I had a not-so-great experience with Zalora Philippines (zalora.com.ph) when I ordered a pair of sandals for my husband last February 2020. The sandals were worth P1,000.00, but unfortunately they were too small for him. So, I decided to return them and filled out the online return form. After a few days, the package was sent back to me with a note indicating that I had not included the sales invoice with the package. However, I was surprised to find that the sales invoice was actually in the returned package when I received it.
I immediately went online to chat with their customer representative and pointed out that the sales invoice was already included in the package. However, they informed me that the returns team was actually looking for a tape type receipt of the seller (BENCH) and not the sales invoice I sent back. I was quite confused because the sales invoice that I received was an official-looking document, complete with TIN, VAT, and other details that you would normally find in a legally printed sales invoice. I kept insisting that it was the only sales invoice that I included in the package, as it is not legal to issue two sales invoices for the same transaction.
I tried to contact their customer service team through both live chat and their hotline, but unfortunately, I never received any feedback from them. I was really disappointed with Zalora's poor customer service. I would like to warn potential buyers that Zalora may not process returns properly, so don't expect to receive a refund. They may take your hard-earned money and leave you waiting for a refund that will never happen.
Overall, my experience with Zalora Philippines was not a good one. I hope that they can improve their customer service and make sure that they process returns properly in the future.
Mixed Feelings About Zalora Philippines: My Latest Purchase Review

Just a few days ago, I received my fifth purchase from Zalora. This time, I snagged a Nike Vintage gym hoodie and a pair of jeans from another brand. Unfortunately, the jeans I received were not what I was expecting based on the description on Zalora's website. The site said they were cropped low-rise jeans, but what I got was a pair of mid-waist ankle-length jeans. Not exactly what I had in mind.
On the other hand, the Nike hoodie was pretty nice. The details matched up with the picture on the website, but I did notice that the zipper was different from what I expected. I did some digging and found that the zipper on the hoodie I received was made of plastic and had a YKK label, whereas the Nike website showed a metal zipper with the Nike logo on it. The string on the hood was also longer than what I had seen in other images online. I'm not sure if Nike released a different version of the hoodie or if I just got a different model altogether. It's all a bit confusing.
Despite my disappointment with the jeans and confusion about the hoodie, I decided not to return the items. The hassle just didn't seem worth it to me. Plus, I got a pretty good discount on both items - between 20% and 30% off.

I recently made a purchase from Zalora Philippines last December 2016. I was hoping to avoid the Christmas rush by shopping online. However, I was met with more hassle than I expected. Out of the six items I ordered, only four arrived the next day. Unfortunately, only one of the four items was in good condition. The other three were a complete disappointment.
I was excited to receive a pair of black ballet flats, but instead, I received the wrong color and design. The shoes also had a strange smell to them. To make matters worse, the ballet flats came with a tattered eco bag. I also ordered a pair of gold flats, but when I opened the box, the soles were detached. Lastly, I ordered drip sandals for my boyfriend, but the right sandal was size 11 while the left one was size 12.
I tried to reach out to their customer service department, but I couldn't get through to anyone. The only item they were able to replace was the drip sandals. I was extremely frustrated with the whole experience and decided to move on. I even messaged Tokyo Shoe Club, the vendor of the black ballet flats, but they didn't help me with the issue.
I will never order from Zalora again. Their photos are deceiving, and their products are of poor quality. I would rather patronize Instagram shops than this overrated e-commerce website. It's a shame that I had to go through all this trouble just to receive subpar products.

