My mother and I stopped by your Cicero office located at 6026 W Cermak Rd, Cicero, IL 60804.
We visited on October 5th and October 6th. We talked to Gabriela Castellos. I want to bring out to your attention as we we in front of her discussing a major accident and she kept answering phone calls from other clients. I work with customers and it's totally disrespectful to assist other when you have someone in front of you.
She also did not explain the insurance policy declaration correctly.

I canceled my insurance with Magnum Insurance on May 6, 2022. I went to their place in *** and they told me I'd get a refund of $266 'cause that's what was left on my insurance. I called 'em on June 13, 2022 and they said there were still some steps to finish before I could get my refund. They said it was all done and I'd get my refund in a week. But it's now July 11, 2022 and I still haven't got my refund. I contacted 'em again and they said it'd be another week.

IaM a Senior citizen on a fixed income. I only use the car for shoppin' an' from time to time I will visit my sister which lives 12 miles away. I don't think this is fair. I have used this company for many many year n each years has been the same & always hve to deal with them about price n about my so-called discount that never happened. I havnt had any accidents or DUIs so I don't see a reason why my payment has gone up so much?

I got Magnum Insurance for full coverage. My tires got stolen from my car and one of the car jacks broke, messing up my car's fender and bumper. I paid $500 for my deductible. It's been like a month now and my car is still at the body shop, not getting fixed. I talked to Jimena and Michelle from Magnum Insurance, but they just keep giving me the runaround and not helping at all. I've been trying to reach out to Magnum many times, leaving messages and even going to their office, but it's always closed. They're not helping me figure out when my car will be fixed. The body shop has also tried to contact Magnum multiple times, but they never answer or call back.
