Marble Law - **Warning: seek independent legal advice, stay clear of Marble Law**

I urge anyone considering legal services to seek assistance from an independent attorney. My recent experience has left me utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed in the pervasive greed and lack of ethics in the legal world. It is disheartening to see companies prioritize profit over providing genuine and quality services, particularly in critical life...

Marble Law Picking them is a no brainer

Legal battles can be stressful and confusing, but marble completely transformed my experience. They're not your typical stuffy law firm. These guys are forward-thinking and innovative, and it shows in everything they do.

Their entire structure is built to make everything as easy as possible, you start with a call with their offices about your case, and from there forward they take the wheel, assigning you a lawyer and astablishing a legal plan

Marble Law the short answer is YES

the short answer is YES. I’ve been shopping for a family lawyer for a while before I hired Marble. They take a less traditional approach to legal services. Where all lawyers ask me to pay a big retainers and charge hourly fee (which makes no sense to me). One lawyer literally interviewed me to see how much I can afford.. Marble offers easy financing options for every budget and I loved the fact that I didnt have to talk about money with my lawyer. The entire process is digitized and modern. I felt like a human being in a time I needed to feel better about myself. I have no doubt Marble is a top notch solution for people in need.

Recommendation: I would use Marble again

Marble Law 70 Years Old. Destroyed my life and left me homeless

Is Marble Law a good law firm? NO

Hired for settlement

(COPY of correspondence sent to Senior Law Partner)

You totally SCREWED up my case! I lost everything because your lawyer obviously didn't look at the case file. Had she looked she would have NOTICED the original attorney never filed a counter petition ERGO there was NO negotiation to be done.

Metaphorically you sold shoes to a man with no feet.

So for you to say you completed anything is BS.

I'm 70 years old, disabled and living in a garage because of Marble Law.

It is furthermore, my intention to take this to the Florida Bar, the Attorney General. I have already contacted the press. Not to mention a damage suit for attorney malpractice.

I would suggest you figure out how you are going to make this right! All you had to do was look at the court file. I suppose that wasn't included in the 2k fee you charged me.

Let me sum it up;

1. You assigned me an attorney 3 hours from my home and the court. The 2k wouldn't even pay for one court appearance on my behalf.

2. Your attorney did not look at the Case file. A file consisting of very little an EASY READ. Available ONLINE. No extraordinary effort required there!

3. Then let me walk head on into an ambush by the other attorney leaving me broke and homeless. The other attorney and the judge actualIy laughed at my "buy here pay here attorney". This is going to look great on the 6oclock news and I am sure I am not the only one who's been screwed by Marble Law.

So are we clear on my reason for not paying you?

Recommendation: Stay far away from these preditors

Marble Law Horrible do not use!

Do not use! They are overpriced and unwilling to fix their mistakes. My lawyer showed up looking like she was high from the night before. Kept interrupting the judge and had to be told as to when to question the respondent. When I contacted Marble to ask for help rectifying the situation they did nothing. Take your businessp elsewhere!

Multiple times they have told me that will review my case and do nothing.

Recommendation: Do not use!

Marble Law Disappointment And Regrets

I've trusted your firm to handle my divorce for almost 2 years now

I put down payment already. Sadly to say until now nothing hasn'been done or accomplished about it. Every time I called your customer service they always say someone will contact me about it

It's just another lie and disappointment. Would I get my refund about this since your firm is not doing about it. Your ad to Media it's just a LIE

Marble Law Amazing law firm

I'll start by saying that the way Marbel works is so innovative and special, I haven't seen other firms like this before. I heard about them from a friend when I started my divorce process. Beyond the fact that it was very convenient to work with them, I felt that my lawyer, Brian Laird, understood me and my family. If someone asks me, I'm sure I'll recommend them.

Recommendation: Recommend

Marble Law Awful

Just a bad law firm.

Both lawyers assigned to me never responded in a timely manner. Any estimated time to respond (72 hours) was well exceeded. Took one of them over a month to reach back to me after several attempts. My case never moved past planning.

The first lawyer just up and left their firm, leaving my case abandoned. No prior notification, no heads up from him.

Marble's solution was to offer another lawyer or the option for me to cancel the contract (no refund offered for the initial $1200 paid).

The second lawyer assigned is doing the same thing and not responding. Even the people at Marble admitted the second lawyer wasnt responding to them.

They should admit things fell through and refund the money so I can at least hire a lawyer that wants the case.

