vente-privee.com order nr. 5530470 of 21.03.2019 for the amount of 1050 chf/ wrong product is sent

I received the wrong type of chairs and want you to arrange their collection back at your cost as soon as possible and return my money - 1050 CHF in full as that is an obvious mistake of the supplier or wrong presentation of the goods - see the photos attached. These chairs are on offer on your website again: https://www.eboutic.ch/sale/37375/all/510698.
I am very disappointed with your customer service as my e-mails are never replied to - the first one was sent on the 13.05.2019 on the day of the receipt of the wrong items (Nous avons bien reçu votre demande (#242423) et ne manquerons pas de vous répondre dans les plus brefs délais.) and there is only answering machine on your phone number 0848 820 810 suggesting I should send an e-mail to info@eboutic.ch which, again, is never replied to.

vente-privee.com received damaged goods

I received goods from the above company and they were damaged! The parcel arrived with a slit in the parcel that had damaged the contents inside! I contacted them straight away to explain what had happened and they apologised and sent they would send me a return slip and return address. I received the return slip but no return address. I have contacted them on numerous occasions via telephone and email and have been told it's an IT problem they are trying to fix. After over a month I asked for them to just email me the address and they sent me a link in french no good to me! I have again emailed and emailed and am now getting no response. They have £88 of my money and I have goods I can't wear and this is really not expectable behaviour for a company.

I have ordered this product from ventee private. I am there customer for
over 7 years. I have never experienced anything like that! Parcel was never received and they opened investigation. I was informed it would be resolved within 30 days. Today is 32 days and I have made several phone calls, emails and all I been told was that they can't put me through to the " person in charge". I can't believe this is happening, it's £400 of my money and I just can't accept the fact that nobody will even speak to me. Anyone could please help?

this code does not exist in DHL, the item was delivered today but we were out. a caerd was left to inform that tried to deliver but no tracking number on card. I don't mind trying to track and re organise delivery but your tracking number is incorrect. I tried ringing your comapny at 05:10 as your website says open until 6pm but answer machine say closes at 5pm. Please advise.

Dear Sirs,

I bought a jewel Rue de la Paix on VP but I have still not received it.

This is the code I was given: 1C4757C000463.

The product was supposed to be delivered within Dec 18.
Today it is Dec 20 and I have not seen it yet.

I must receive it before xmas!

I tried to track it on Poste italiane as per VP suggestion but the service is very bad and it is simply impossible to underdstand anything on that web site.

Pls advise urgently on the status of my order.

As Vent-privee states on your General Sale Terms for the www.vente-prive.com site (10/02/2016) in Article 8. it is my right as a customer to cancel the order within 14 days of placing the order online.

vente-privee.com nordic chic bedside table and schumacher top

Hello,
I have been a dedicated customer of Vente-privee for many years since 2012. Before all the issues were solved fast and effectively till the last two orders of mine.
The side table was delivered damaged as probably it was packed up inappropriately. I must to admit that there are seriously problems packing up fragile items in this company as it wasn't the first time when I received damaged items. After receiving a faulty item I contacted the seller and asked for a return paperwork. After sending some couple of emails to customer service and haven't received any response I made a call to them and explained the issue. I was told that all the paperwork will be sent to me by post but after my conversation I received the email which described that this item is to heavy and would not be accepted by the local post office therefore the collection by a courier company Yodel would be arranged for me. I was also told that Yodel will contact me in regard of collection. The first collection took place on 12 October and I miss that due to the fact I work weekdays from 9am till 5pm and need to know in advance approximate time slot of this collection. After that I rearranged another collection after many unsuccessful emails which were not answered therefore I needed to make a call again in order to receive any clear answer to my issue. Another collection was rearranged on 19 October another weekday therefore it wasn't a surprise that I missed the collection again with no further option for me as I tried contacting Yodel but unfortunately the only option they provided was contacting the seller - Vente-privee in this case to rearranged another collection. After that I contacted vente-privee customer service again explaining the situation and providing the option to change the collection point to my workplace as was impossible for me to take the day off and loose money in order to wait for a Yodel for all day at home. It's almost 1 November now and I still haven't received any answer from vente-privee to neither of my emails as I wrote a second email to them in regard of my last Monday Moon order, which this company was not able to fulfill, and haven't received any answer to that issue as well. The thing is that I was provided with a 10£ birthday voucher on 7 September which I needed to spend within 30 days and a minimum spending was 40£. I decided to buy Schumacher top for my Christmas party it cost 36£. In order to use my voucher I needed to have 40£ in my basket therefore I added a scarf for 5£. After some time I received the scasf and was informed that outstanding part of my order will be delivered later as it's been delayed. After some couple of weeks I received the email that my order can't be fulfilled and I'll be refunded straight away. Not receiving my order was really disappointing as I was waiting for it a long time and also spent money on delivery which was 6.50£ therefore I asked to reimburse me a delivery charge as they weren't able to fulfill my order and again silence from the customer service in response.
I feel deeply disappointed in their service and I don't feel like dedicated customers can be treated like that. It only shows how low this company value its customers and its incompetence level.
I am quite patient person but this time I feel like this is boiling point and would like to be reimbursed with apologies.

vente-privee.com they do not give me my money for the returned items

On 12th july I posted to vente privee premises a box with returned items woth 400 euros. Without any news from vente privee I contacted them bay email and they answered they had not received the box. I checked with the post office and they confirmed delivery. Vente privee said then that the box had been delvered to an intermediate destination but not their premises, which was untrue. In any case the box was sent to the address given by them. On 24th august they asked me to send them a delcaration that I had posted the box and the receipt of having posted it at the post office together with the references of the items in the box. I did it on 28th august. I also sent them the paper fron the post office confirming delivery to the vente privee premises. Since then I have not had any news from them. I have emailed them several times and no answer whatsoever. Not even a "we´ll look into the matter".I have phoned the customer service and they very polite tell me that I am right and should be receiving my refund soon and that they will report the issue to the right department and that they will contact me soon, but again, no news. It is clear that they do not want to give my money back. It is outrageous. They just keep silent and do not send me my money back. You are warned about what vente privee does with items returned. They keep silent and do not pay back!

Absolutely the same issue with me. I have returned the parcel on the 2nd of November and it's been received in their UK depot and signed for. It's been 1, 5 months I'm waiting for their refund of 346£. When I call the customer service they politely say that the refund "will be issued soon". but so far nothing happened. Today I called again and again they told me that they haven't received the parcel. Even if last time I gave them the tracking number. They told me that "I will be contacted soon" but I don't want to be contacted. I just want my money back! I've been their devoted customer for many years but now I see the service quality deteriorating massively!

vente-privee.com very poor customer service

Well, this website is something 50/50. What they offer looks good, but their customer service is really bad and helpless when it comes to issues.
There's always a problem each time I order, and I'm tired of this.
They could offer discounts or a free shipping when you buy on a definite amount of money, many companies do it. But no, the delivery is very expensive and I'm not a millionaire. Plus, if they sent you a wrong item shipping it back will cost you money because they never pay for their mistakes. And they often make mistakes. They send wrong items quite often. So be careful.

vente-privee.com they lied that my order was dispatched

I placed order on the website www.venteprivee.com. I received the confirmation info and it was mentioned that the order was dispatched. Also the seller stated that the delivery would take 10-20 days. Ok, I waited, but I still haven’t received the order. But today I got the email that my order was dispatched today. WTF? I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I requested the refund of the Asics shoes you sent me with wrong size. As per Royal mail tracking reference #XC791336765GB you've received them back on 11/10/2018.
