The Longo Toyota sales representative cheated us into buying the optional excessive use warranty plan, but they won't fix any issues now! We want Toyota Corp to give us a full refund for the *** excessive use plan because Longo Toyota said they won't repair it since the plan doesn't cover it. The Longo salesperson tricked us when we leased our new car.

Longo Toyota I got charged for a part and labor to put it on my car, but the part wasn't even there when I picked up my car

I got charged for a part and labor to put it on my car, but the part wasn't even there when I picked up my car. It's a total scam. I made a service appointment for my 2008 Toyota Highlander to get an oil change, diagnostic check, radiator change, and also asked for a roof rack part. It cost me a lot of money. I dropped off my car on 12/3 and they said everything would be done by 12/4. When I went to pick up my car and paid, it wasn't complete. They didn't have the roof rack part even though they charged me for it and the labor. They told me to come back when the part arrived, but they couldn't explain why I was charged for something they didn't even have. It's a scam. I'm starting to think they didn't do other things I paid for too. I've completely lost trust in them.

Longo Toyota On April 11, 2022, I went to this shop to get my battery line checked

On April 11, 2022, I went to this shop to get my battery line checked. But, at the same time, the light indicating low tire pressure in my car came on. They checked it for me and said the tire pressure sensor was broken. They told me it needed to be replaced, and it would cost around $276. I agreed to it. Little did I know, the next day when I drove to the top, the tire pressure sensor light came on again. Two days later, when I had some free time, I went back to Longo Toyota to get it checked again. This time, they told me that the other three tire pressure sensors' batteries were also low and needed to be replaced. I was very confused. They didn't inform me that only one tire pressure sensor was replaced, nor did they mention that the other sensors were faulty as well. Now, if the light indicating low tire pressure goes off, I have to replace all the other three sensors. It will cost me over $700 to replace all the sensors. It feels like a trap that I fell into.

Longo Toyota I just bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla manual from Longo Toyota

I just bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla manual from Longo Toyota. I've had a lot of problems with this dealership, which is something I've never experienced before when buying cars and dealing with dealerships. They haven't been answering several phone calls and voicemails that I left for the finance and sales people. There was a situation where there were two loans open for the car, one from *** and one from ***, and Longo was being sneaky and trying to scam us. I explained many times that they should only send mail to my PO box because my house is a mile away and my mail gets stolen every day. But instead of using the PO box, Longo Toyota sent important CONFIDENTIAL mail to my regular mailbox, and it almost got stolen. Thankfully, my neighbors a mile away noticed that our mailbox was open and told me about it. We played phone tag for 3 weeks just to figure out if we should finance the car through our bank or ***, and we didn't hear anything back until I started leaving a bunch of voicemails for the managers. Even then, they still didn't do their job.

Longo Toyota Lexus Financial Services made a mistake and reported 2 late payments on my credit report, even though I paid my bills on time every month

Lexus Financial Services made a mistake and reported 2 late payments on my credit report, even though I paid my bills on time every month. I leased a Lexus IS 200 from Longo Toyota for 3 years, from October to October . I set up auto payment for my bill, and every month my payment was paid on time and in full. I even got a copy of my payment account history from Toyota Financial Services to prove that I paid on time. However, for some reason, my credit report shows 2 late payments from Toyota financial service in May and July . I called Longo Toyota multiple times, but they said they couldn't do anything. They told me to reach out to Toyota Motor Credit Corporation by mail to dispute it myself, which I did, but I haven't received any response. No one is taking responsibility for this issue. I really need someone to fix this problem for me and remove the late payments from my credit report. I understand that mistakes happen because we're all human, but please take care of your clients and fix this. I can't believe this is how Toyota treats its customers. My Account number is XXX-XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXX.

Longo Toyota I changed my leased car to buy it on August 10th and signed a contract

I changed my leased car to buy it on August 10th and signed a contract. It's been two months now, and I still haven't got the registration form and sticker for my car. The old sticker has expired, and I'm really worried. I started contacting LONGO TOYOTA last week. On October 4th, they finally called me. Their staff told me to contact the DMV. So, I went to the DMV that day, but they said they didn't receive anything about me. They told me to contact LONGO TOYOTA again. On October 9th, LONGO TOYOTA called me again. They said I need to pay an extra fee of 55 yuan before they can send the materials to the DMV. (Why didn't they tell me earlier? I had to wait for two months!) Since my English isn't very good, I only remember it was about a parking fee. I find it strange because all the fees were supposed to be included in the contract. Why do I have to pay these extra fees? Besides, my car is parked in my own garage, so why do I need to pay this fee? But in order to get the sticker, I still paid the fee. They asked for my credit card number, and I had to wait for a long time. It made me really angry and disappointed. I used to be a loyal customer of LONGO TOYOTA, but after this happened, I won't be coming back here again.

