Logo Sensation My website has been destroyed & company have blocked all communication

My Website has been destroyed by either Logosensation or malware. It cost me AUD$1950.00 to build. It took over 12 months of frustration dealing with Logosensation of to get a presentable website up and live for small business.
All I ask is for the back up file for the website. I was a patient, kind and respectful client. Now all my calls are blocked, I can't get through on any email address provided by Logosensation.

Desired outcome: Website back up file to hopefully salvage my website and all the work gone into it

Logo Sensation New website

Company was hire to build our
E-commerce Jewelry website (Tickle Gem). The required AUD$1000 was paid up front and we're then past on from one project manager to another
(Kevin Reed, Gabriel Brown, Emily Jones), each who abandon the project without giving us notice.

By the 8th month into unfinished 50% of the site being finished thru Mr Gabriel Brown, he requested an additional AUD$1000, which we paid, just to learned from our last point of contact (Emily Jones) all those project managers were replace as the company was restructuring.

13 months into the incompletion of the project, Mrs Emily requester our trust and faith, she would personally take the account on board and finished it.

Multiples attempts have been made to reach the company, and Mrs Emily since my returned to the USA, all in vane.

I just want to pleat with this company to please returned our logo design files and the coding for what was done, which we never received.

We are hiring a new company to complete the project and without this information, we're facing a full charge to build a new website from the start.

Logo Sensation web design

DON'T DEAL WITH THEM - THEY ARE BRUTES AND THIEVES
I ordered a redesign of my website at Logo Sensation Australia. They debited me immediately and here we started!
After 1 month of useless conversations during which they tried to upsell me with different things - SEO, Video, etc. - I asked for my money back.
The main reason was the following: they didn't do ANYTHING during this month, they didn't listen for my wishes and comments and, finally, started blaming me for NOT ACCEPTING THERE OUTSTANDING DESIGN!
Immediately after I asked for my money back, they stopped communicating with me. Rear answers via chat that "Tomorrow you'll receive an email, Till the end of the day we'll sort it out, etc..."
Then they stopped answering me via chat, then emails, then phones! I had to chase them through the USA and still, after 2 months, I can receive my money back!
I ordered redesign at the middle of August, not it the middle of October - the "process is still on"!
Guys, if you really want your job done - NEVER deal with these crooks! Find real professionals and honest people!

Logo Sensation did not listen to my logo needs, very rude customer service

I engaged Logo Sensation to design a logo for my business, I had sent them a very clear brief and also sent them example logos to give them an idea of the type of logo I was after. The first round of logos that came back were not what I was after so I provided feedback.

Round 2 of the logos came and they were no better, each time I sent a response it took them 3-4 days just to reply, not sure if they were outsourcing overseas but the English in their emails were very bad.

I had sent them another response with changes I needed, I was very specific but yet they had failed to get anything close to what I was after. This had been going on for 2 weeks for just a simple logo so I requested a refund as on their website they mentioned they offer 30 day refunds, when I requested a refund this is when they started to ignore my calls and emails, I have not heard back from them since.

I guess they have taken my money and run, do not use logo sensation.

Logo Sensation website build

Logo Sensation spent 3 months putting together pages and re-written pages of a new website - which - in the end - was not compatible with my current hoster - GoDaddy/ The only way the website could be published would be via CP Panel (old tech) or get Go-Daddy to remove the WebBuilder function ( ! ! ! ) on my current website - allowing Logo Sensation full access (password) to the site to upload the pages. I sniffed something was amiss. Now, six months down the track I've given up on them. three months ago Eric Phillips - a business analyst working for Logo Sensation - offered me some free videos or a refund. I declined at the time. Now I am interested in having four x 1min. videos made up. I rang LogoSensations. Eric has left! Brian O'Neill spoke to me. Seems they free offer has disappeared. But I can have 4 videos for the price of two. I wanted four 1-minute videos - and the cost ? A mere AUD1200 for two x 1min videos the other two would be "free". I told them to get lost. Don't do business with this crowd. They are hopeless.

just spent 11500.00 prodesigners.com have nothing to show after the transfered the job, now will not hand over password so we can do plug ins this is the same company as logosensations;battlersmate@gmail.com

Logo Sensation website they built did not work, full of bugs and spam

I run a small lawn mowing business and decided it was time to build a website as everyone has one now days so I contact Logo Sensations.

At the start they seemed nice and friendly and mentioned they could build a website that would be custom designed to my needs and would be easy to use.

Well, that was not the case, Once I paid them it took them 10 days to send through a design even though they mention they send designs in 48 hours, the design they sent through was very basic, looked like a template, I wet onto their portfolio and could see there were many websites using the same layout but they just change the pictures and colors, so not really custom designed to my disappointment.

The website took 2 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 7 page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long.

When I finally did get the website log in details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know "basic coding" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising.

I also notice the website sends out lots of spam emails through the contact form, when asked to fix they told me it was going to cost $199 to fix which I thought was ridicules as it would not need fixing in the first place if they did it correct.

Needless to say I ended up stopping the website and getting it built elsewhere, I did not get any refund, seems like a scam company to me, be careful!

Logo Sensation terrible builds - website is outsourced to pakistan

Before undertaking they showed us sites that would be indicative of our build. What we received was a site that did not scale properly - the software used was not licensed and they were using stolen themes off free theme websites (found this out by hiring another developer) and so many errors - not understanding what was conveyed. Big waste of $1, 400 and lots of our time assembling the content.

