First of all, Marble customer service is HORRIBLE and they love to give you the runaround. I was only able to go through their email address to try and get ahold of someone. They kept giving me the runaround and I had to repeatedly explain my situation. Ultimately they did not resolve the issue and put me in a worse position than when i started before I came to them for help.

Marble signed me up with Nordhaus Law. Ryan, the person I was working with promised me he would give my case the attention it needed. After some time of him not getting anything done (I sent him everything on my end right away). He ultimately told me he couldn't fulfill his duties and Marble would be finding me someone else who could. They ensured me that someone would be able to represent me for my upcoming mediation. After some time of them telling me to wait, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't find anyone and I was dropped as a client. Just like that. I went through the whole process of trying to get ahold of someone, (because they had signed me up for a loan), and Marble told me they did "an internal investigation" and they decided I still owe even though they didn't fulfill their end of the deal and left me hanging.

I have requested to see proof of what they are charging me for and they REFUSED!

Also, when Marble first signed me up for the loan they told me I was getting a special promotion for no interest for 18-24 months and then it ended up that I DO have to pay interest. No one was able to resolve that issue either.

So the way they have this set up is frustrating. They have you sign up with a creditor to make the payments, they sign you up with a lawfirm, so that means that everyone points the finger at each other saying they can't help you.

If you are trying to find a company to help you in a time of struggle, look elsewhere because the stress and financial struggle they have caused me is so frustrating I can't put it into words.

There is so much more I could go into detail about and explain but I hope this summary is enough.

I really wish I did more research before I signed up because they have an F rating with the BBB and they are not accredited. I was in a desperate place and needed help and they TOOK ADVANTAGE of me and then had the WORST customer service.

Desired outcome: Complete refund AND Marble needs to change their business practices.