Recommendation: Dont. Just dont.

Marble Law Wants of time, efforts and money, disrespectful

After waiting time and time again and through two different attorneys of theirs nothing was every completed. After several explanations of what was needed still attempted to file the wrong items. Attorneys don't return calls and you constantly have to chase your tail with them. Quick to take your money but horrible at delivering any results. After 7 months deal waiting and waiting asked for a refund and still got the run around. Finally agreed to refund and they stated "someone " would call to finalize results and complete refund in 7-10 days. No one ever called just received an email stating the refund would process 7-10 days. 21 days later still no refund and impossible to get anyone on the phone. Incentive, horrible service, on a legal matter that was drug out over 7 months with no resolution. Would never recommend. Michael Riles

Recommendation: Find a local lawyer, do not trust the folks with your money or time.

Marble Law Unprofessional, unresponsive, waste of money

This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional law firm. Dealing with their customer service is the most challenging part. With the lack of communication with attorneys and paralegals and the bare minimum of help from customer service, take your money elsewhere. You will wait 1-3 business days for any concern, then never receive a call. Then when you call back, it’s another 1-3 business days, and the circle repeats. I constantly call about the same issues and get the same cookie-cutter answer. No supervisor can help, and customer service is the only number not to receive help. It may be affordable, but you get what you pay for. Take your money to a more professional firm because Marble Law is anything but professional. You already deal with many stressors needing legal help, but dealing with this company makes it 100 times worse. Why pay your good money to these people so that they can add to your headache?

Recommendation: It may have good payment options, but even out of desperation don’t fall for the trap. It’s like a relationship it’s always good in the beginning. Take your money to a more professional company

Marble Law Do not hire Marble Law

Do not hire Marble Law. There is no communication and do not live up to there end of the contract. They switch people so you never know who your attorney really is. I talked to one attorney then was told It would be someone else. I signed a contract with another attorney and now they are not my attorney. They are scammers. Dont sign with them.

Worst experience I have had! Completely let down by this so-called lawyer! They submitted incorrect paperwork. Promised it would be taken care of in court but it never was. I had to correct a multitude of errors in the legal documents they mishandled. I only managed to speak to my lawyer once during my trial. She neglected to address a significant number of my concerns. My lawyer would repeatedly ask me for the access code to our Zoom meetings. I'm at a loss for what I paid for, but this firm is an absolute farce. I submitted the same documents to them multiple times and yet, during the trial, I was still being asked via text about the timing of a drug raid. They did nothing but exacerbate my situation.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They provided incorrect information to me during the process when I disputed it, stopped responding to my emails. I wasted thousands on the divorce process with this company and the lawyer they set me up with. I would not recommend.

This is Fraud. I hired them on a child relocation case and their attorney showed up for a conference management call without even studying my case and I was charged $2,400 for that. Literally for an attorney to be present. If that is not a rip off, then what is?

Fair warning: do not let the payment plan option appeal to you! Please do your research and find a local attorney! This company is quite expensive for your services; uses deceitful tactics to manipulate you into paying for services you dont need! If you do choose to use Marble Law please make sure both parties are in agreeable and its just a simple filing of paperwork. If youre looking to fight any legal battle this firm will cost more anxiety, stress and financial burdens than anything! When choosing a company please skip over this one! You will meet with an attorney that gives you legal advice (it will not be your attorney) then matched with a local attorney that drafts the paperwork but honestly they are not working for you only the services provided! This is not an inexpensive option! They asked me how much money I made per year and I honestly think thats how their prices are based. They are definitely preying on vulnerable clients who are not familiar with the law! Again my recommendation is to please stay away it is terrible customer service! I would not recommend to anyone. Just do your due diligence and find a lawyer in your area and just make the sacrifice of paying a retainer or per hour to have someone in your corner to help you with whatever your legal battle is but marble law is definitely not the company to trust your legal matters with. If you do not agree to the add on services they will end your legal representation and leave you alone to fiend for yourself. Its totally NOT worth it!

Marble Law This was my first reaching out for legal help and was the worst experience

This was my first reaching out for legal help and was the worst experience. It feels much like a scam. You cant reach your legal team and no one responds to emails. They have customer service agents submit tickets on your behalf and tell you someone will reach out to you within 3-5 business days. Its basically a self help center that charges thousands of dollars. They do the paperwork but you represent yourself. Huge rip off.

