I shoulda read the reviews before I bought anything from Orchard Mile. Big mistake! I got some Frye boots that were too small and I sent them back right away. I used Affirm to pay for them. Apparently, they submitted my order to Coach, but Coach canceled it because it didn't meet their approval process. I don't really understand what that means, but it sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me.

But when that hour came and went, I contacted Amazon, as they are the payment service. The Amazon representative called Orchard Mile, but they placed her on hold and then hung up on her.
A few hours later, I received an email from Orchard Mile showing a partial refund on the order, which they said would clear within 10 more days. However, there was no explanation given. I had to call them again to find out what happened, and they told me that one item had been delivered (I'm out of town), although I still haven't received any email confirmation of shipping. Moreover, my account page hasn't been updated to reflect that one of the items has been shipped, or that the other was sold out.
Overall, I think this is a pretty slipshod enterprise, but the item I have received is terrific and the price was great. If you decide to shop here, I suggest you proceed with caution. Pay close attention to your orders and stay on top of things. If you have the option to let your purchase go through Amazon pay, you probably should take advantage of that, as Amazon can help you get a refund. They won't maintain a seller very long if complaints pile up.
