We regularly purchased Beetroot from M&S as the product is normally excellent, however we did our Xmas shopping around 2nd week in December and purchased a Large Jar of M&S Brand Beetroot for the Xmas period.
Having opened the beetroot on Xmas day we found the product to be very very hard and had to cut it with a very sharp knife, in fact it is so hard we don't want to eat the rest of the jar, we find this disappointing and would like to report our disappointment to Customer service. I have checked the Use by date and it is 02/2026.
Please look into to matter, we look forward to your reply
