MagicCars - Do not purchase from magic cars. I wasted $1000
Purchased a jeep for my daughter's birthday. All seemed well until the first time she rode it; it stopped working after 5 minutes. Went thru customer service (email only) and they shipped some parts/modules out to replace. Ok, replaced the modules and same thing. Email them again they send more modules, replaced same thing. They just keep wanting to send...
Read full review of MagicCarsAffirm keeps this company afloat. They supply loans to magicars through the victimized consumer.
AN AD poped up on my Cell about ride on cars 4x4 and I saw affirm attached . I once trusted Affirm and saw a fake ratings score, not realizing this can be bought or family generated. I ordered a car through Affirm. Immediately I was looking at the car and real ratings of 1 star kept popping up.
I checked out BBB and saw numerous Complaints .I immediately tried to call Magic Cars
Then the realization hit. No customer care phone The one listed is a 3rd party ordering line.
I**If no after sales customer service then The one year Warranty is a Fake. ..If the 1 Year Warranty is a Fake then The company is a Scammer kept afloat by Affirm.com
I tried in vain for 30 days to cancel this car and asked Affirm not to give them the money.
To make this short
Magic cars never shipped the car.
They reimbursed shop pay ( Affirm 2/3 of the almost $1000 and Affirm instead of seeking Magic Cars to reimburse the rest , is telling me I have to pay 367 of an item I never received.
If No customer service there is no warranty.

high price junker
Bought a jeep for my son it took from order date Aug 11 to delivered date Aug 23 site said 7 day delivery had to assemble tires steering wheel roll bars seat, seat still won't screw down hood flew up had to tape down seat belt not large enough for kids the only good thing is the power to go over the rough terrain. It is still early on ownership we will see how long it last.
Disappointed with MagicCars' Delivery Promises: A Review
I decided to give MagicCars a shot after reading they could deliver my order by a specific date. However, now it's more than three days past that date and my package is still nowhere to be seen - not even within 10 states of where I am! I'm pretty bummed out about the delay, but I'm still hopeful that my purchase won't be damaged when it finally arrives. I'll be sure to let you guys know how their customer service team responds if that does end up being the case. Otherwise, I'm crossing my fingers that everything will work out in the end.
Terrible Product and Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with MagicCars
I gotta be honest, I do not recommend MagicCars. Their products are not worth the money at all! I ordered a Jeep from them and boy oh boy, was I disappointed. When it arrived, it was broken. Not just a little, but the whole front bumper and body was shattered into pieces! And to top it off, the front axle was so bent that steering it with the remote control was nearly impossible! I mean, seriously, for $1000, I expected a better product!
But the worst part was trying to communicate with them. I had to send them countless emails and it took them weeks to respond! Can you imagine how frustrating that is? They're just terrible at customer service!
Oh, and here's the kicker: Their website says their cars can handle dirt, mud, and light snow. But when I read the instruction manual, it says to not get it wet EVER! I mean, come on now, what's the point of advertising false claims?
They did say they're going to send me the parts needed to repair the Jeep, but really, for the price I paid, I shouldn't have to fix it myself! You'd be better off heading to Walmart and getting a better car for just $300! Save yourself the hassle and disappointment, folks!
Stay Away from MagicCars! Broken Car and Terrible Customer Service
Man, let me tell you about MagicCars (magiccars.com). I thought I was getting a good deal when I made a purchase, but boy was I wrong! The car arrived on 12 Aug 2020 and it was already broken! Can you believe it? And even though we've sent them photos, videos, and emails, they still haven't sent us a working car. It's been almost 10 days and we still got nothing.
The worst part is that they don't even have a phone number anywhere! How are we supposed to talk to them? Through smoke signals? And every time we emailed them, we had to wait two whole days for a reply. That's just unacceptable!
They keep saying they'll send parts, but what we really need is a new body for the car. The body is all busted up and needs to be replaced, but they just ignore that fact and keep sending us clips for the batteries. But get this: the clips on the body are broken too! How does that even make sense?! And to top it all off, the wheel shaft is bent and they refuse to do anything about it.
I spent a lot of money on this car and now I'm just fed up. How can they send a broken car and then refuse to replace it? It's beyond me. I wouldn't recommend MagicCars to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Stay far away, folks.
Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Product: My Review of Magic Cars
Me and my family recently purchased a jeep from Magic Cars for my daughter's birthday, and I must say, it was a complete nightmare. To put it plainly, it is a complete waste of money. After my daughter rode it for the first time, it stopped working in the very next attempt. Naturally, we contacted their customer service department, and that's where things went from bad to worse.
Their customer service is anything but helpful. They keep sending us random parts that have obviously caused the problem again and again each time we try the car after their "fix." We asked them to take back the car and to issue a refund, but that's something they seem to refuse. It is sad to see how they treat their customers who simply want what they have paid for - a functioning car. Given how terrible their customer service is, I don't know whether they would even consider sending a new car out. But based on the first purchase, I am sure that getting a new jeep will not make any difference.
