I am 80. I stopped by to by a lunch. Picked up from the shelves marked Meal Deal 3 items, a drink, a snack and a main.
Main was a chicken salad, and above it was the antipasti snack (marked as snack) and a strawberry fruity yogurt…
I have photographed the yogurt and snack shelves.
The staff told me that only the chicken salad was in the meal deal and the yogurt and antipasti were not even though they were on shelves marked Meal Deal.
My photo shows that the yogurt was in the meal deal and the antipasti was labeled Snack.
I am furious that I had to leave without lunch as I was by this time fuming.
Desired outcome: the goods are stacked in a proper manner that stops any confusion and the meal deal is separate from other goods…
