These guys are fraud, they ruined my project, they took 100% money from me and then they ruined my project, whene i asked refund, they refused, their manager abused me, and i markupbox and pixelcrayons both are same company, they are fooling everybody, they have non skills team, they take money from client and ruin their project, they have no office in us, they fool the clients. please think about this company, if you want to waste your then you should choose this company for your project.

Do not use MarkupBox, these people are highly unprofessional and dishonest liars. They asked me to pay the full price in advance and I paid, because they seemed quite trustworthy at the beginning. They did not complete a single milestone and my entire project was ruined thanks to them. There are many better sites out there, so do not waste your money here, you will definitely regret that. They also refused to refund me.

This has got to be the worst of the worst experiences I've had working with a chopshop. My first project with them never got off the ground due to so many inconsistencies in their quoting and project management, but I decided to give them a second chance on a more simple project.

Mind you, I'm a developer myself, but I try to outsource the more menial tasks so I can be focused on the higher-level technical requirements of a project.

After defining the PSD 2 Bootstrap HTML project and agreeing upon a deadline, I paid them their fee PLUS an extra $100 just as a good faith bonus to their efforts. Their first delivery was absolute trash. The code was awful, as if the coder didn't understand bootstrap at all, and the design didn't match the PSD at all. Stupid things like wrong fonts and font sizes all the way up to outright missing elements and graphics.

I then gave them 2 days more AND I had my own staff make a document with annotations showing them every single detail they had wrong (I should never have to do this, but these people LITERALLY could not see what was wrong!). Somehow they STILL managed to get it wrong after those 2 days extra I gave them AND a well - defined list of what to fix.

At this point, I've realized that they simply do not have the skill and organization to handle any project properly - so I tried to cancel the project. The owner fought me on it, refusing to refund the project. Mind you, I've no delivery of anything, just preview pages of a poorly made website.

These people will not let go of your money once they have it. They have no concept of accepting responsibility for poorly executed project, they have no functional quality control team despite what they say. I tried multiple times to get the owner to do whats right and simple cancel/refund, but he refused, despite the emails I have where he admits his company wrong-doings. He knew he did wrong, offered me full refund in CREDIT - but thats worthless to me because I'd simply NEVER do business with these people again.

So in the end, I lost all money, had NOTHING delivered, and my only recompense is to make a lot of reviews now online in hopes to prevent others from having such horrible experiences with this company.

A layman trying to get some web work done may not really see the poor quality, so may feel this company is fine. But trust me, there are MUCH BETTER options for the same price. If you want a good experience & quality guaranteed, don't waste your time.

I decided to use the services of the company Markupbox, because my friend advised me to use them. He told that all of his works were done on time and he was pleased with the responses and quality of work. But my situation as terrible, because they didn’t finish the work on time and all my emails were sent to nowhere. I was shocked with such services and indifferent attitude. Don’t work with them.
