Lush Furniture / Luxur Home Sofa and cushion

Their attitude lousy to the max. The workmanship is very bad. Threads all over in the inner. Inside of the cushion there is suppose to have a white cover but inside is filled with feathers! Because the white cover stitching is very badly done. I didnt know till I wanna take it for wAshing for spring cleaning! And no one told me is stuffed with feathers when I bought it! I called and demand an answer, the auntie who answer the call just simply push to the customer service then tell me wait how long dont know. Told me send the photos to the watsapp to customer service. Claim she dont know. That watsapp no is communicated with the sales person who sold me the sofa! What only customer service then can assessed. And still say I dont have invoice number lah I dont know what model I buy lah because there is sofa with down feather! Loads of rubbish! I ask had I manage to get the invoice number how long it take to get an answer she say also need time to look into it. How long dont know can be 3 days 5 days 2 weeks cant be helped. Seriously? Internally don't communicate don't know when response? Very irresponsible. Now the feathers flying around in my house, it is a health hazzard to adults especially baby in the house! Very irresponsible auntie who pick up the call if too lazy to move dont pick up the call then! Answering machine does better job!

Lush Furniture / Luxur Home Sofa

IIn a nutshell, pretty horrible. BUYER BEWARE! Pls beware of buying ANYTHING from them. It really surprises me how they have managed to keep their google review scores at this level. I actually saw negative reviews and customer complaints when I did a google search on them (see below for links), but brushed it off cos I saw their google review scores (which I absolutely regret).

But long story short, they're pretty good in "sweet-talking" you when in the sales room / closing the sales. But after they receive your money, everything goes downhill. If you read the reviews online, there were multiple instances in which they have missed on promised delivery dates and just keep pushing the buyer to wait for longer. So i should count myself lucky that at least I received my sofa. But that's really also when all the problems surfaced:
1) Sofa is nowhere near the show room item, and mind you the sofa are not exactly cheap either. Customer service keeps trying to push back that it's because the stuffing is down feather and therefore that's the way it is... but really?! Photo below speaks for itself. A product like that should never be out on the market in the first place, especially at that price point. When we showed them the photos and shared with them the experience, they said that other customers have also given similar feedback previously, but that's just the way the product is. Clearly shows that they do nothing to change even when MULTIPLE customers have given them feedback
2) Sofa was delivered by outsourced logistics company, and ONE FOREIGN WORKER came to install it by himself and was not familiar at all with installing the sofa. As a result, in the process of fixing the sofa, he scratched all the leather side boards and multiple of the sofa legs which had to be replaced. Screw of one of the legs dropped out the next day already.
3) Sofa was installed in Oct2020. Customer service promised that the replacement would be done soon. It's now Oct 2021, and guess what - the replacements have not been done yet! Have to chase the customer service day in day out. If you don't chase them, they just drop the ball, and that's even after they promised you something. So do take note, their promises mean NOTHING. For eg: they promised to provide some form of compensation (10% of the sofa value), but nothing paid as of now. Promised to arrange for replacement of the side boards and the legs, but likewise no replacement now and it's been 1 year. Promised their boss would call me back (they said he was out for conference and couldn't answer), and no call back. This is even with all the day-in-day-out chasing

So all in all, BUYER BEWARE and I would urge buyers out there not to buy anything from them. There are better options out there at this price point.

Lush Furniture / Luxur Home Lousy quality furniture, poor and rude customer service, no refund despite LEMON law

Lush Furniture is the ultimate place if you want extremely appalling quality of product and customer after-service. We ordered item 270F off their site. After a 3month wait and paying over $500: we received an item that was different, made in China and of inferior quality. It was of a different design: no metallic loop, no metallic ball bearing. Instead, it came with a straight matt black lamp head handle, a crooked wire that connects the ball bearing, as well as a matt black ball bearing. The angle in the curve of the lamp swivel was wrong. Had a loose lamp head that spins with light touch, crooked wire, exposed bare metal joints too. And it came with a rounded 2-pin plug, which means we needed an international adaptor to use it with.

Shop rep accused us of not fitting item correctly without bothering to listen, said he can vouch for the quality of the lamp as it’s been sitting on his desk for the past 5 years. Defensive, extremely rude, absolutely deplorable attitude that provoked a very unpleasant exchange. Also said ‘it’s just your expectations’. Oh please. Even your repairmen could tell it was a different lamp AND couldn’t fix the darn item after coming in to assemble it themselves – in the exact way that we did. And – wow. He offered to color in the bare joints with a black marker. Fantastic. If you are going to sell designer replicas at these prices, ensure it’s a bloody good one, not half-baked and faulty. BTW. Found out after buying that the original is the Artemide Nestore. They didn’t even bother changing the picture ripped off the internet.

It’s not the issue that this is a clear replica. It’s that we received something different than what was advertised, something faulty, and faced utterly abhorrent customer service after paying so much money. “Product may vary from displayed image” or any disclaimers of that sort need a line to be drawn. There was no sincere apology from Lush-lush, the replies we received extremely patronizing and infuriating. Raven, a word of advice. Stick to sales, avoid after-sales. We were offered a measly discount, without room for negotiation. That just covers the delivery fee of $80 and a bit more. The alternative was receiving vouchers to buy more products off their sham of a shop. No thank you. I don’t want to collect more lemons. Stay away from this place, for the sake of your own mental health.
