These folks are terrible, I went to buy a Silverado truck for around $67,000. I had the money to buy it, but they kept making lame excuses. The manager kept blabbering and said he wouldn't even process my application and refused to sell me the truck. A few minutes later, we went to Eden Prairie, MN Chevrolet and bought ourselves a brand new truck. It only took an hour to complete the purchase. Just because we speak a different language and were born in a different country doesn't mean we can't legally buy a vehicle in the US. Our credit score is excellent. Lupient is a lousy dealership!

I tried to get financing to cancel a $1200 warranty, but I couldn't get through. I left voicemails within the 45-day period, hoping to cancel my extended warranty as well. The charges for aftermarket items were way too high, almost three times what they should be. I really need a refund for the $1200 warranty and at least my extended warranty. I should be able to cancel them.

I bought a 2021 *** trailblazer from this dealer and got a notice about a recall. The recall was for the car ***, so I called the dealer and they set up an appointment. I asked if they had replacement jacks, and they said yes. I went to my appointment, and they called me to say they were done with my car. But what they actually did was take out my *** without asking me, and they said they would call me when the replacement arrives. It's been months, and they still haven't called, so I called them myself to express my concern about not having a ***. They said someone would call me back that day, but no one did. Today, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and also mentioned the missing ***. They did the oil change but said they didn't have a replacement *** yet. They said they would call me when they get it. I told them I'm really worried about traveling without a *** because if I have a flat tire, I might not be able to get help quickly or it could take hours. The person understood my concern but said they couldn't do anything about it. I already paid for the *** when I bought the car, and they took it out without asking me. How could they do that? I want my *** back! The recall said the *** works if used correctly, so why did they take it without my permission and not give me a replacement? I paid for a ***, and I want the one I paid for or some kind of compensation for taking it away! I'll try to resolve this with your help, but if I can't, I'll have to consider other options!