Personally, I feel cheated and deeply disappointed by how poorly the car was put together. It should be illegal to sell faulty and poorly put together things like these cars. I am not sure why companies like Magic Cars exist and why they would purposely disappoint families and children alike when the product they are selling is unusable. It is heartbreaking to see how my daughter's birthday gift has turned out to be nothing but a source of frustration.
I do not recommend Magic Cars to anyone because of their terrible customer service and inferior quality products. I believe that they should be held accountable for the poor quality of the car they sold and the subsequent disappointment they caused to my daughter.
If you're thinking of buying from Magic Cars, I suggest taking your money elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble, and don't let them spoil any more children's birthdays!
MagicCars: A Terrible Company to Deal With - My Unpleasant Experience with Their Customer Service
I placed an order for a toy car for kids from MagicCars website way back in January. After two weeks of waiting, I thought it was time to ask about the status of my order. But to my surprise, I couldn't find any customer service number on their site. I sent an email to their customer service address, only to get no response.
At this point, I started feeling worried and decided to cancel my order. I informed MagicCars about my intent to cancel and requested a refund. Though they finally acknowledged my cancellation, they disputed my credit card dispute with my bank.
Things got worse when I received a rude and pompous phone call from a representative of the company. The person on the other end of the call talked over me constantly, displaying an abject lack of customer service training. After realizing I wasn't going to get any help from the company, I ended the call but this seemed to infuriate the representative, who proceeded to call back several times just so he could have the last word.
Frustrated with this ordeal, I was forced to continue waiting for almost eight months before my credit card dispute was finally ruled in my favor by Discover Card.
From my experience, MagicCars is a terrible company to deal with. If you don't believe me, just check their reviews and wonder why they have no social media presence.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with MagicCars.com
I got myself a MagicCar from magiccars.com in August last year, hoping to give my son a surprise on his birthday in September. But, turns out I was one of many who was struggling to get their vehicles delivered on time. Every week, I sent them an email and after 4 days, received a response telling me that the demand for these top-quality cars was high and hence, I had to be patient. To keep me calm, they sent an RC car to my son from Amazon, which kept him entertained for some time. Finally, in February, I received the car and was thrilled to put it together. Once I got started, I realized there were a few issues. Firstly, I got two driver side mirrors! When I reached out to them about it, they said the passenger's side would be sent, but I am yet to receive it. Also, the light bar on the back was not fitting and the wire harness was broken. When I told them about it, they sent me a soldering kit from Amazon to fix it. Like I'd know what to do with it! Despite the inconvenience, I managed to put it together and hoped that all would be well once I received the missing part.
Imagine my disappointment when I found out that the car sticker indicated that it was manufactured in Shanghai China, in October 2021, two months after I had made the order. Despite all of that, I looked forward to trying out the vehicle and sharing a joyous moment with my son. And so, the day came when I decided to take the car out with my 4-year-old. After driving some distance, pressing down on the pedal, and then letting go of it, it just kept moving! I tried to control it using the remote, but nothing worked. To top it off, it refused to stop despite all my efforts. I could see the danger potential in it, as someone could have gotten seriously injured or worse. I feel like I was ripped off and made a fool out of! I even tried to take advantage of the warranty offered by magiccars.com and emailed them the problem, but to this day, I am still waiting for a response.
Therefore, I want to advise potential buyers that buying MagicCars from magiccars.com is an absolute waste of money. They scammed me, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through a similar predicament. It's okay to wait for a product, but not when it ends up being faulty and all your efforts to resolve the issue end up being futile. It's just not worth it. So, think twice!
Avoid MagicCars at all costs: Poor quality, terrible customer service, and a waste of money
Hey, I usually don't write these things, but I just had to let everyone know about my experience with MagicCars. First off, let me tell you, don't believe any positive reviews you see. I mean, who knows if those reviewers even bought their cars from them. Our family got one during this pandemic because we wanted to keep the kids entertained while staying safe at home. And what did we end up with? A complete garbage vehicle.
Before this car, we had another ride on car from a different company, and let me tell you, it was like a rock. But this MagicCars car? All four wheels started angling out even though we kept well within the weight limit. And the wheels themselves come apart at the seams with hardly any use. Plus, the wires underneath are exposed, which means the motor to that wheel gets completely ruined. And let's not forget about the paint job. It's always cracking and falling off. The plastic body pieces are so poorly secured that they fall apart too! Our car's hood doesn't even stay closed! It's like they just slapped some velcro on there and called it a day. And if that's not bad enough, the remote controller stopped working after only two months of use!
But wait, it gets even worse. Their customer service? BLLLLLAAAH. They're too slow to respond to emails and have no phone number to speak to anyone live. After they finally get back to you, they take forever, and by that point, your warranty is already expired. Then, when they finally do reply, they send you some dumb video instead of addressing your issues. On top of that, the responses on the Better Business Bureau are confrontational. I mean, come on now, who wants to deal with that kind of customer service?
And you know what, if their products were actually good, I could maybe forgive the atrocious customer service. But with so many people having the same issues as us? Yeah, no way. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from MagicCars. Trust me, you'll be wasting your money, and you can't even toss it in the garbage. We had to actually pay someone to come and take it away. So don't be like us. Don't waste your money. Don't buy a car from them.
