Have not received any assignment or exam results- Account up to date.
I am a first year student and have submitted my all assignments way before the deadline only to receive no results. Logging on every other day on to the student portal. Still no results. Complained again by emailing. Nothing.
Did the online MCQ exams in May/June 2021. Still awaiting results. October exams are coming up. Dont know which modules to study.
Managed to get a hold of student support eventually and was told to email my issues. This was Sept 02nd. To date no response. from Lyceum.
It is frustrating to deal with this college. They take the students money and do not correspond or guide their students through the process.
Their student portal is not very user-friendly and communication portal to students not updated.

We are paying for one of our staff members studies at Lyceum.
She missed her May exam and after I struggled alot, I finally received an answer from a guy called Matthias. The student advisor (Nafisa Sale), whom we thought is there to advise students when there is a problem, told me that she only help to get students started. She dont even know how the app looks. I also tried to speak to Hannelie but she was also very impatient trying to explain to me that its the students fault...and the student does not read her things... which was my problem because I tried to figure out how to avoid the same thing to happen, but she told me to talk to the sudent advisor, whom like I explained above was also not helpfull with my concern regarding the app.
The app is my main problem, it made her miss all her things because there is nothing in my calender, nothing in my path...actually there is nothing in anything except my class, which is just taking you to the website?
She did just fine last year, when there was no app and they knew they had to go on to the website.
Reason why i am sending this to you, is because she missed the May exam (supplementary) again as well as important correspondaning letters about October assignments because she kept on finding nothing on the app. I would like to request correspondence where they informed the students on how they muast make use of the app and how it works. I am super frustrated and I do realise that she looked at the wrong place but my question is: Why is there an app if the app just takes you to the website. All the other buttons is not working?
She will probably have to repeat her second year but I am not happy about the fact that an app was given to students which is not helping at all.
For someone with a little bit of knowledge on online platforms, this can be done much better.
Please make sure your platform is upgraded.

Service at Lyceum collage

I am Priantha Piyaray, I have been a student at Lyceum since June 2020.
I have submitted my first year assignments on the 16th of January 2021 and the due date was 17th.
Around March I called the collage inquiring about my assignment results I was told it's still with the marker and I will receive results before my May exams.
As it was getting closer to the May exam I made numerous calls and sent emails to the collage inquiring about assignment results, I either got no response or was told it's still with the markers.
I eventually wrote my May exams without having any assignment results, once exams was over I started to contact the collage again and I was given the same lame excuse still with the markers.
Exam results were then posted on the portal and I couldn't and still can't see my results as I still don't have assignment results.
I resubmitted assignment 3 times and still have gotten no feedback at all.
I am been held back from starting my second year because I am still waiting for results and this frustrates me.

May Exam Results
I am being sent from pillor to post regarding my exam results.
From calling for days to weeks and still not getting through to the school because phones are not answered.
My results are still not available on the App, assessment supervisor has been saying she is waiting for IT department to upload them for over a month now and the IT department says they don't work with results. At some point I was even told to resubmit my assignments and exam sheets which I also did but still I am not getting
my results. I am missing out on job opportunities

I have tried 5 different numbers and email addresses but I cannot reach you.
I need my results and my certificate delivered to me - my physical address. I have to apply for my next studies!
This service is atrocious. Every time I call, I wait for 10min, then the phone line hangs up automatically. It seems your agents don't want to work, I work in customer service, so I know what is happening here.
Either the telephone lines are really bad and cheap, or agents are deliberately hanging up because the customers are super angry and keep shouting at them. This is understandable. You need to pay your agents more and make sure people are available.
Please contact me asap or I will be forced to go to hello peter and other sites to rate your company.

Paid registration / was never registered / request refund / no response
I am Charlene Le Roux. I applied to study Teaching Grade R at Lyceum College in January 2021. Was told I qualified and paid my registration of R4600 on 15 February 2021. Only to find out almost a month later that I was never registered. After a lot of struggling I requested a refund on 23rd March 2021. Was told that it takes up to 3 months. Three months later I spoke to Lebohang Makoro again and she told me that my name is on the list for payment first week in July. I called first week July and was told my payment was not made and she will get back to me. I never received any feedback. Since the beginning it has been a struggle to get hold of anyone at Lyceum to assist me, numerous emails (no response) phone calls (no answer). I don't understand why it is so difficult to refund someone that was never registered. This is so frustrating and inconsiderate. This was such a setback for me. I don't know what to do anymore. Bad Bad service!

Diploma certificate
I finished my diploma in traffic and metrolitan police in october 2020, went to lyceum in april this year to request my certificate for progression at work which has a due date of end of june and after a successful conversation mr makunda promised that as soon as they are done with verifications which will be done by end of may then he will release mine, he even spoke to my employer who verified that all they need is a certificate not transcript but diploma certificate even if its a copy but to my suprised at the begining of june when i drove to headoffice in braamfontein i find that manngement has changed together with my promise, the new management nolonger issuing certificate in june as promised but in october and i understand that but my job is in line here without that certificate i will be left outside so please help me, i tried to speak to mrs kamala (dean) but she did not even gave me a chance to explain .i have a prove on my messages that came from my employer that they waiting for diploma that i can send it upon your request .please i seriously need that certificate

Refund not received
In 20 September 2020 I registered for a course, 4 days later still in the cooling off period I changed my mind and spoke to my advisor Veronica Mudau and requested an cancelation. My student number is 163587 After struggling to get hold of Eunice Sebabo after a month the cancelation was finally approved and the request for a refund was loaded with Lebohang makoro and Demi Augustine. Since October 2020 I have called twice a month and every time Lebohang would inform me that I would need to call the following month. After repeatedly trying to get feedback when my refund will be processes she keeps laughing at me requesting feedback because I keep calling her. All I get for feedback is that there is only 3 refunds processed every month and my name is not on the current list, I need to call back next month.
This is really an inconvenience and poor service for a Institution of Higher Education.

