This place is the worst dealership I ever been to
This place is the worst dealership I ever been to. I got a car from them in July and drove 5hrs just to get there. Turns out they didn't even do the inspection I paid for! And they didn't fix the problems they promised they would. They gave me a legal document saying they would but then ignored it. When I called to complain, they just made excuses and wouldn't do anything to help me out. I wrote a review to warn others about my experience. But then they called me later, trying to scare me and ruin my credit score! After a while, they even sent a letter saying I owed them $2700, even though I already paid for the car in full! Eventually, I got proof that I paid and sent it to them by certified mail. What a scam!

I bought a vehicle and got services at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. My experience was bad. During the sale process, they promised to install a remote starter, but after I paid, they said they couldn't and gave me less money. They said I could use a loaner, but they didn't provide it. The service department is terrible. I scheduled a service a month in advance and left my car there. After two days, they told me their forklift driver hit my car and it would take 3-4 days to repair it. It took 3 weeks and the car was dirty when I got it back. They didn't compensate me. This dealership cares only about the bottom line and doesn't care about customers.

On 09/20/2021 I took my 2016 chevy impala ltz to reno buick gmc to be fixed the warning light service stabilizer was constantly on dash, and when you turn the the front left wheel would jerk and stutter and the traction sign would blink. Purchased a 2019 GMC HD Denali & a 2020 GMC HD Denali at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. Last year, the '19 model needed a $400 coolant reservoir replacement, and now the '20 model requires a $450 fix. It seems unfair as the issue lies with GMC's manufacturing, not with me as the owner.

My car gots towed to Renno Bick GMC Cadillac bout a year ago. Talked to the guy who helps with service and I asked em to fix my car. My insurince company also talked to him and wanted an estimat on all the body work and mechanical stuff. They never did the estimate on body work tho. I kept callin them every month but never got a call back. My window was never fixed and it was left without a cover for a year which messed up my interior. They never took care of the scraches and now my paint is bubblin and my car is rustin. Renno Cadillac aint takin no responsibility for the bad job they did and how my car is worse now than when it gots there. I got pictures and bills to prove it, from my insurince and Renno GMC.

Me and my wife went to Reno Buick GMC Cadillac to buy a 2021 GMC Canyon on 11/30. They said we had to buy Auto Guard Etch for $199 and Nitrogen for the tires. I said I didn't want the Auto Guard Etch, but the sales guy Brian K said I had to pay for it, cause it was done already. I picked up the Canyon on 12/04 and it was dark. When I got home, I saw that the windows weren't etched and I paid $199 for nothing. I sent paperwork to Reno GMC to get my money back and asked to call me. They didn't answer, so I emailed the General Manager Garrett G and still got nothing. I called, but they hung up before I could talk to the General Manager. I don't want to waste my time and I've spent more time than the money I want refunded.

Brought my GMC Sierra from 2017 to Reno GMC Buick on July 2 to fix the front suspension. It's been six months, and my truck is still not fixed. Covid-19 caused the first delay for three months because parts weren't available. In mid-September , they started making parts again. The dealership promised every time I called that I'd get my truck within two weeks, but they never returned my calls. I had to drive repeatedly to the dealership to get updates. Before Thanksgiving, I spoke to the assistant servicing manager. He called me two or three times since then. The last time he called was on December 8th. He said they had the suspension parts, but they had to send it to the body shop to repair the strut towers. They said it would be done by December 16th the latest. They've already promised me six or seven times that it would be ready in one or two weeks. I left a voice message on December 28th, but no reply yet. This truck is my primary vehicle, and I haven't had it for over six months, which should have taken two weeks to repair. I acknowledge the Covid-19 delay, but the dealership had three months to finish the two-week job. Gave them my $45k truck on July 2nd, assuming they'd fix and give it back.
