My mother and I stopped by your Cicero office located at 6026 W Cermak Rd, Cicero, IL 60804.
We visited on October 5th and October 6th. We talked to Gabriela Castellos. I want to bring out to your attention as we we in front of her discussing a major accident and she kept answering phone calls from other clients. I work with customers and it's totally disrespectful to assist other when you have someone in front of you.
She also did not explain the insurance policy declaration correctly.

I canceled my insurance with Magnum Insurance on May 6, 2022. I went to their place in *** and they told me I'd get a refund of $266 'cause that's what was left on my insurance. I called 'em on June 13, 2022 and they said there were still some steps to finish before I could get my refund. They said it was all done and I'd get my refund in a week. But it's now July 11, 2022 and I still haven't got my refund. I contacted 'em again and they said it'd be another week.

I've been trying to reach out to Magnum many times, leaving messages and even going to their office, but it's always closed. They're not helping me figure out when my car will be fixed. The body shop has also tried to contact Magnum multiple times, but they never answer or call back.