Customer service is really good. I had two complaints and they were handled quickly. Refunds are promised and they usually verify within 2-3 days. The refund is given 3 working days after it was approved. If you want to return an item, you can expedite it by contacting them via email or calling them.
Product quality is good. Out of my 15 purchases, only 1 was defective (a Casio wrist watch). But I was able to return it immediately when I directly contacted the delivery man and sent an email to expedite my refund. Other than that, I ordered an Adidas shoes with half its original price. The quality is good as I compared it with the one in Adidas store. I also ordered 2 Topman shirts which have good quality as well. I compared these 2 in a Topman store in SM and they are the same quality. Other shirts I ordered also have good quality.
Delivery consistency is good. Express shipping is kept as promised. I had two express shipping and it was delivered the next day. Regular shipping takes within 3 to 5 business days.
Accuracy of items is good. Out of my 15 purchases, I had 1 complaint about a wrong size but they handled it accordingly.
Overall experience is not bad for an online shop. They always have promos and discounts. When on sale, their items are always cheaper compared to SM's. There's a variety of choices and good designs to choose from.
Note: I live in Metro Manila which may have a different expectation on other places outside Manila. Also, I always buy through COD.
Nightmare Experience with Zalora Philippines: Lost Item, Poor Customer Service, and Scam Returns Policy
This has been a complete nightmare! I ordered a pair of earrings from Zalora Philippines and they never arrived. I tried to contact the delivery person multiple times, but they ignored me. The website said that they would attempt delivery again, but no attempts were made at all. I can't wait around every day because I have work to do. If they can't deliver the item, they should just refund me and keep it. I don't want to do business with them ever again.
When it comes to returns and exchanges, the items I received were cheap-looking and expensive to buy. I spent hours going to different 711 stores that were approved by Cliqq, but none of them would accept my package. It feels like a scam. So I contacted customer service and they scheduled a pickup for Tuesday the ninth, which is today. But then I got a notification saying that they had already attempted to pick up the package. Also, I no longer want to exchange the item. Please process it as a return and have the delivery driver sent back to Zalora. This whole experience has been terrible.
I have no idea how to return the items to Zalora. I've tried multiple times, but it seems like all the problems are on their end. I can't keep waiting around because I'm leaving for the USA soon. Please take care of this as soon as possible. To be clear, I have two items that need to be returned for a refund (the item I wanted to exchange is not wanted anymore due to negligence), and the item that was on its way is now lost, so I need a refund for that too.
Zalora does answer your initial questions, but they don't follow up despite ongoing service tickets. Don't get scammed by them. Their returns policy is a scam, and they won't help you once they have your money. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Been shopping at Zalora Phil for a year now and I must say, I am hooked! I have purchased numerous items from them and I can attest to the quality of their products, whether they are cheap or costly. I realized that perhaps I have been a loyal customer, hence the discount. The ASICS sneakers were brand new and genuine, which made me very happy.
I have also bought Mango shirts and bags from Zalora, and I can say that they are all authentic. Unlike in Lazada, where I bought a Mango sling bag a couple of years ago that was very disappointing. Delivery-wise, the items were always handled by the friendly and efficient 2go courier. They are courteous and they make it a point to text or call me when I have a package. Plus, the 2go tracking system is also user-friendly. You can see in their tracking when your package is out for delivery. However, they changed their courier to Airspeed, which is good but not as efficient as 2go. In Airspeed, their tracking system makes no mention of your package being out for delivery. However, Airspeed also makes a call or SMS you before delivering your item.
All my transactions are cash on delivery. One time, I returned a pair of K Swiss sneakers, and they gave me a refund via Credit Wallet that can be used in a year. They refunded me the actual amount of money I paid them, and they did not charge me anything when I returned the K Swiss shoes.
What I do not like about Zalora are their dress and shirt measurements for women. They are only for small sizes, but they declare that they have other sizes from small to XL, etc. Usually, when we buy clothes, we need to know the measurements of the different sizes because not all measurements for specific sizes are alike. Sometimes in other brands, your bust size may be 44 inches, which is XL, but for other brands, this can be a 2XL. At least we are aware of what to buy or not and if it will fit us perfectly. It is inconvenient returning an item, especially when you live far from the courier's office. I do not buy pants and clothes without measurements mentioned in the details. I trust Zalora well, but hopefully, they could make an effort to post appropriate measurements for some brands without it.
Overall, I highly recommend Zalora Phil for your online shopping needs. They have a wide range of products, and their delivery is fast and efficient. The quality of their products is also top-notch, and their customer service is excellent.

They contacted my brother, and he told them to just hand it to our neighbor - our relatives and family friends. But they didn't hand the item over, and to make matters worse, they refunded me for my item without notifying me! It was NOT WORKING. This was so embarrassing because it was a gift for my friend. The hassle and the fake product were not what I originally expected. Everything was disappointing, and I couldn't return it because my friend was not in Manila. She's an auditor and goes to different provinces for fieldwork.

I just want to compare Zalora to Lazada. When Lazada sells 100% original products, they indicate the brand as the seller. For example, if you want to buy Levis, you can choose the seller "Levis" and you will be directed to their official store where you can be sure that the product is 100% authentic, either from the mall or their boutique. This is just a little recommendation for Zalora to improve their service and become a better online seller nationwide.

So, I ordered something from Zalora Philippines (zalora.com.ph) on Dec 13 and it was tagged as "Shipped" with an arrival date of Dec 14-18. But guess what? It's already Dec 23 and I still haven't received anything. It's still "Shipped" and no one seems to be working to deliver the orders. It's so frustrating that they're moving like a turtle when it's Christmas and people are buying gifts. They should have made an effort to deliver on time.
I tried calling their hotline, but it was useless because the representative didn't know the real status. They were just there to report and document. Zalora Philippines, what a joke! Their customer service is just ridiculous. They offered me a birthday discount, but when I tried to use it, it said that the discount had already been used. How is that even possible? I haven't made any purchases since my birthday. Then they asked me to call +65 *** but when I did, it said that the line was done for upgrading and to call back tomorrow. What a waste of time!
To make matters worse, the items that I wanted to buy and were sitting in my shopping bag have disappeared. The Closet dress I wanted is sold out. It was there last night, then disappeared when I wanted to check out, and then reappeared this morning. And now it has disappeared again. What kind of game are they playing?
I've written to customer service, but by the time they respond, I'm sure other sale items would be sold out. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Is this some kind of scam to get people to shop, entice them with false discounts and promos, and then make them pay full price? That's terribly unethical.

It looked suspiciously cut out and the quality of the print was terrible. It looked like it was made out of a low-quality T-Shirt printer. What really bothered me was the fact that there were no user reviews or any kind of feedback on the item. This made it a gamble to order and pray to God that I got a good quality item. They even have branded items like Nike, Reebok, or Adidas, but there's no telling if that item is real or not. It could even be fake or a class A one for all I care.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Zalora Philippines. I will not be returning this item as a reminder of my mistake, and it's also a hassle to return it anyway. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out this online store, but the quality of the item and lack of user reviews really let me down.
