I received the worst pet ID I have ever seen. The letters are extremely tiny, shaky looking and the worst part is that you cannot even read the numbers on the address or the on the phone number. Not to mention I also paid to have them ship the tag to me stuck to a post card with a sliver of tape holding it on. Couldn't have cost them more than a stamp, but they tell you it will ship first class mail. I'm so disappointed that I fell for this scam! Buyer beware! Do not let this low price and flashy website deceive you! These people are sending you complete unusable junk that does not even serve the only purpose it has which is to allow your pet to be identified! You are better off going to the pet section in at Walmart and using their machine to create your dog tag right their in the store. Not only is this cheaper, but you can actually read the information on the dog tag and have a usable product that you did not have to wait 2.5 weeks for to arrive! I cannot believe I wasted $10 on this useless junk! BUYER BEWARE!

Not sure what the complaints here are all about. I placed an order with this company and the name tag arrived via Priority Mail, as ordered. I placed the order on 10/18 and received the tag on 10/22. The engraving was accurate and the plate was stainless steel. I received an order confirmation email, as well as a shipping notification. If this is a scam they are going to great lengths to disguise it and making no effort to obscure their identities.

I ordered a tag on February 3, 2016, on February 23 I emailed them at [protected]@loveyourpets.com letting them know I had not received the tag. A response came quickly stating that some have gotten lost in the mail and a new one would ship out on February 24. I verified that the original address they had listed was correct. It's now March 15 I emailed yet again yesterday March 14, saying my address is correct on the original order and email and I have not received my dog tag, could I have a refund. Waiting on a response from this website and will be contacting my bank for a refund.

On September 30, 2015 I ordered two dog id tags from love your pets. To date I have not received them. I did receive an email telling me that the items had been shipped but they explained they do not use tracking information. I waited a reasonable amount of time and when they did not arrive I attempted to look up their phone number. You will not find a phone number for this company anywhere on their site or internet. All they have listed is a fax number and address. Their site does allow you to send them an email. I did. No reply in three days. I sent another email. Again 3 days no reply. My next step is to explore my alternatives. I have read the complaints listed against them both negative and positive. All I want is my dog id tags or my money back. They suggest it takes the post office a long time to ship across the USA. It has been 17 days since the order and 16 days since the shipping notification. I ship items across the USA nearly everyday and they arrive within 3-5 business days. The amount of time this has taken is unreasonable. Their failure to answer an email is unreasonable. The lack of any phone number for their company is unreasonable. This complain is informational only. I am not accusing this company of anything except being unreasonable at this point. Rest assured, however, I will update this complaint if the tags are received. I will also update it if they are not received. I will also update regarding my next step in the process of recovery so that others will be able to follow a realistic and sure way to obtain redress for a situation such as this.

Loveyourpets.com steals consumer credit card information- the same thing happened to me as the consumer above who filed a report. They emailed me on 7/10/08 to state they had shipped the item first class and I never received it, 2 weeks later. I went to the USPS website and was surprised to see clearly that they had misrepresented the shipping times- by 3x the days. According to Loveyourpets first class mail takes anywhere from 4-14 days to arrive. This is a complete lie. USPS states that first class mail takes 1-3 days.

This, along with the obviously unanswered emails- and lack of phone number on the website- made me immediately realize that this was a scam that I had been duped into. Over a dog tag. So pathetic. Why not just jesus figurines or perhaps prayer shawls- or donations to a fake animal donation fund? It's all the same. They've stolen my credit card information and I have reported them to Mastercard and the attorney general for the state I live in.

If you're reading this I hope you beware of this terrible thievery. These people need to be stopped!
