After the college was de-registered by the Department of Higher Education, I had to cancel my registration to study with the college and requested a refund. I sent all the requested documentation for them to process the refund. The cancellation was done on August 28, 2024, and I was told the refund would be due after 90 days. They sent us letters stating that the refund would be done on December 31, 2024, but it was not. I am still waiting for my refund, and when I call the college, they don’t have any answers

Claimed loss: R6708.68

Desired outcome: I want my refund.
