I ordered on December 19th. I made an order for 6 months of Lootcrate for my nephew. Today is January 6th and so far I have no email about fulfillment. I have at least 7 emails that are obviously form letters saying "we're very busy", but nothing that was written by a human being.
The order status page says 2 of 6 crates have been fulfilled. Not sure how that's possible since not a single month has gone by and nothing has been delivered or even confirmed as being delivered, but that's what the status page says.
Claimed loss: $216.54
Desired outcome: Some sort of contact from Lootcrate about actually fulfilling the order. Either that or a full refund.

Get in touch with your payment provider and object to the charge for not delivering. Directly demand a complete refund from Loot Crate via correspondence. Exploit social media and review sites to alert people about their poor service. If not resolved file complaints with FTC. Seek an alternative gift that is more dependable than this one.
I had ordered my first box July 30, 2024, then (as it was a subscription) got billed for the next month and still no boxes. I cancelled my subscription before the 3rd charge as I still had not received the first box and it is now January 11, 2025 and I STILL have not received my first box from my order in July. Their "shipping delays" page on their site says my July 30th order should finally ship next month but they are not replying to my support tickets.
Definitely very frustrated and upset with Lootcrate.
