I bought a whole bunch of this Lysol stuff from Costco and man, oh man, the nozzle on these bottles just won't stop leaking! I reached out to them about 9 months ago, and let me tell ya, I'm still in the middle of a never-ending conversation with them about the damage it caused to my cupboards. Their customer service is just plain horrible, I tell ya!

And let me tell you about this guy named Michael Reckitt, who's in charge over there. He's a real piece of work, I tell ya! One of his employees, Donna, initially offered me a measly $15 and a couple of coupons to make up for the trouble. But guess what? That sneaky Michael took that offer away and now he's offering me absolutely nothing! Can you believe it?

They keep bugging me for pictures of the damage and the bottle itself, but guess what? I don't have that bottle anymore! So what am I supposed to do now? It's like they're just trying to make things difficult for me.

Let me tell ya, folks, I've had it with this Lysol company. I'm never gonna buy any of their products ever again! They've lost a loyal customer, that's for sure.