I don't know where to start. I wish I could rate negatively. I haven't seen my two children since July. I feel like I am being treated as a criminal and I did something wrong. I am a veteran and a sheriff's deputy, and because I wasn't married to the mother, she has kept my children from me. I have been ignored by not only the firm but also the lawyer they provided and the associated entities. They are the worst kind of humans for taking advantage of hurt, suffering parents. Zero rating, absolutely no commendation. You can bet I will be getting my money back and I am going to report the subpar representation to the Bar. I am so hurt and upset now, knowing after hiring a real attorney that I should have had my kids back in August. They are the worst humans ever.

this is not a good law firm to uses, I file for a divorce with this company they referred me to financial company so that I could get help paying for the the divorce, well I reconcile and dismiss the case within 7 day after they email me the petition for me to sign in order to proceed with the divorce, no other work was done but they are still trying to charge me for full service that was not completed. I talk to the manager and she she that 90% of the work had being done so I ask how can that be when no paper work was file with the court plus no paper was service because I didn't sign the petition, but she said just doing the petition and emailing it to me was 90% of the work and the she could only give me 25% of my money back the cost was $2450 but she is still only giving me 25% back with mean I will still pay this loan back about $1800 remind you that I when through this financial company that they referred me to. please stay away from this company, I could have when online and did my divorce petition cheaper. it is no way these people should be charging me $1800 just for a petition that I have not sign and they didn't complete the service.

Words can not begin to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Marble Law. I needed some legal advise and to file some paperwork back on September 27th. I had to call back at a later time to schedule another meeting before filing paperwork due to the change in my circumstances. I have been cancelled on three times! Each time I sat around for an hour waiting for the attorney's phone call. Several hours later I'd get a call saying how sorry they were and schedule me out another appointment a whole week later. It is now November 8th and even the Senior Partner that was supposed to call me, never contacted me, not even to reschedule. I am no closer to solving my issue or getting the paperwork taken care of that I need. This was an absolutely a terrible experience during an already extremely difficult time in my life.

I was very hesitant on writing this review because I've seen people state that they were dropped as clients. I can't afford that. I reached out to marble law in September for a custody case. At that point I had already filed the motion and just needing someone to rep me and make sure i did the right thing. Upon reaching out I went through the proper steps to explain my case. At that point I was contacted and charged $49 for a "consultation" at this point I believed the consultation was recorded and me deciding to go with them, all the information I have them would be sent to my attorney. A Few days later I was contacted numerous times to make my payment to get started I mean over and over through text email and phone call. I honestly just needed some time to get my thoughts together and being on the low income side of things how I was going to be able to even afford the services. All I knew was I wanted my daughter back. I finally made contact and they wanted $244 dollars. I told her I did not have it at the moment she said well what could you pay to get us started on your case. I said half and she took a payment of $122. At that point I was assigned an attorney who did call four days later and a case manager that reached out via email. ok here's where it got crazy. After I made the payment I heard absolutely nothing from anyone I began to reach out to see if there was any update on the case and radio silence for at least two weeks finally I talked to my case manager she said the lawyer would get in contact with me. The lawyer called 5 days later asking me the same information I gave him the first conversation we had and said he was going to get the other party served. We are at least a month in from making my first payment. At that point I'm like ok things are moving along. Not at all I recently logged on to see the actual case through the county he has not been served and also no lawyer has put in that they are representing me.

I sent an email 2 days ago expressing passionately how I no longer wanted the service... or you guys terrible customer service. Now you try to hurry up and get things done now? All So I can pay 75% of the bill this is pathetic. I'll be expecting an actual phone call asap. No one called me today nor did I receive a voicemail. I've left numerous convos with "chat bots" lol. I'll be reporting you guys to the Complaintsboard.com this is ridiculous... I'm not paying 75% of anything. I JUST spoke with my "lawyer" who assured me that he would be filing the paperwork I already told you guys I do not want to file tomorrow. So that can only mean one thing. I received no communication, Up until today I have had no conversation with my lawyer about this fake motion he's pretending to file tomorrow. For the record me and this attorney haven't even spoken longer than literally 15 seconds he advised me he doesn't work for marble and ironically marble doesn't have a customer service number...nor is my "case manager" picking up my numerous calls as a disabled veteran this is disappointing having someone pray on you and your hard earned money for what? They didn't even pretend good enough to be doing what they promised. Lol But I will be pursuing legal action. I guess it's worth getting sued over. At your earliest convenience I need to speak with a supervisor. I'll be leaving well deserved bad reviews on every site possible for this "law scam office" please do not waste your time... the fastest and hardest they will be working for you is to take and process your payment okay?.*** Update after posting this to the yelp website I called and tried to speak with them they avoided my calls extremely unprofessional customer service. I was told their supervisor doesnt handle stuff like this? Lol what?! They wouldnt escalate my call. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever literally. Ive had more better experiences at popeyes during lunch. How this place it still in business is nuts!