Payment made no registration done
I started the process of applying and registering at the college back in early February this year with a student advisor by the name of Natalia Davids she eventually sent me the forms after about a month and a half after I enquiried about the Grade R course she sent all the forms I filled them and sent back I sent follow up emails followed by phone calls trying to get feedback on my application eventually by end of March after literally hounding them for feedback either she was never at work or she never replied to my emails but my application was finally approved and awaiting payment for the registration fee of R4000 8 paid on the 30th of April and sent proof on Monday the 3rd of May and waited for feedback I left it that week on Friday I sent an email requesting feedback for acknowledgement to advise me if she has received the proof of payment no reply I phoned the college she was not at work but I was advised to wait as the process was delayed due to the number of students applying I should give it a week that was last week Friday while waiting for the week to finish so I can follow up next week I received an email from another student advisor named William he sent me forms of the same process of application that I have done already I replied to his email telling him I've already done this and paid I'm waiting for feedback for the registration he an automatic response came stating he was busy he'll get to me initially I got worried that what is going on now as it was later in the afternoon I waited for the following day I phoned and asked for Natalia my student advisor as usual she was not in I raised my concerns and refused to go without an explanation I was promised that her supervisor will contact me I waited and no call was received I phoned again today the 13th of May 2021 asking for her again I was transferred and the call was ringing and no answer and it was dropped I phoned again really frustrated this time told the person helping me that I'm not taking this I'm tired of this run around she told me to hold she tried her and got back to me telling me she doesn't know where she was not sure if she was on break or not she took my details and promised as soon as she comes back she will call me and still nothing now I'm worried If I was scammed or not I paid so much money and 13 days later no one has any answers for me please help either refund me or get me registered so I can finally study after almost half the year trying to enroll and register. Seriously Lyceum is unprofessional and really frustrating

I emailed a lot of people at Lyceum and no one could correct me or guide me right. I logged in to the student portal and saw that I must write exams in May. I asked where assignment is loaded on but no one got back to me. When I eventually figured out how to locate the necessary information regarding my assignments, I realized or perhaps noticed that some of my assignments were due in January and I feel as if I'm at a disadvantage right now because no one could effectively help me figure out how and what I'm supposed to do. So I would like to formally request that my name be withdrawn form the writing list for May, given my specific reason. On site I've seen that another session is scheduled for October and I would much rather like to write then, it will give me ample time to effectively prepare and finish my assignments as to maximize my potential of passing. Went to Lyceum head office to in Braamfontein to collect my grade r diploma certificate on the 29/03/2021 as per the communication letter that was sent out on the 8th Feb 2021, only to be told that certificate will be out in June, why, because I completed in 2020, why should we wait for such a long time to get our certificates.pls help I'm so confused

Office of the institution provide incorrect information and after proving my case they just do not respond to my emails.

Bad customer experience + course cancellation request
Hi, in mid 2019 I enquired about studying at Lyceum College. I got hold of a student advisor/sales person. By the name of Leticia. She sent me registration forms, which I completed and sent back. I never heard from that person again. Eventually, after numerous number of phones calls to her, someone answered her office phone and I was told that I wasn't supposed to register with her since she doesn't work for Lyceum, but rather for Intec. I was so disappointed and very concerned that I could have been scammed, since I had provided my personal particulars and required copies to this person.
Well, I then made another attempt and got hold of Precious this time. I started the process from scratch. I got such a run around and eventually she also made a disappearance.
Well, I just told myself that Lyceum is a scam and in April 2020 I then went ahead and registered with another institution and that is running very smooth.
To my shock, I got a call either Dec 2020 or in January 2021 saying that I owe Lyceum. I told that call centre associate my problem and she apologised, saying that were going to rectify their records. I then got another call this month (Feb 2021) informing me I owed Lyceum. This second call centre associate gave me a name and email of a contact person that could help me resolve the matter.
I sent an email to her on 12-Feb-2021, followed up with another email and numerous calls but I have not received any response to date.
I need help in getting this resolved. Yes I did complete registration forms, twice but that was it. I never got any study material or student number or even confirmation that I was registered but I'm being told that I owe the college. I got my student number this month when I called the Finance Dept(160945).
This is my last hope and hope to get this resolved soon.

Hi I'm MRP Moses 148462 i wrote PRJ112 re-write exam in October 2020 till i have not receive my results I've been sent pillar to post and now im about to loose my on 1st Feb 2021 I'm even suffering from depression because this don't care college it seem to me my exam paper was not even marked i struggled on the date when i was suppose to write exam the paper was not uploaded i don't have any outstanding debts i don't understand why no one wants to help me please help i jst need so that i can move with my life

Exam results
I wrote my exams last year but I'm still waiting for my results. Each time I called they just say we will find out and get back to you, but nobody come back to me.
And it's a struggle to get hold of anyone in the exams department.
I even had to resend my copies of the exam papers for remark, but I'm still waiting for feedback regarding that. And it has been 2weeks now.
