back, I said I would move forward because no harm in case this company is no good.

We have been working on a logo for 2.5 months

I sent numerous examples/pictures of the sheep and what I am looking for, specifically said the sheep are white and they send me a grey sheep, I say too harsh or child-like colors and I get pink and green or yellow and green, I say these are and ancient breed of sheep and they send me childlike pictures of sheep and fonts that are used to children's books,

I tell them I am exhausted as they do not listen to what I am saying and its time consuming to correct all their mistakes, they tell me I get a small refund I want all the money back as promised by the first guy I talked to

I have been dealing with three people at logoperfecto for months! James, robert and harris. It started only for making a logo on 5/16/2021. James talked me into building a website, business cards, tee-shirts and hats. I told james I didn't need a website, I have already purchased a wix for a full year, james convinced me wix was a rip off and hard to manage. I paid logoperfecto for the website that they could not finish. I am using wix and i'm very happy with it. I did receive tee-shirts but were the wrong shirts, james, robert and harris promised to make new tee-shirts, I have not received them or the hats. They will not reply to me anymore. I paid them $189.00 on 5/16/2021 $999.00 on 6/2/2021 $1750.00 on 6/18/2021 $1000.00 on 6/30/2021 $750.00 on 7/2/2021. I have paid logoperfecto $4688.00 for a logo that was only $189.00 all I have to show for all this money is a logo 1000 business cards. Please help me with these scammers.

I have paid for a website and professional content as per invoice #4084 and invoice number 4451. The web design has halted and I have no communication since email on 2/16.21 when a mock site was sent for review. The mock site had many errors and no professional content. I sent back an email stating the errors and I have had NO response. Please help or give my money back.

Stay far away from them. Scam compan y! They send some basic work that I could do it bymyself and after a while I ask them the refund because I was tired to lose time with them.
They never reply to the emails. As well I call them and they were hang up the calls, sayng that wasn't the right phone number or avoid to answer on my questions.
Scam

You pay them good money to build a website and they are happy to take your money but once you need help they try to charge you more.

They claim to offer unlimited rounds of changes and custom designed but when they send through their design and you ask them to change the color as it does not suit your needs they tell you it's going to cost an extra $99 for the change the website is not even finished yet and they are trying to charge lots more.

If I could give 0 stars for Logo Perfecto I would.

Care factor from the workers at logo perfecto - ZERO.

I've posted an urgent problem with them as we are not receiving inquiry from our website.

The e-mail response from logo perfecto is that they are currently busy and will get back to me within 24 hours, it has been 5 days and still no response. We have received vulgar customer service from this company time and time again. This is just the last straw! If you're like us you have worked really hard to build a reputable business, I would suggest not to use these amatures as they clearly do not know what they are doing.
