Marble Law review: Dissatisfied with services

I have been VERY DISSATISFIED with your legal services to date. I filed papers with your firm in March of last year. I was assigned to Svapna Trivedi, who also operates her own private practice in Long Beach. Since then, I have had numerous calls from Marble Law from legal aides, and each one promised to relay my messages to Savpna. I have had to initiate ALL calls to her. Never once did she reach out to me when I didn't initiate the contact. When I last e-mailed her, she responded by saying she felt that my e-mails were of a hostile nature. I never once meant for them to be taken that way...I am frustrated and still am. About 6 months ago she confessed that she had forgotten to file a document with the Riverside Court, but did, and I am still waiting for a decree from the judge for y UNCONTESTED DIVORCE! What is taking so long? It's going on 18 months! I have attempted to contact your billing department too, to see what I still owed on my $2,500.00 contract, and I can't wake anyone up there!
