I am trying to order tulips online today (27 Feb) to be delivered in 10 days time however the next available slot is 27 April. I contacted customer services who tell me this is correct. was told all the slots must be booked up. How can that possible be the case? And if it is, M&S need to employ more delivery drivers as they are losing business - and credibility.
Desired outcome: I would like a creditable response and my flowers to be delivered.