Longo Toyota We bought a used Nissan Titan (2017) at Longo Toyota, on June

We bought a used Nissan Titan (2017) at Longo Toyota, on June . Our Sales associate was*** he was great. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we were taken to the finance manager ***. He proceeded to close out the deal and offered 5 years extended warranty. When he presented the sale of the warranty, he claimed it would be from the date of purchase (June ). Fast forward 3 years and when we took the truck in for service, we are told that our warranty is now expired. The warranty was pushed back to 2017 to the previous owner purchased. That is FRAUD! How are we supposed to pay for years that we did not own the vehicle? Spoke to *** and *** and was asked to fill out a form that would refund the warranty. I was told to wait 6 weeks. It's been 8 weeks, and NO REFUND! Called *** and she stated that nothing has been done to speak to ***. I received a call from *** and his customer service was horrible. He refused to let me speak. He kept speaking over me in a belittle attitude, almost to the point of yelling. It was not until I told him that I would hang up if he did not listen to my concerns, that he finally let me speak. Just so he could say that he did his job and that was that. This is a true nightmare! Super nice when they need to steal from you and so disrespectful when they need to help you. Needless to say, they lost a good customer, and I will never buy from them again. I'm sure, I'm not the only one they have done this too. Class Action Lawsuit for Sure! We want our money back, I want to be refunded immediately.

Longo Toyota I bought a used car at Longo Toyota in 2012, and finished payment on 11/16

I bought a used car at Longo Toyota in 2012, and finished payment on 11/16. They still got the title, and I can't get it. I bought toyota camry in 2012 from Longo Toyota. I financed payment with toyota financial services. I finished the payment on 11/16, and got a letter from toyota financial services, it says "we have electrically released your lien with the CA DMV. upon receipt of our lien release notification, the CA DMV prints and mails the title to the new vehicle owner. I didn't received the title from DMV. I called the toyota financial customer service and asked about my title, and the lady on the phone told me they released lien, so they can't do anything more. I went to DMV and showed the letter to get the title, and I was told Longo Toyota is still holding the title, so I need to get release form from Longo Toyota. I called the toyota financial service again and explained all situation, and asked to send me the release form with signature. Then I got a letter from them that was exact same letter from 2017, not release form. I called toyota financial service again, and explained everything. The lady on the phone checked it, and told me Longo Toyota is still holding the title after I finished payment, and toyota financial can't do anything about it. She asked me to call longo toyota and ask them to release the title. I called Longo Toyota, and explained everything. The customer service just told me "We don't have the title" without checking any of my buying history and account. Then she hang up on me. I've never thought I have to deal with this kind of situation after buying a car from big company. I have no idea who I can ask for my title now. Do I need to get attorney about this?

Longo Toyota We had a call on 08/21 'bout warranty swap on hybrid battery, 'cause Toyota done acknowledged that the vehicle was under warranty

We had a call on 08/21 'bout warranty swap on hybrid battery, 'cause Toyota done acknowledged that the vehicle was under warranty. After runnin' the VIN number, we called on 08/21 and talked to ***. She asked 'bout the issue and problem. We explained that the vehicle was havin' a battery issue. The vehicle got 25k miles on it. She asked for the VIN number, and we gave it to the Toyota Dealer employee. She explained that the car had been in a big accident over the phone, but the hybrid system still had warranty. They had a $150 fee for inspection in case the battery had been replaced, then the warranty would be void. But she confirmed that if it was the original battery, it had warranty. We took the car the next day, but we got sent back 'cause we needed an appointment. Made an appointment for 08/26. We dropped off the vehicle at the appointment time, and once we dropped it off, the Toyota Dealer employee again confirmed that the vehicle had hybrid warranty even though they already knew it was a salvage vehicle. The mechanic called that same day 08/26 to inform us 'bout only 3 issues. Filter, Sensor, and that the hybrid battery wasn't workin' right. Again, the employee confirmed over the phone that the Hybrid system for my vehicle was under warranty, to not do the other work on the vehicle, and to just work on the hybrid system. 2 days later, the Toyota employees called to inform that the balance for the vehicle was over $300, and that they had opened up the hybrid battery but they weren't sure if it was the original or not. I couldn't hear him, so I asked him to call back. He called back within the hour, and I explained that I didn't authorize the work that included the $300+ dollars, and that the main issue was the hybrid system. The employee sounded upset when I informed him that I hadn't authorized him to do that, and he said he did it thinkin' I would do it. I asked him 'bout my hybrid battery, and he said they had already opened it, but he wasn't sure if it was the original or not. I asked, which one is it? He said it looks original but it's not. I asked how is it not? The vehicle has never had the battery replaced or altered. The Toyota employee then informed me that it was the original battery, but when they had it open, it seems that someone had previously opened it before. But at this time, the employee from Toyota sounded agitated over the phone and went on to inform me that because it seems someone had opened the battery, it voids the warranty. I informed him that the battery was original, and he said that's the only issue, someone had opened the cover. We walked in today 08/29 to speak to a Service Manager, I believe "***," and I brought all the original documents and receipts from the items I had purchased to fix this vehicle, and the DCA from the Berea of Automotive Replace that shows the car is up to California Standard Code. The service manager refused to look over them, showin' that I was the original owner of the vehicle since 1,500+ Miles. I explained the situation to the Service Manager, and he had to step out of the conversation more than 4 times to go speak with the person in charge of the hybrid batteries. He printed out a document dated 08/29 that states a completely different statement from the employee of what he had informed me on 08/28, statin' the complete opposite. Sayin' that the battery was missin' parts and items from the hybrid system. The vehicle is in drivin' condition, starts and drives fine, but a few days ago, it started havin' issues with the battery. Then we informed the manager of the inconsistencies between his Toyota employees and the information he is showin' is different. The employee was upset 'cause he had to undo the charges that they had done without my authorization, and he now stated a different version of the hybrid battery, sayin' that I was missin' parts now. There are blatantly illegal practices and common fraud.
