Purchased a jeep for my daughter's birthday. All seemed well until the first time she rode it; it stopped working after 5 minutes. Went thru customer service (email only) and they shipped some parts/modules out to replace. Ok, replaced the modules and same thing. Email them again they send more modules, replaced same thing. They just keep wanting to send the same parts over and over. Email response gets slower over time, then they suggest I take it to a repair shop at my cost to get fixed. Such a headache, the jeep is very poor quality, wiring is dangling under the body and modules are missing screws. We requested they send a new unit as this one only worked for 5 minutes but they only offer to send the same 3 modules that we've already replaced all of them twice. Disputed with bank but they were very communicative fighting that. After 4 months I dragged it to the curb, $1000 down the drain. Thanks Magic Cars with your F BBB rating.
