WildWorks Liars, Scammers, Hypocrites, Greedy only care about money and not the customers

You shut down Fer.al because you made Cinder which is a failing NFT and CRYPTO cash grab scam. Nothing is going to fix my hatred for WildWorks. Bringing back Fer.al and listening to customers is the only things you can do. You said "NFT AND CRYPTO BAD" yet pull this nasty vile stunt. You go against all the values you claim to have. WildWorks sucks!

Desired outcome: Bring back Fer.al and apologize for being lying hypocrites who claim to care about customers yet you shut down Fer.al because you only care about money. Bring back Fer.al and APOLOGIZE FOR BEING SCAMMING LIARS!

WildWorks Feral

As a loyal user of this company's services (Since June 2016), I'm embarrassed to admit it but, this company doesn't care about its patrons; It only about the money; They shut the game down for a crappy, rushed, and dying NFT game called "Cinder". "Cinder" is basically the same game as Feral, but actually costs crypto and an NFT to play, has less customization, and sucks. "Cinder is an embarrassing cash grab in a crashing market. I spent Nearly, (If not over) $30 and countless hours on this game just for it to be shut down for a shameless cash grab. Despite upsetting fans and players, multiple asking to bring the game back, having terrible account security (With a database leak of over millions of animal jam accounts), And terrible customer support, they still didn't listen to their supporters and got rid of the game, without refunding spent money, or any form of refund. Despite warning animal jam players of the environmental risks and dangers of NFTS, They STILL decided to pursue an NFT project after hypocritically stating,"How NFTS harm the environment".

Desired outcome: On behalf of the entire Feral and Animal jam community, I would like to at least get my $30 back (A refund), or bring back Feral and shut down "Cinder", instead.

WildWorks Fer.al

I am sorry but I have been away from the game for a while and I come back to it being closed down and not Animal Jam? I think it's annoying and quite frankly if you're going to close Fer.al because there were too many teenagers/ older generations on Animal Jam you should open a new game or take down Animal Jam because people put money on that game and now it's just gone with no follow up of a different/better game and no refund of the money? It's a sorry excuse for a company decision.

Desired outcome: An explanation as to why the game was shut down and if it was for a good reason or because they were tired of running it.

Back in late 2022, I sent them an email to see if they can recover my missing items but, they didn’t return them. What kind of customer service is that? They wasted 5 years of my hard work! I hope that they read this and understand that those items mean everything to me and they better RETURN those items to me! >:(
