Unauthorized withdrawal from my credit card
On 9 December 2015 Mediaeel debited my account with £33.19 + 912 foreign exchange fee - from Cyprus - and ££35.08 on 8 January this year. I have not signed up to this company, and have never in my life downloaded any films, sport or music, so I know this is fraud. Tesco Bank has stopped any further payments, but I would like my money back. Although I am not a member of Mediaeel, I thought I'd better cancel membership on their website, but this was not possible - leaving only the option of phoning them on a premium rate line, which I refuse to do. What is my next step?

Mediaeel are thieves and weeesles hiding behind the internet, no recourse, no refund nothing but theft .
Karma (Sanskrit: कर्म; IPA: [ˈkərmə] ( listen); Pali: kamma) means action, work or deed; it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual
KARMA has a way of coming around and biting your ###, in your case i hope it gives you something terminal and slow and painful, i pray for that moment and live in anticipation .
On December 26, 2015, there was a charge to my bank account for $49.95 + $1.03 from Media Eel. It was right at Christmas time, and my whole family was in town. I figured one of my grown kids streamed a movie, but Wow! That was expensive! Then I noticed on Jan 21, there was another charge of $49.95 and another for $1.99. I called Media eel and talked to the same lady twice in a week. I believe she is a "one-man" operation out of the country. She said that there was a trial on Dec. 21 that could be canceled within 5 days, and that no money would be refunded to me. She stated that the first charge of $1.03 was to check to see if my card was real- but that amount never fell off! She disclaims the $1.99 in January completely, though it is clearly charged by Media eel. She canceled my "subscription" but will not tell me what movies we streamed or who signed up. I have asked each of my kids, and they all said they didn't stream anything from a new source that made them give a card #. Plus, since we have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video on Demand, Hulu, and Acorn.tv, there is no reason to pay anyone else for streaming.
I believe she got my debit # and gets other debit numbers illegally, and then made up a fake movie streaming business to make a lot of money fast, before people noticed the charge, after it was too late. Doing this the day after Christmas was criminal genius! I am going to file a report with the BBB and my bank. If anyone else knows who I can complain to, let me know, because I am out over $100, and this woman has my debit card #.
Unauthorised debits of bank account
I recently attempted to stream live sport, and landed on an unfamiliar website called Mediaeel.com, it promised no charge streaming and free access to the site provided I inserted my bank details (on a no cost basis). I inserted the details, and ended up not being able to use the website as it does not provide live sport broadcasts. I noticed an amount of ZAR14.06 (ZAR=South African Rands) was debited from my account shortly thereafter, and assumed this was an admin charge. A week later, I noticed a larger amount of ZAR692 had been debited from my account by Mediaeel. While I am aware that I should never have inserted my bank details, these debits are completely unauthorised and effectively theft on account of fraud by "Mediaeel.com"

They took fake sums from my account, but I couldn't prove it
Be careful with the website www.mediaeel.com. I subscribed for their trial and the company charged me for $57.99, but they took other sums from me as well. They were small and I haven’t noticed them before. But when I found it, I immediately contacted the support team. But the rep told me that it was impossible and tried to cover their crimes. I have no proof of their involvement in these fake charges. Does anyone have the same problems?
Same story here.. can anyone please link me the suport site.. i can't find it. So i can give them a call and let my account delete
I never signed up but somehow they got my information. Been charged since October. Same story refused to rfund but only cancle. I am pursuing every avenue possible to file complaints and criminal charges for theft fraud and identity theft. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR GIVE THIS SITE ANY INFORMATION IT IS A RIP-OFF
Yes I just noticed it on my statement and called them, all they could do for me was cancel my account. So I did and now What? Am I just out that money 49.95 at least I think from May
I made the same mistake :( does anyone know what we can do to get our money back?
I joined as a free trial this site and ironically would have paid for the downloads to the series I was seeking to locate. Instead they charged me almost $82.00 for nothing. My credit card company is now trying to take action, but given the other information I have now seen about this company, I highly doubt their success. Ultimately the only way I can stop them from repeating this exercise is to have my Visa blocked and an new card issued.
To anyone tempted to use this site -DON'T. I rarely give out my credit card on free introductions, but I made an exception as I was prepared to pay for the downloads I wanted. Lesson learnt - never again!
A little while ago I signed onto Mediaeel to watch a 'Free' movie called Imitation General. They had me fill in a form with my account details for a sign on payment of $1.67. I did this in good faith and gave then my LOAD&GO Visa card no. I never got to watch the movie because of all the crap they wanted me to endure before I could watch it. And now I find that they have ripped off $75 from that said account without authorisation. How do I get my money back?
Uz took money from my account for what.i want it back
