The money guys don't seem to be around here. They keep buggin' me 'bout an unpaid bill when I already paid. I call and message 'em, even send 'em proof of payment. But nothin'. Not cool, man.

I got some beef with Lytx like everyone else. Their support was a no-show when my cameras gave up the ghost. I put in a work order but nada, zip, zilch. And you know what's worse? No replacement screws if one of the cameras comes loose. Like, seriously? And if you wanna transfer cameras to a different vehicle cause you're getting some new gear, tough noogies again, no support.

This company is truly terrible. Their service doesn't work well so you can't view driver cameras. The support team is the worst in the business. They tell you they're working on it and will call you back, but they never do. Since we started with them, it has been nothing but problems. I would tell everyone to avoid Lytx at all costs!

Lytx ain't good. They no good at canceling contract. Been trying to cancel for 8 months and they want $500. They keep renewing even tho we asked them not to. Can't even give us number for cancel dept. Reps no help, avoid you. Don't sign with them. Scam alert.

This company keeps sending my company multiple emails and calling us every day. We've told them to stop, but they don't seem to get the message. They just keep pushing and pushing, like, seriously, don't they understand when you say no? When we ask them to stop, they're like "What do you mean? We never called before." Yeah right, they're such liars. And then they get all mad when we ask them to stop again and take our number off their list. They're like really rude and inappropriate with how they speak to people. I'd totally stay away from these guys!
Technology good!
Technology good! Service and shipping bad! Have 50 cameras with them and reps make big boo-boos. Engineers, level 3s, and managers all make errors. If you buy cameras for your cars, their voice warnings are awesome! But hold times long, headaches galore, promises broken, invoices messed up, shipping goofs, and reps don't act responsible and pass the buck.

It was easy to get started with Lytx at first, but getting help once we signed the contract has been a hassle! I've called them many times, but I usually hang up because I'm on hold for so long. Right now, I've been waiting for almost 4 hours to talk to someone and it's frustrating that I haven't even gotten to speak to a representative yet. I left a message for someone to call me back over a week ago, but I still haven't heard anything. Our rep's phone is always busy and I can't leave a message. I texted him, but he hasn't replied. We're having problems with our camera systems and we've opened a service ticket with multiple issues, but it's been 23 days and we still don't have a solution.

This company is one of the worst to get services from. I had problems with the cameras, and after putting in a work order, I received no support. The cameras still do not work and I cannot get customer support. When I try to call, I am on hold for over an hour and usually just end up hanging up. We have an outstanding service ticket with multiple issues, and even when I reported a camera that wasn't working, it took them 45 minutes to tell me to try the troubleshooting manual. When I asked if they could replace the defective camera with a new one, they told me I had to pay $300 for the new installation. Terrible company all around, with quick contract establishment and poor customer-service support.

My company got Lytx to set up cameras in our trucks. One time on July 3rd, one of our drivers was in a crash that resulted in his death. We tried to recover the videos from the crash through the usual "forced upload" thing with Lytx but it didn't work so we sent the camera to them personally. It's been 5 days now but we still haven't received any video footage from the crash. Lytx sent us videos from the same day but only from around 0718 and 0909 - nothing from the crash. We called them lots of times but whoever we got didn't know anything and couldn't connect us to anyone who could help us either. We don't know why it's taking so long to get data from a recording device. The other electronic stuff in the truck worked fine during the crash so we have all the data from the ELD logging equipment and the truck's on-board computer that showed it had power during and after the crash.

I've been using Lytx services for 4 years and in recent times, the service quality has been declining. I had some issues with them and they have stopped responding to any of them. The assigned customer service rep never responded to my emails or phone calls. I have open trouble tickets that I can't get a resolution or even an update on.
My fleet reports have been totally inaccurate for over a month, but I haven't received any communication. They only made broken promises to get back to me. I had to wait for 6 weeks to get a camera remounted on a windshield that was remounted in September but fell off again. So I had no use of the truck for 6 weeks throughout my peak season.
I even tried reaching the company chairman via email, but I received no response. The company had good people at the top with whom I had a relationship, but those people are gone now. So, now no one gets back to you or cares about the issues we deal with.
They have automated much of their ordering and other processes, so now they never have to talk to their customers. The reps are terrible and have no accountability to customer satisfaction.
It's a company in utter turmoil, and I will cease being a customer as soon as I can.

Lytx signed a contract to give us cameras for our trucks on March 2. They didn't provide and install as promised. We paid for shipping to get the cameras, but they came late. That's when they didn't install them as promised. After many attempts, we canceled the contract and gave them back. Lytx is attempting to get a $1,800.00 restocking fee. We do not feel that we should be charged because they could not fulfill their promise. They have poor customer service. When you call, they pass you to someone else who doesn't answer. They only send emails with an invoice and threats to visit collection and legal actions. In their emails, they say to contact your Collections Specialist if you have concerns about your account or to our general inquiry team at ***. We've attempted to contact someone, but no one has responded. We would truly appreciate any help resolving this issue.

I tryna quit since November on a deal that ended in the first part of this year. First convo was like "I quit," they said "just let it end cuz it's cheaper than paying the penalty." I said stop renewals, they said okay, don't gotta call back. But then, they renewed it anyways and now tryna make me pay $540 to quit. They won't cancel, even after birdmails. No one can "press cancel" and they don't know who can. Every time I call, they start a new "case number" but no one helps. I attached emails but don't got phone records.

Lytx has charged us for an extra unit that we never had. They've done this 11 times even though we have 10 units. I have called them, emailed them, sent tickets. I talked to everyone I could, and then they fix the problem and send us to pay the collections. This happened repeatedly for 8 months. I ask to cancel the contract early because they fail to prove the extra charge. They won't let us go, and they asked for a lot of money. They won't stop even when we show them the false fees. It's frustrating. We might have to go to court if they don't let us go. They are costing us a lot of money.

So I asked them to take it away and finally they gave me a lesson. But it didn't work for everything I wanted. I kept getting invoices but no help. One time, a representative called *** and I explained my frustrations. They were nice and said they'd give me some money back, but then they said they didn't have the power to give me a trial. I told them I still didn't have all the units and they blew me off again. I can't pay a company that doesn't help customers. They just want cash. Now they're charging me for everything and won't get rid of the cameras on my cars. It feels like they're spying on me. I don't even know how to turn off the cameras without breaking them. I was a noo customer
I was a noo customer. I got 5 devices for installation but the fella who came only did some of it coz they gave me wrong parts. They sent me 4 twowire CAN couplers but I needed 5 OBD2 harnesses. I spoke to customer service lots of times and also my sales rep but it took ages to sort it out. They said they'd overnight the right parts to me but later on, they said they ain't got any til March which is ages away. They were also meant to send cards for the drivers but I never got them. When I tried to log into my portal to sort things out, the password link didn't work. I called tech support and they said it was a "known issue" and someone would get back to me but it took ages. Even when I did eventually get it sorted, there weren't any live tracking, live video, or analytics and I couldn't set up geo-fencing. The installation wasn't finished and they couldn't finish it coz they ain't got the parts. Talking to tech support and their bosses didn't help coz they said there was nothing they could do and nobody ever called me from the support team. When I tried to call them, I was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. My sales rep was rubbish and ignored my emails, and when I called tech support, I could hardly hear myself speak coz some lady's baby was crying in the background. It's not professional at all even though people are working from home.
