Marble Law review: Fraudulent attorney fees

I had a consultation with attorney Everette for legal services on Friday September 15th, 2023. I paid for the consultation. I was told during the consultation I would not be charged in advance for any services. I was told their service was piecemeal "a la cart" and I would only be charged for any work performed and I could cancel and not be charged further. I was then transferred and rushed through a confusing phone process regarding billing and payment through a 3rd party. After the call I realized I would be liable for 100% of the fee contrary to what attorney Everette told me. I called Affirm to inform them I am cancelling. They told me to reach out to Marlble. I attempted to cancel the same day, Friday 9/15 but they were gone for the day. I then called the next working day, Monday September 18th and canceled. I was told I was all set. Again, no work was performed and no additional conversations took place after the initial paid consultation. Marble charged $2,500 for services they said would not be charged upfront. They used a 3rd party service called Affirm. After cancellation they refunded Affirm only $2,000. Now Affirm is expecting $534.07 from me. Marble needs to immediately refund Affirm their $534.07. I am not paying $534.07 for absolutely nothing! I plan to take my complaint to every consumer focused agency (Georgia Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Office, Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC, etc) and any media outlet that will listen. This is blatantly obvious fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practice.