I switched over from my previous full representation lawyer last week of September 2022 to Marble Law and was assured great service by their team. I made a full payment upfront and from that moment on, they seemed to forget about me. It was limited scope representation for the discovery stage and in the initial paid consult, they told me the lawyer represents the client. However, I learned that the lawyer only prepares papers but does not officially represent the client. The responsiveness to my questions, concerns, and queries was lacking. I have had to chase the lawyer, case manager, and paralegal down right from the start, but I never got through to them except once with each. Each time I called the direct numbers to these personnel, some other non-technical person, incapable of providing advice on the case, picked up and never really passed along my messages. I am late for turning in my discoveries due October 10, 2022, but the Marble legal team is unreachable and non-responsive to phone, email, or texts even on the day of and after the deadline! On top of not meeting the deadline, the chosen attorney stated that the way the contract read, despite all the explanation from the paid consult, was that the contract of $5000 only covered preparing discoveries based on information from me but not completing the discovery exchange. She would not even list her name on the documents she was in the process of preparing for me. The managing attorney has not been reachable. During his paid consult, it was mentioned that he would take over if work was not performed in a timely fashion or if there was any slack. I have been charged the full amount of approximately $5025 for services that have not been rendered. The company is a fraud...buyer beware!

Marble Law Custody

Hired Marble to help with our custody case, gave us a price but then every time something else needed filed they said they needed $1000s more. The guy we dealt with Danny was extremely unprofessional and condescending and laughed at us when we said we decline the extra services. We paid $4000 for them to file the parenting plan, financial affidavit, custody guidelines worksheet and serve the other party. $4,000. They are bullies and actually don’t care about children at all.

Claimed loss: $4,000

seventies. I think she took advantage of that. I don't owe 6K There wasn't a default, but Carleen won't remove this bill which is ridiculous. Carleen is in the Troy, MI office on 200 E Big Beaver road, Ste 138, Troy< 48083 Is there anyone that will look at our USPS certified mail copies and admit we weren't in default and to remove this 6k crazy amount.

Thank you

Vincent Migliore

Case # [protected]-DO

Claimed loss: $6,000.00 being billed for "default' when there wasn't a defaultCarleen never told me I would be responsible for the default charge of $6,000.00. That should've been explained up front, not sneak in 6K

Desired outcome: remove the 6k I was billed and shouldn't have been.

First of all, Marble customer service is HORRIBLE and they love to give you the runaround. I was only able to go through their email address to try and get ahold of someone. They kept giving me the runaround and I had to repeatedly explain my situation. Ultimately they did not resolve the issue and put me in a worse position than when i started before I...

Marble Law Unauthorized transaction

Marble law has robbed me of 500 dollars. First they charged 3000 before I can speak to the lawyer representing me. Then when I spoke to the lawyer I needed a different service which I no longer wanted to continue with because of the unprofessional process. They then proceeded to keep 500 for so called research. They didn’t even have one document of my case pulled up when asking for 3000. Also they refunded 49 dollar consultation fee they should have kept. I’m so confused and dissatisfied with this company. I’m now having to pay 500 dollars for absolutely nothing. They also stopped answering calls. Voicemails. And emails in regards to my issue. I’ve been dealing with this over a month with not one person getting back to me. So frustrating.

Claimed loss: 500 dollars for so called research. No one ever represented me nor did they spend more than 35 min on the phone with me.

Desired outcome: My refund of 500. They can keep 49 dollars for the consultation fee they refunded.

This is a follow-on complaint regarding my refund request for Marble’s breach of Agreement signed on April 13, 2023. I also spent $8,500 on July 22, 2023, for additional services, including a financial...

I am filing a complaint, because Marble Law, didn't do practically nothing. I understood that they were a law firm that would help out low-income families with Divorce, and I only spoke to the Lawyer only 2x times thru out the time. I had questions, and the Marble Law was only thru the finance department that I was only speaking to most of the time, and...