Thought the price was too good to be true.

We closed our account and kept getting charges taken out, now we cannot get them to put money back although we did get email telling us it will take about 3 WEEKS never happened so have to report Fraud on Visa to sort it.

Logo Sensation logo sensation - nightmare to deal with, very bad

Just wondering if anyone else out there has had a website built by www.logosensation.com.au as I hired them to build a simple website for my mobile mechanic business and am having lots of issues with them.

Firstly they told me they custom design their websites but when they sent the design to me I could see they had used the same template as one of their other clients they had built, just changed pictures and words.

So I decided to proceed ahead as I needed a website, they could not put my pictures in properly or copy content into the correct pages, this was a simple 5 page website, so I am not sure why they found it so difficult.

When I tried calling them and asking them to speak with the designer they said the designer was not available and I must email them all the queries, the email responses I received back was very bad broken English, so I expect they outsource their website to India even though they claim they do everything here in Australia.

When the website was finally finished it takes a very long to load up and when you send emails through the contact form I never receive it and it does not load up properly on mobile devices, it has just been a night mare using Logo Sensation.

For anyone else out there that is looking at using Logo Sensation I would advise do your homework first as I wish I did not use them as after signing up I did some browsing online and found lots of negative reviews online about them, so I wish I never used them.

Logo Sensation very disappointed customer - logo sensation disgraceful company

So we decided to build a website for our business and chose Logo Sensation as they offered a very affordable price, soon did we realize how we regret going with the cheaper option.

They did not listen to us when we clearly explained the type of website we wanted, the designs they sent back were generic templates that we found online for $49, so much for custom design.

We could not call and give changes over the phone as they said everything had to be done via email, they probably outsourced to India that's why.

The last straw was when I noticed, without any warning, that they had taken $50 out of my account. When I queried this they cheerfully told me that it was for a new administration fee which will be deducted twice a year.

On top of this, if you ever have a problem you can't talk to them directly as you go straight to an answering service.

Hopefully with this new 'admin fee' they might be able to get someone to call me back within a few hours rather than the standard 2 to 3 days. Pathetic!

Logo Sensation very poor service, no customer support, answering machines

Wish I had not used Logo Sensations. I wrote the content for my Site but they still couldn't even copy that correctly. Constant spelling mistakes, contact page that didn't work.

Took 4 or 5 attempts to get it right. Now checking my Visa account I've got money going out left right and centre to some mob called Bill Buddy. Going to cancel the Visa Card today. Not impressed.

I have been diverted to an offshore call center on numerous occasions, so I am not sure how real the reviews on their website are.

If you want to get ripped off, go with these guys, if you want a professional website build I suggest going elsewhere.

Logo Sensation disappointed with logo sensation - unhappy with their service

We used Logo Sensation to build and manage our website but in the end we got a half built website that did not work properly.

We exhausted much of our time to rectify many ongoing problems that in the end were too time consuming to fix and some problems that even their team couldn't fix, our customers got tired of trying to access the site and most of them just called and ordered over the phone.

We were also charged miscellaneous charges that we didn't agree to and when we asked about the charges we got no response.

I feel that we had made a big mistake going with Logo Sensation as they offered websites from $299 which seemed appealing but in the end of the day we're very dissapointed with not only wasting our money but also our time.

Just remember that it's your money and your business that you are putting on the line and I would stay clear from these guys.

Logo Sensation website does not work properly, many issues with mobile responsiveness and email accounts not working as they should.

logosensation.com. au built my business website on a rudimentary and outdated platform.

They provided very limited service and ongoing support. When I recently requested updating to a mobile friendly and more user friendly platform they wanted to charge me for a rebuild.

This was at the same time as increasing my fees and justified it as "The Lounge" whatever that means. It did not mean improved service in my case.

My business email that they provided is constantly inundated with spam.

This was also supposed to be upgraded but evidently has not happened judging by the disgusting spam I receive. I could not be less happy with their service and would warn others to look elsewhere.

I don't often write reviews but I feel I really need to warn other consumers out there about this business Logo Sensation.

Logo Sensation do not use this company, complete scam!

I had paid Logo Sensation to design my website and they did not design it the way I wanted.

They didn't consider my design opinions and didn't follow what I asked them to do.

They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.

When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it to me and even try to copyright my logo, it's an expensive, long and unrewarding process.

I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from Logo Sensation as they ignore your emails and there 1800 number they never pick up and block your calls, not even sure if they're based in Australia as when you go to their Melbourne office it does not exist.

I can back this.

I wasted 3 months of my time with this company, and far too much money.
Stay far away. Their logo quality is terrible, their customer service is disgusting and they do not offer refunds like they say.

I will be contacting lawyers as well to claim a compensation.

I would have to agree with you on this about their bad service.

Logo Sensation is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with.

They are currently stealing money from my account, I have emailed them and called them but they do not respond to me.

I will soon be talking with my lawyer as I need to shut this situation down.
I signed a management fee at $40 per month and they are currently taking $55 per month: I did not authorize this.

It is unfortunate as I invested at least $3000 into my website originally and a lot of time and effort. I am very disappointed and really surprised that they have come this far with their shady business practices.
