I ordered a map from Maps.com on 2/23 around 4:30pm Eastern time. I do not have the unrealistic expectation that this will come in 2 days like Amazon. I figured perhaps a little over 2 weeks. I emailed 3 weeks later on 3/17 to follow up on a delivery update, with no response. It is suggested to go to an app called SHOP, in which you have to create an account. I found this to be a cumbersome way to track a package with a company and was not able to resolve this with installing this app. I called Maps.com twice on this occasion and had my assistant call another time on 3/22. No response. 4/2 they emailed me the same email that said that it was shipped, no human response. I emailed to them my concerns, and asked for this to be expedited due to my long wait times. No response. This was also the date the LABEL was created. That means for 5 weeks there was no activity on shipment for this item, until that day. If you want to wait over a month for this, with no feedback on arrival, then this is where you should order from. My response to my email was the same general auto response that my item was on the way. I write reviews but offer feedback. One would be, to allow your customers to leave a voicemail for you to follow up on. There are no abilities to do this. Two, would be to send a follow up email that they are working on the order and have it done within that expected time frame. Three, would be to actually respond to emails that contain questions, not just auto reply with a pre-populated email. Four, work on shipping times. For $127 dollars for a map, surely there are more expedited ways to ship in 2022. Five, set the bar high for customer, because this one is low. ***Map is set to arrive today, Exactly 6 weeks after order placement

I placed an order through maps.com for a laminated 48" x 60" Alabama County map for $109.68. The order was placed on 6/21/2022 and the money was drafted from my bank account. I have called and left multiple messages with maps.com, as well as contacted them through their customer service email as the automated phone message suggests and have not received a response back. According to the page where I can view my order, my order is confirmed, but does not seem to have even entered production at this point. Its has been over a month and I'm not sure what else to do.

Hi, we ordered two maps from Maps.com for a total of $119.03 on July 6th, 2022. Now, more than two months later, there is no sign of the maps, no contact from the company, and the order is deemed "unfulfilled" on the website DESPITE the payment going through. We have made multiple attempts to go through the proper channels of customer support to check the progress of our order, all with NO RESPONSE. We would love to get these maps delivered and into our office in a timely manner as they are important to the work we are doing. Thank you for helping to resolve this!

I ordered a map on June 5, 2022. It was for my classroom, and I was hoping to have it in time for the first day of school on August 10. I called customer service twice, left a voicemail, sent 2 emails (July 17 and July 23), and sent a Facebook message, but haven't heard anything back from anyone. They're active on social media, advertising back-to-school sales, so I'm not sure why they haven't responded to my order or my messages. I'd like to request a refund.

RE MAPS order-49246 I ordered a 53" x 28" laminated world wall map, (SKU900YGQ) on 07/09/22 to be used for a Church Project relating to our Missions program. The invoice stated that it would be sent by priority mail, which made me assume that I would receive my order in a timely manner. On 07/11/22 my VISA card was charged $100.50. To date I have had NO communication from this vendor. I have called and left messages, as well as sending several emails & have had no response. If the order cannot be filled within the next week.

Due to the immense delay, I have purchased another map elsewhere and would like a full refund (which I have already asked them for 2 weeks ago and never heard back). I hope that this would serve as a warning to others to avoid this business as well since they cannot deliver and seem unwilling to settle the situation adequately.

In April, I ordered a map from this company. On Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 1:45 AM, I received a confirmation email & my order # MAPS-42518. I paid $437.02- including priority shipping. Since then, I have emailed them 3 times and called over a dozen times. There have been zero responses. I would just really like the map to be delivered.
On June 7, 2022, I placed an order for a Florida State Southern Region Wall Map. We received our purchase confirmation the same day. I've called and left several messages since the beginning of July regarding a status update and received no response. I've also attempted contact via email (07/14/27) and received no response. At checkout we were given the order number MAPS-23065. We both emailed customer service over a week ago and have not heard back. I ordered two maps on April 18th. As of today May26th I have still not received them. I have email them many times and have not gotten a response. I did call them a few weeks ago and someone actually picked up. He explained that they have had illnesses and check to see when it would be completed. He came back and said they would be mailed out on the May 16th. I still do not have them and now when I call the number it can't take anymore messages because its full. I called Maps.com about 2 weeks ago to see if I could get a status update however, all phonelines I was able to locate were disconnected which made me nervous. I also sent an email to their customer service address. I waited another week and did not a get a response so I attempted to call again, and it rang. I left a voicemail, still no response. I called today multiple times, no response. I would like a status update. If we are not receiving our order, then I would like that to be clarified, and I would also like a refund. Communication 8/11 said DHL Express vs. Priority Mail for some reason which I couldn't make out with my hard of hearing difficulty would be shipping and that I should wait for their emails which weren't full tracking numbers so no delivery came to me and DHL said they weren't shipping anything w/o a tracking #. Communication of M *** said I was on my own and I found a Russian scam behind the email formerly DHL Express now Delivery Express. File with my bank for fraudulent website protection and am in the process of getting my money back.

On July 11 I Purchased 3 maps from maps.com online for 29.57. Maps.com committed an ETA of 7/14/22 for the delivery. Company would not provide a tracking number, they said I had to download some potentially-malicious app to get a tracking number. This is unusual to me, a company should always provide a tracking number without requiring the user to download an app. I paid extra so I could be sure the maps would arrive prior to my trip to NYC on 7/22. On 7/21/22, the day before my flight, I called maps.com to inquire about my shipment and the automated message said to email them. So I emailed them and I never heard back. My complaint is that I paid for a product that has never been sent and I cannot use if it arrives after I depart for NYC. I want to cancel my order and get my money back since I won't be able to use this map on my trip.

I left a voicemail but have not received any communication back. I would like some sort of clarification on when my order will ship or why it has been delayed. If it does not ship very soon, I feel entitled to a refund. I have never interacted with a company in which customer service is this inaccessible.

On the 2nd of June 2022 I ordered online from 'Maps.com' (***. Santa Barbara, CA 93117), a map and a maps book at a total sum of $35.76 USD (order #: MAPS-46678, see attached file). I only received the map (cost of $5.95) where the maps book didn't arrive or even shipped. Trying to contact Maps.com for several times didn't resolve this and on the 20th of June I filed a Complaintsboard.com complaint (complaint number: [protected]). After doing so Maps.com answered me, stating the following: "Our supplier has mentioned your map is on back order. I will provide you with your refund if you are not able to wait for this item to arrive the first week of July. "(see attached file) - I decided to wait until mid July and give them a chance to send me the map books. Since July already ends, without me getting the item, I communicated to Maps.com to give me a refund - however they don't answer the phone or reply to my email. Following that, I decided to file a complaint again. I would like to get a full refund.

I placed an order on 22 Aug 2022. MAPS-52118. I have had to call two times regarding getting a status update. The phone number listed refers you to email the customer service for assistance. Sent email for status update on 30 August asking for status update, no response. Called approximately 15 Sep 2022 for status updates but used a different number and got in contact with a person. Person stated that it was a 21 day lead time cause this item was "custom" print even though website states it only takes 7-10 days approximately. Person stated they would email me update from production floor and that my map was do to be printed soon. Called again 27 Sep 2022, was told they had experienced an "illness" and some orders had been delayed and would be emailed an update. Still no updates received. I am not sure of the issues and had high expectations for this service. I even paid for priority shipping to get this item sooner. If the business can't complete the order and have it shipped by the 30 Sep 2022 I would like a refund.