Same here.. I hired Sam for a short scope and getting in touch with him when needed is impossible. I never knew it would be that hard to get a five minute conversation or even an im busy text. My paralegal accomplished more in a day than Sam did from the beginning. He didn't put up a fight .

I had a consultation with attorney Everette for legal services on Friday September 15th, 2023. I paid for the consultation. I was told during the consultation I would not be charged in advance for any services. I was told their service was piecemeal "a la cart" and I would only be charged for any work performed and I could cancel and not be charged further...

Marble Law Law services

I have been a customer of Marble law services for ten months. In these ten months I have made payments equaling about $2000. The only service that has been fulfilled in the past 10 months is them taking my payments. My court case has yet to be filed and not because I haven’t fulfilled my requirements. I gave them all the necessary information and paperwork the first month. They have inadvertently cost me $3400 in support payments due to their lack of urgency. I was patient and courteous up until this point but now I am officially filing a complaint. The companies lack of urgency in respects to my custody case is appalling and I hope that people read this before pursuing a contract. Thank you for reading

Desired outcome: For the company to refund my payments so I can find a new lawyer.

Marble Law No Services Rendered After 7 Months

I paid marble law $2k to begin a contempt case back in Feb. I heard from my Lawyer exactly twice assuring me he was expediting my case and filing paperwork. After 7 months, and numerous phone calls and emails on my end, I have never received more communication from the lawyer, paperwork was filed in the wrong county, and the “paralegal” couldn’t even pull up my current court documents to look at them and asked me to send them. This company is a full scam. I am now in a precarious situation from all of this and have had to hire separate counsel from Marble. I just want my money back, IN FULL.

Desired outcome: FULL refund

Marble Law Response times and inquiry

As a former customer of marble law, I have to say that I was greatly disappointed in the service I received from them. My lawyer hardly got in touch with me and what confuse my case with other cases, and when I reported this to marble law, they just told me to just understand that lawyers are really busy blah blah blah I'm busy to, they did not address my concerns and basically made me feel like I was just complaining just a complaint they do not work with you. They do not work with you as they claim and basically shove you off to another customer service rep until you get tired of having to call them all the time. I would not recommend this service since they are not helpful and they don't correspond with their attorneys to make sure that the client is receiving updates about their case. I filed with Marble Law in Feb. and my case was not filed with the courts till mid April. During this time I received minimal if any updates from my attorney or Marble Law. I cancelled my service with them in early May and they told me it was too late to get my money back. I am filing a claim and grievance against them since they continue to bill me . Beware of Marble Law they are not what they claim to be.

Sincerely, angry former marble law customer

Desired outcome: I would like for them to contact Covered Care and Westlake Portfolio to cancel my loan. I did not receive good if any quality service.

Marble Law Case not completed

I hired Marble Law in April 2023 to help me through a divorce, they offered payment plans that were easier than paying everything upfront. I was quoted $2500 to have my response, petitioner served and financial paperwork filed. So I filled out the intake form with the petitioners address, my address and sent my financial paperwork over. I had to constantly call with no response to find out what the status of my case was. When you are leaving a message with Client Services, you are told they have 72 hours to get back to you. Marble tells you that you can look up the status on there customer portal, mine was not updated. My lawyer was Justin Snell, who I talked to a total of four 4 times. I receive a call from the Superior Court San Diego North County that I had missed a hearing on July 7, 2023. No one called to tell me about the hearing and when the Judge asked me what was going on with the case...my answer was I don't know, I go to check my mail and I was served my husband's summons! I emailed Carlos Huerta and was told he would fix the mistake. No one called me back to let me know if the correct paperwork was served on the Petitioner! Then I reach out to CarloS by email and I was told that supposedly he spoke to Justin and was told that FL-120 form was file served. I explained that no one is answering my calls and I couldn't make a appointment with Justin Snell because his schedule was no longer on Calendly. The kicker is Justin left Marble on July 1st and I know longer had a attorney to replace him just yet. I'm giving a Lawyer Anne Howard, who has no idea about what paperwork had been filed and wanted me to pay another $2550 on top of the $2500. I asked for a refund because I had made 3 payments already, they refunded me $250! They claimed 90% of the case was completed, FL-120 and petitioner served, no financial paperwork done and i still owe 1947.07. I ended up completing my own paperwork including my Financial form. I WANT A REFUND, MARBLE RIPPED ME OFF!

Desired outcome: Refund
