Magal Jewelry review: Return the item and get the refund.

Customer service. Tried making a return following the return guidelines. Rcv item it was not as pictured, the day I rcvd it reached out to make a return. I was given the run around asked to take photos and provide detailed information as to why and I complied with all the back and forth questions and now they are ignoring the request and will not answer me. They do not have a phone number but the chat and emails are not being returned. I spent $300 on a jenky item that they say they will return and customer service will not help.
